I used to visit this place every month to purchase phone service about six years ago. The customer service reps and staff were/are extremely nice, polite, and helpful. I recommend this place to those of you who are current Verizon Wireless customers or for those of you who might be interested in switching phone carrier service. I am seriously considering going back to Verizon Wireless Phone Service, but I have not fully made up my mind for now.

My representer was extremely helpful throughout the very tedious process. He was extremely patient and kind which made the entire process worth it. He was clear and made everything very excess-able. His energy was very positive and warming. Extremely happy with the outcome:))

The experience was fantastic. We went in wanting possibly two phones and decided on one for all three of us. Will was an excellent salesman. He wasnt pushy and he gave great advice. I am extremely pleased with my rep tonight. I was still torn about the decision between the 12 Pro & the max but he was more than willing to pull out any and everything I wanted to try. Very polite and cared about my experience even past the purchase date. I left the premises at closing time and my rep made sure I got into my car safely (as a woman, that is huge for me) I felt like I had just run into an old friend and that’s how customer service should be done. The phones that are sold with the Prepaid accounts are garbage. The company doesnt stand behind their products.Dont use the Jacksonville store!!!!

Not a Verizon store they just use the name. they sold me a phone that was junk I did not have the box it came in so they wanted $100.00 to exchange the phone because I did not have the box. It was in so be careful they are cheats and God forbid you are on disability they could care less the Verizon store in Oxford is a real Verizon store do not use this store like I said they want to charge a 100.00 just for a cardbord box to return this junk phone I bought from them go to the store in Oxford there a Corp store

My rep was awesome! I was completely set on switching to ATT, but after a visit to this store, I can gladly say Im still a loyal Verizon customer. The amount of help I received from my rep with setting up my new phone was phenomenal, and he made sure I was more than set up before I walked out the door. If you need any help with getting or setting up a new phone, or even may be curious about switching carriers, you wont be disappointed by a trip to this location.

When I came into the Anniston Verizon store, my phone had ZERO of my old data. My service rep was able to retrieve my data and more importantly to me, my pictures. He never stopped trying to figure out how to retrieve them when I thought they were lost forever! Great job! And great customer service!

I went in this week to the anniston store to buy the whole family phones...4 phones! This was a big deal to me-asking questions, setting up phones, comparing phones and deals with other companies, HOPING I dont make a big mistake. So, I got there and met Tony and Tessa. They went waaay over and above to answer all of our many questions. Set us up with plans and took good care of us. I highly appreciate their good service. I couldnt ask for better help.

They were great except she couldnt figure out my problem which is that my Google Play Store is not responding to my games.. I just play one which is slotomania, but it will not download it or any of them Period..

Staff here is pretty nice and knowledgeable. Though the tablets currently arent great... theres a reason Verizon keeps discontinuing devices about every six months. Also, Verizons Signal in this area is VERY patchy!

I came into the store and needed help getting my cable information synced with my phone in my tablet and my representative found out that I could convert my consumer account with Verizon to a business account and save a tremendous amount of money per year. Cellular Sales, you did a good job finding this young man.
