Sales was absolutely unaccomodating on offering anything meaningful in the way of a guarantee that the car was good and driveable and I understand why - Ive had nothing but problems since I bought my car from them. First car I test drove wouldnt even turn without grinding and had other issues as well. Would recommend anyone considering a car go somewhere else.

Bought a beautiful white Chev suburban from these guys probably 3 years ago now. I still love it, would definitely do business with them again. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory and the finance process. They stayed late and got my paperwork done, really great bunch of people to work with.

After test driving I expressed my concerns and ask if anything was wrong with the vehicle and they were honest and took it into the shop and fixed whatever issue it had before they let me even buy it and drive off! 5 out of 5 stars! My wife and I purchased a used truck here about a month ago. The morning we bought it I had called JEM Sales about half an hour before we stopped by to look at the truck and I spoke with Brad. When my wife and I arrived, the truck was just about finished being washed for us, and we felt very comfortable with the dealership atmosphere and Brad also. We took the truck for a test drive and really liked it. We talked a bit with Brad about it and he also made me an offer on my trade-in that he would hold to even if we didn’t buy from the dealership. Later that afternoon we came back and bought the truck. The process was incredibly smooth and there wasn’t any haggling at all—the price was great already!Two weeks later we called JEM Sales to trade in my old car. I spoke to Jim on the phone. Brad wasn’t there, so we ended up working with Jim. I didn’t get great vibes from Jim on the phone or in person. He didn’t seem interested in us as customers, but he got us through the process and wrote us a check for our old car. We were glad to leave.All in all, we liked JEM Sales. Brad was wonderful, professional, and kind, and our buying process was great. However, we gave 4 stars because of our experience with Jim.

Worst car dealership ever ! Put over 1000 into a car I got 5 months ago and the frame rusted out! I went to return it and they told me they could do nothing for me. They dont do oil changes or repairs to their vehicles.

Nice guys. Brad and Jim were nice throughout to us. We tried to buy a car from them and they were happy to let us test drive and and helped us with all that. However take their cars in for a prepurchase inspection bc they won’t tell you about what’s wrong with it. The car we were looking at was super clean on the inside and outside but need tons of work on the bottom. The $40 inspection is worth the money.

You will not find a better place to buy a used car. I didnt have the best of credit but Brad and Mike made sure I got the financing that I needed (and could afford) to drive away in a new car that I absolutely LOVE! I shopped around and couldnt find a better deal than the one I received. I’ve had nothing but problems since paying $10,000 CASH for my 2014 Malibu. First the alternator, battery, and now my AC. I was told that I could “trade it in” and they would sell me another one but I’m not taking the chance of buying another POS vehicle from them.

Mike did all he could to get me the best possible loan and he did just that I ended up same day leaving with a 2013 Dodge Charger. I cant get over how amazing it was and how well they took care of me.

Got a flier in the mail said I won $5,000 I even read the fine print. Went to the county fair and could not find your booth as the flyer stated. Called the company and no one could tell me where the stand was. After reading the other posts on this flyer I am very saddened that you would one persons hope up and then smash it down so quickly.

I applied for one of their vehicles through their website, received no follow up. I saw them post the same vehicle on the Facebook marketplace, asked again, can see that they read my message, and no response. Clearly not a great company considering they dont respond to people interested in the product they are selling. They were extremely nice and helpful with the purchase of my Mercedes. Brad was very knowledgeable about Mercedes, BMWs, and other luxury cars, which made me feel comfortable buying a luxury car from a smaller dealership. My car runs wonderfully!
