❌❌❌❌CAUTION!!! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!VERY misleading company! They put a picture of a remote on the website, and they send you a remote that doesn’t even look the same, nor even the same model. Then they expect you to change out the antenna in order to get this one to work. I spoke with the person (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE BTW) on the phone and he said “if we put the the pic of the old remote picture on the website nobody would buy it.”Then I suggested instead of putting a picture of a completely different product on there maybe put both of them (OLD AND NEW) and show that they’re actually purchasing a new one. It’s not that hard to do. They are intentionally trying to mislead people into buying thisWHAT COMPANY DOES THIS??Extremely misleading companyI was trying to order a 1WSHR remote for my 2010 Audi RDX. I had previously ordered a remote like this a few weeks ago from another company…This remote worked flawlesslySo I go to brentwoodcaraudio.com to order remote, and see a picture of this exact same remote on there. I look at this condition, it says new, so I order it.I figured the remote that I saw in the picture was the remote I was going to receive, I didn’t question it….It had the exact same part number of the remote control I was trying to orderToday when I picked up the remote in the mail, it’s not even the same remote it’s a 1WAMR-1600I tried programming it, it doesn’t work. This remote also came with another antennaSo I called up the company, and he tells me well if we put an accurate picture of the old remote on it nobody would buy it. I tell them that it’s very misleading, I didn’t read the fine print that they would send me out the most current remote… That doesn’t mean anything to me, if they have a picture of a remote then I expect it to be that remote, not something to be completely differentThis is false advertising in my opinion. They should not be putting a picture of a remote control if it’s not that remote control you’re ordering……not everybody has time to go through the fine print….. they are intentionally misleading people by posting a pic of another productWhat company intentionally puts a picture of a product they’re not even selling and sends them out something completely different!!!??I told him that I will return it. He immediately told me there are no returns. So I’m out the 60.00. I ordered a key fob for my car over 20 days ago and it just finally shipped. I emailed and never got a reply. Had to call and then I was informed it was backordered. An email should have been sent. I will never order from them again.

The man is a craftsman. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Shop is clean, work is stellar. He loves Dogs, what else is there to say.

Bought an HID kit. Spent 119 on did not last. Found information and all for return. Did not work with me to come up with some compromise or anything. Will definitely not recommend them for anything in the future. Customer service is horrible.

The set up was nice. Clean space nice old blood hound and and old school in the back but for some reason the customer service was crappy. No small talk tried to talk to him about my stereo set up and he just rushed my total and receipt. No smiles nothing
