Very knowledgeable people, clean, organized staff/ office(s.) Each time I got a contact lense exam was without appointment.. I just stopped by to see if maybe they had time to see me and they always did. I was pleasantly surprised to have walk in for an eye/contact lense exam frustrated because everything was blurry and leave with a pair of contacts having peace of mind having the ability to see everything better and brighter.
These people have no respect for their customers time, constantly requiring you to fill out the same paperwork that they already have on file everytime you make an appointment. The older I get, the more valuable my time is and the less patience I have for companies that dont respect it. If you dont respect me and want to continue to waste my time, you will not have my business.

This will be my second time using vision & glasses at this center. I have to say that both times I received excellent service. Doctors were very knowledgeable and caring. I will only say that the office part of it needs a little care (organization or painting). Other than that staff are nice. Very easy to get Appointments.The staff on the glasses section are incredible. I had the same person helping me both years and she always very helpful. She helped me the first time she recommended AARP for discounts. If you are 50+ this is the way to go. I saved over $100! (Well, adding this second time a saved over $200) My glasses arrived en 6 day! They have great selection to choose.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR CONTACTS OR EYE EXAMS!!!I came here to get eye check and contact lenses. I ended up having to come here 6 times to try on different contact lenses that all did not work. I wasted $100 on the eye exam and $130 on contact lenses that I can not see out of. This was actually the second time I had a bad experience here with getting my prescription.I think the eye doctors here need to go back to school. They do not know how to do their job.
Mike was amazing in the vision center. Never before has anyone been kind enough to help me choose a pair of glasses that works for my face shape. I described in vague detail what i wanted and he was happy and enthusiastic to assist. They were funny and compelling to talk to also, keeping my little brother interested by letting him select pairs for me. Mike gave his professional opinion on every pair i tried on and Alma did as well. While i had to ask for numerous of the sunglasses to be unlocked, i never once saw irritation in their eyes. The customer service was the best thing about my visit. And the glasses/sunglasses they helped me choose were a perfect match for me. Im so excited to finally have a pair meant for me. THANKYOU SO MUCH!

This review is specifically for the Automotive department.My parents had purchased a car a bit less than 2 years ago, and the battery, which was a Walmart store-brand, had died. Checking the date stamp on the battery, it was a couple of months short of 2 years old, which was far too new to have a problem, so I took it into Walmart, hoping to get a pro-rated price on a new one.It turned out that the battery was under warranty, and even though I wasnt the original purchaser, they were able to look up the purchase based on the serial number, verify the warranty, and replace the battery for free.Not every company would stand behind their products that way, and for that, I have to give Walmart two thumbs up.
