Hi I really dont be at AutoZone Ill be it Mr Trumans with a watch cars at detail shop and my phone just be picking it up for some reason but Im sure its a great place a good place to shop at to get all your car parts yeah Ill be blessed

They was cool giving me a good part making sure it was the right part solved the problem after getting a sold a bad part all is good

Autozone is a go-to for me. They have good stock of products, their computer system is good. However, their people have marginal knowledge and constantly turning.

Usually very helpful. But will always offer the highest price parts and some wont check your car they will make you do it your self.

One of the men were rude and had a smart mouth

Typical under staffed place. After I got what I needed and stood in line to pay for it was told they only took cards at that register. No I e was working at a register that took cash. Had to wait for someone to finish and go to a register that accepted cash. Ended up standing in 2 different lines for almost 10 minutes to purchase a $7 item off the shelf.

Everybody is very helpful and knows what theyre doing and are eager to learn if they dont

Went to pick up a part they had ordered for me. They said theyre warehouse forgot to ship it. While I waited 2 staff members were discussing how they hate theyre customers because the customers are fussy. So when manager told me they would have to order it again then I informed her of what the other 2 said then 1 of those women said she was referring to the Mechanics that order from them. I told her maybe people would not be fussy if they would do their job right as this company has jad problems for years. I went 2 Blocks Down the road to Oreillys and they had my part in stock and $5.00 cheaper. I will no longer be shopping at AutoZone.

Cody Tidwell bent over backwards to make sure that I really needed a new battery before selling it to me. He offered price match and all kinds of warranties. He came out and took the old one off and new one on. Man, I couldn’t have been happier. I had such a busy day and didn’t have much time to spend. This store is legit.

Very helpful service they help me even though they didnt have to both workers on Saturday night October 7th or 8th I believe it is they were awesome they did so much work I had to change my brakes my headlight and my battery cable and they helped with all of it and I was back on the road within a minute or so a few minutes

The one on Quintard I dont like the lady that runs the place thinks she is God shes rude and has a real attitude problem but I would shop again at AutoZone
