I went in to get my phone screen repaired, went and got boba, and it was done by the time I was back! I also got a new screen protector and a new phone case and its almost like I got a brand new phone! The tech also cleaned out my charging port for me at no extra cost! If you ever have any damage to my phone this is where you should go! First off they are extremely affordable and friendly. They are knowledgeable and willing to explain everything they are doing. I personally had a phone with water damage that I couldn’t get to turn back on. I lost over 80 GB of personal data and Apple couldn’t do anything. IfixandRepair was able to help me get my phone back on and allow me to back up my phone to iCloud.One thing everyone has to understand about electronics today is they aren’t meant to be taken apart and be fixed so these repairs aren’t always going to give you a new device so be optimistic and understanding of the outcomes.Highly recommend!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I cracked my original iPhone screen back in the beginning of October. Since then I have made three trips back to this place and had three different screens installed. The screens were ok for a few days/ weeks, but then would develop a ghost touch. This is beyond frustrating, almost to the point where you can use your phone. I am at the point were I am just going to Verizon and upgrading my phone all together. I should have just went to apple and paid the extra money to have an apple screen installed at the beginning. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! Every screen they install is junk and will go bad (not to mention the colors are a little off and not that great of a picture). Thank you, Ifix and repair, for wasting my time and money and causing endless amounts of frustration.

My MacBook Air screen broke so I took it to I fix and repair, they did fix it but they made a scratch on the top of my screen and the black bottom part of the screen is moving and the Mac book screen is hard to close.

ZERO STARS!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!I made three attempts to fix my ipad screen with these very rude and very unprofessional people. After the hassle the repair guy refused to fix my ipad and accused me of lying, saying I broke it at home. He refused to refund the money and refused to fix it.The Zapp kiosk around the corner, infront of the Victorias Secret, fixed the ipad in 5mins removing the faulty parts they put in AND they were cheaper! My ipad is fixed and is as good as new!Save yourself the hassle! They dont know what they are doing! When I was there other people were complaining! Mall security says its an ongoing thing! Go to Zapp!

I allowed them to replace the screen on my iPhone this spring. Now, the sound repeatedly cuts off and on. It wasnt doing that before I allowed them to replace the screen. Now, I have to locate an Apple center to fix my phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUE WITH YOUR PHONE.--Reponse to Owner: unless giving a full refund there is nothing to discuss. You get one time to screw up my tech, you dont get a second chance. Replacing a screen is not brain surgery, it should have been a simple fix without complicatons.

My laptop screen went black in the middle of finals. They fixed it expeditiously and for a very reasonable/affordable price and I was able to finish and turn in all my projects.10/10 Would recommend

This place is the worst. I got my IPhone battery replaced there and first their batteries have a compatibly issue where the IPhone software can’t tell you the % of battery life left. The other issue is that the battery swelled up within 5 months and then I brought it back for another replacement because I had a 6 month warranty. They first said it might not be covered because of “water damage” and there was no water. Then they gave me a hard time saying that I needed to wait until the manager came there to check it. So go here if you like frustration and getting ripped off. One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. There are better places at the mall that would do a better replacement (even if it cost a little more).Update- I was writing the other review before they were finished with the repair. After they finished I had shown the second person the issue of not showing a battery life %. At this point they had installed 2 batteries this visit and both had the same issue. The guy said he was going to one of their other stores in the mall to get another battery. The battery he brought back looked nothing like the original ones they used as replacement. And magically the battery life % worked! No idea where their “other store” is. Check your battery life % before you leave and it should say 100%. It’s under “Battery Life”.

At first the experience was very pleasant. They were able to replace my phone screen within 20-30 minutes. However, once I returned after 20 minutes the employee replacing my screen had told me it would take another 20 minutes because he accidentally cracked the screen while pushing it into place. I did not think much of it at first. My screen was working great for the first week after I had gotten it replaced. Though only a week after the screen was fixed, my phone had cracked in two different places while I was walking and it was in my bag. My bag had nothing hard or anything that would cause the screen to break. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the new screen that I had received. I would not go and pay $85 to get my screen fixed for it to break a few days later. My phone case was on the way in the mail so it was not on yet, however my bag the phone was in did not hit anything or have anything in it that would cause any harm to my phone or I would have not put it in there. There is nothing more aggravating then spending my money on low quality materials. Though I will say, the people who helped me were very kind.

I have taken my phone 2 times and both times they have Messed up my screen I have came back and tried to get a warranty for them ruining my phone and all they do is try to get you to pay more I am tired of this business and it needs to be more professional you cannot leave somebody with a broken phone that you have caused and make your customer pay for it!!!!!

I wish I could give a zero star review. I took an iPad mini and first generation iPad Air to this store to have their cracked screens replaced. This was not cheap! I paid in excess of $300 to have the work done.Initially, everything seemed great. After one day, the iPad mini home button had fallen into the iPad and no longer functioned. I promptly took the unit back to the store and he repaired the button. When I left the store he was sure to tell me that it was not his work that failed, but misuse of the button. Seems really odd that suddenly we all forgot how to use a home button. But ok, I’ll chalk it up to a fluke.A week later the same thing happened. Button fell into the iPad and was unusable. Around the same time, I noticed the OTHER iPad they worked on had an eerily soft feel to the home button and the ‘off’ button would randomly be triggered without touching it. I returned to the store a third time with the iPad Mini and to my surprise, I saw the same guy the third time. He was far less helpful and frustratedly agreed to repair the button again but promised me it could only be misuse that was causing this. When I refuted his suggestion by pointing out my extensive history with apple products and that both units he has repaired are experiencing similar issues he then started to claim that the issue could be that Apple’s button does not stick to his screen. REALLY?If I had been made aware of this massive issue I would never have agreed to let him fix my iPads in the first place let alone paid a ridiculous premium for the work performed to now have two unusable iPads that I will now have to spend more money to have repaired properly.Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place.

These guys are great, I came in at 345 on a Sunday and they replaced the broken screen on my sons iPad in about an hour for $99. I also purchased a case for it which they gave me half off on. Great service and really nice guys.

I had a good in-store experience but technically I believe the iPhone 7 glass repair is inferior to the original. The pointing is inaccurate and certain areas are very unresponsive. Not thrilled.

I had my cracked iphone 6 screen replaced at ifixandrepair. It took about 2 hours, but I havent had any issues with it thus far and the new screen seems to be working fine. I was asked to leave a review for a discount as the shop is under new ownership. Very happy with the service I received, I would recommend!

Friendly and professional. iPhone 6 screen was cracked badly with a piece missing. Display was nonresponsive with colored lines on one side. Replaced LCD and added glass screen protector for $106 all told. Works like new. VERY SATISFIED

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Went in to have a cracked screen replaced on a perfectly working phone. They put in a bad screen that destroyed my software. Not to mention, they were convinced I needed a new battery before they even saw the phone. Horrible customer service, suspicious conversation, real crooks! If you go here, your Apple warranty is immediately voided if they replace your screen. STAY AWAY!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place cheated me out of my money. Went home not even 24hrs after getting it done cracked it right away. Then went back with my recipe and they proceeded to tell me it’s my fault that I wasn’t careful when I didn’t even do anything. Started yelling at me and now my phone freezes all the time. And it had never froze before I took it there. Not a nice place will never go back again. $136 down the drain. My screen protector was plastic when i was told it was glass and he installed it for me.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would!!! I took my daughter’s iPod touch 6 in working to receive it back with the glass lifted on one side. Additionally she now cannot connect to our WiFi and the on and off button is so hard to press!!! !! I was told he would fix the iPod!!!!! I am soooooo disappointed with this place and service!! I was told my phone would be repaired with factory gorilla glass. This was not the case. A cheap alternative was used that broke in my pocket and cut me on my way home.

Went to get my screen fixed. Took twice as long as they said it would. The new screen didnt work so they had to put my old cracked oen back on. After that my phone wouldnt turn on at all. When I returned they tried to say it was my fault but gave me a loner phone while mine was sent out to be fixed. Younger worker before taking me to other location to get loner phone talked on phone with friends while I was waiting and the manager stood there and did nothing besides telling him once to hurry. They knew I was in a rush but did nothing to quicken process. Never heard from company again. Very unprofessional, process took a very long time most likely due to the lack of urgency. Manager was nice but not good at managing staff.
