I bought a New Jeanneau in 2017 . I tried to communicate the defects and that the dealer was dragging their feet to the Jeanneau America, but no call back. The website doesnt even have a contact name or email, its almost like they are hiding. The warranty is worthless without customer support. The American government shouldnt allow products to be sold or imported withthis type of terrible service. BEWARE!

Don’t bother buying any product from Jeanneau America. Had an issue with one of their dealers and reached out to Jeanneau America. No one answered the phone or returned my emails. How do they expect to sell boats worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and have no one answering the phone? Jeanneau is trying to break into the American market, unfortunately they haven’t figured out Americans expect customer service. Stick to American brands with American representation and American factories. Those companies will return your calls.
