Even tho Tmobile service is terrible I had a good experience in store. We Walked right into this tmobile store it seemed like the were overstaffed which is a plus, was helped right away by a friendly associate, the phone my my kid wanted was in stock +++, we where in and out within 30m and a new phone however I still wouldnt recommend tmobile to anyone, internet service is ridiculous the only reason I havent switch companies is due too our plan its apparently the best of the best the grandfather plan. πŸ˜’

I had a bad experience with T-Mobile store on 5779 Lone Tree Way Suite C, Antioch, CA 94531. I opened a T-Mobile account as a new customer on December 23, 2019. I got a text message from T-Mobile on January 9, 2020 that my four lines have been disconnected due to overdue bill, and I will have to pay $20 reconnection fee. What overdue bill when I haven’t even been with T-Mobile for one month? I went to T-Mobile store on 5779 Lone Tree Way Suite C, Antioch on 1/9/2020 to talk to them about the service interruption issue. The lady that attended to me wasn’t any different from the unfriendly customer service experience that I have had with most of the staff (except for the manager Brian and Andrea). It took about an hour for her to finally figure things out. That was about the fifth trip that I have made to the same store and phone calls to their telephone customer. Hopefully, the problem is resolved! The problem was created when one of the staff at the store accidentally created an account with four lines on my name when I went to inquire about their services on December 6, 2019. I was given a β€œtext drive” device to test the quality of their reception at my house. I was leaving AT&T because of poor reception at my house. Anyhow, to cut a long story short, I wished I never visited T-Mobile store on Line Tree because of their poor customer’s service and it is one of the worse that I have experienced.

Great experience! Getting a new phone activated with OTHER carriers was about as much fun as a root canal. T-Mobile was far better! The associate who helped us (James) was super. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, conscientious, & pleasant. Best experience EVER in a phone store!

I have been shopping at this particular store for about 6 years now. Even going back after I changed carriers. They have always taken care of me. I love that they take your name down. There isnt any problems on whos next. All the staff seems knowledgeable on all their products offered.

This is the store where I got my iPhone 8 Plus and they have a color that I looking for is gold but it took almost near 1 hour for my name to be called the line maybe long but I love this T Mobile store and the worker are so helpful

Horrible . First and foremost my iPhone 6 wasnt reading my sim so I had to order another one on warranty when that phone came on of there employees Justin sent it back by accident confusing it with a separate device. So they gave me a temporary android for 11 days. Not to mention they wait at a minimum is a hour all the cashiers are slow slow slow slow slow accept for this one upbeat bald headed guy point is do not come here worst experience ever !!!! For the headache they have caused me they store manager Dennis offered a credit smh ..:.: he need to hire new employees

Went to this store to buy a iphone 7 for my son, and add it to our tmobile service. They said they didnt have phone we wanted in stock but they could order it and ship it to the store. So we waited for almost an hour while they helped two customers(the entire time). We went to to prepay for phone and the clerk(at cash register) said they no longer had the phones we wanted . WASTED AN HOUR FOR NOTHING.!!! Went to BEST BUY(Lone Tree ), they had my sons second choice phone in stock, we bought the phone and brought it to tmobile store on Balfour and they set everything up in 20 minutes!!!
