What a great locally owned place. After two jobs and a referral out, I love them even more. Honest, quick and super friendly. They have a ton of jobs listed to do every time I have been there, but they always made me feel like the special special customer. 💚

Very nice people but i went in for questions and one of the guys says the do the type of work i need done all the time and then i valled the store 5 min kater when i got home and another dude told me they didnt do that type of install

Family owned place, been around forever. I opted to purchase and do my own install, they dealt with all my annoying questions (im a total rookie at this) and multiple visits just to ask questions, as well as got me the best setup, even if it meant talking me into a cheaper item.... i trust this place, cant say the same about any other shop. I recommend the wait and extra money to have them install if doing a full overhaul as I did

I brought my 2014 ford mustang here for radio installation, and these guys are super helpful. They even explained the back ports on my radio without needing to ask, they could even tell the year the radio was made just by looking at it. O.O Great service, Ill definitely be back should we need any other work done!

I went to a big box electronics store and found out they no longer sell nor install automotive electronics. That turned out to be a good thing. I have a class B RV and wanted experienced and expert installers. I went online and found Pantells Music Box. Its a family owned business since the 1950s. I went there and saw them working on a high-end class B RV. Ralph, the owner, greeted and helped me. He was informative and answered my questions. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want. I purchased a double din stereo, car alarm, and a backup camera that had to be special ordered for my vehicle. I put down a deposit and make an appointment to come back in a week for installation. I was told it may take two days to complete the installation. They finished in one day, actually, about six hours from the time I left the vehicle. Ralph and his family staff are great all along the process. They took the time to show me how it all worked. I inspected the installation work and it all looks well done and by professionals. Im a happy customer.

If you dont buy their auto radio from them, they wont install it.

They wont install a brand new amp with warranty that I got from best buy and i got the kicker amp install wire kit ..

Great company! I had a head unit, amp, and component stereo set installed here about 3 years ago. It has worked flawlessly the whole time! Came in this week trying to find out my options for fitting a subwoofer into my miata, a very spaced limited car. The owner advised me of every possibility he could think of.

We got GPS with a back-up camera with a great stereo, they made adjustments without any extra charges. Tried another place first and was disappointed. I thought they were quite pricey, but after going somewhere else that was cheaper, i can now appreciate the cost. Their work is clean, and they use good cables, parts accessories ect. Will never go anywhere else. You get what you pay for!

Had a alarm install a few years ago on my work van and there was a short that was locking my doors. Went there for some help and they figured out and fixed the small issue in a matter of mins. Thanks guys!

They build subwoofer boxes, I have a 2000 watt rms subwoofer and wanted them to build a quality vented box. They build boxes, but refused to build me one since I wasnt buying a speaker from them. I dont understand why not, I was willing to pay up to $150.... Potential profit, lost

I had a sound system put in about three weeks ago. I waited for 3 weeks to post a review to see if anything would go wrong and so far so good. Ralph, the owner is very knowledgeable about music. We talked and figured out a sound system that would be good for me in my 2015 crew cab Chevy. Ralph and his brothers installed two 12 kickers underneath my back seat, new tweeters in the dash and a 4 channel 600watt Apline to run the whole system. The bass shacks my truck sometimes. The craftsmanship is good and you cant even tell I have a sound system in it. The whole job is VERY CLEAN and the price is very reasonable. I am very happy with their work and will recommend Pantell to all my family and friends.

They listened, were extremely informative, and recommended, redesigned, & installed, components that actually work well with the existing OEM features. And, they did it all with class, exceptional service, attention to detail, & within a reasonable budget. Dont go anywhere else, The family Pantell is the best!
