Tammy was absolutely lovely and so incredibly helpful when I went in to try on wigs. The styles and colors that she chose for me were absolutely perfect, it was extremely difficult to chose the style that I liked best. I originally thought that I would only choose one, but I will be going back to purchase additional wigs. Tammy, thank you for everything, I really appreciated it!

Everyone should stop in at Merle Norman in Antioch, IL or Buffalo Grove, IL. This is NOT just a make up store. You must go see for yourself to experience the charming people that work there. You will be able try out products before you purchase and the ladies are very good at matching your specific skin type and needs. But getting back to the boutique...they always have just the most elegant jewelry, purses, clothing, and many other accessories like manicure tools and sets, sunglasses. scarves, leggings and on and on. And the wigs, well they have hundreds including short ones, long ones, toppers, and in many colors and styles. I did half of my Christmas shopping there because I could get so many great quality things at a very reasonable price. Cannot say enough about this great place. Stop in and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Merle Norman has great skin care and makeup. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The boutique is beautiful. They also have a great selection of wigs.

She took the time to really understand my skin and my needs and suggested products, which we got to try on, that would truly fit me and my lifestyle. What a fantastic experience graduating from cheaper brands to a quality product! Plus, I went home with so many extra samples, which really capped off the experience in such a fun way!

Tammy is the most kind, compassionate and easy going person Ive ever had to work with. She made finding a wig feel fun, and easy in a time when things are just so hard. Losing your hair is an awful thing to go through, but Tammy knows just how to make you comfortable with it and feel comfortable in your own skin! I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a wig (or 4 haha!)

I have been in several times to ask for donations and such. Staff is always super excited to see you. They are very generous with their support of the community.I finally went in to shop and get a makeover this week. They were so fun to sit and hangout with. Very clean. They took the time to really explain how to apply makeup to get the look they were doing. Very clean. Always used clean applicators. And they weren’t pushy about buying their products. They write everything down so I could come back later.

I make a special trip just to visit my favorite Merle Norman store. I have been using Merle skin care and make-up products for almost 15 years and I will NEVER use anything else. The staff is outstanding! They know exactly what you need to achieve the look you desire. Shop is clean, well organized and they have much more than just make-up! Jewelry, scarfs, purses...fun place to hang out for a free facial too!!
