I try to call before going to double check the only product I buy from there is in stock because online will say one thing and I get there and they don’t actually have it. They either don’t have a phone anymore or the employees are forwarding all the calls because it rings once then starts beeping like the line is busy. Every single time. I don’t live close and it’s very annoying to drive there and not know if the products will be stocked. 70% of the time they are out of hair tape…

This store IS NEVER OPEN DURING THEIR LISTED BUSINESS HOURS!! WTH???! Does anybody do their job anymore??? So unprofessional! This is why brick and mortars are going out of business! No dependability for in stock items and now for the store to be open at all! In the last month I’ve tried to purchase items here only to find them closed at 4pm 5pm 6pm when the store says COVID HOURS closing at 7pm! Sometimes you can see people inside but the gate is closed and lights dimmed and NO CURBSIDE PICKUP! Door says in store shopping! They won’t answer the phone and they won’t open the store for shopping so just shut it down and go out of business then! It’s SO ANNOYING TO WASTE MY TIME and gas driving there for nothing! Again closed today 9-26-20 at 4:30 and they were closed on 9-24-20 at 2-3pm! 9-27-20 all day closed! And these are just in the past week! I can’t remember the other times/dates because I didn’t realize it was a recurring thing. SMDH

Sallys is open with a limit of 9 people,if you go during the weekend yoi may need to wait in line. The store is clean and most items are on stock or you can order online and pick up here. The checkout girls are friendly and can answer questions for you.
