I have purchased from this location over the last 10 years, however my most recent experience with Ethan Allen was phenomenal. I worked with Michele Yeatman who really brought my vision to life. I wanted to update our family room to meet the needs of our young family (I needed performance fabrics to hold up against my young children). Michele assisted me in selecting updated pieces in the room from a sectional, console table, pillows, wall color and accessories. She made sure, they worked with existing Ethan Allen pieces I already had in the room. I really appreciated the time she took with me to select fabrics and make sure I was happy. I really enjoyed my experience with her and look forward to working on future projects with her. If you are looking for furniture I highly suggest Ethan Allen, very well made furniture, and I suggest working with Michele she makes sure you feel like you are her only client and is very personable.

Brandon Lee at the Annapolis store was fabulous. He listened carefully, understood what kind of loveseat we needed for a challenging space in our sunroom --and found it in no time flat. He also zeroed in on the perfect color. And thats not all. He did not have a floor sample of the loveseat size so he we mentioned that we would be in Delaware later in the week, and he offered to and did arrange for us to see and try out the piece in the Chadds Ford area. She quickly assessed our style and suggested pieces from the Ethan Allen line to complete two rooms in our new home. We liked everything that she suggested, and have gradually purchased all of the pieces (and in the fabrics/finishes) that she advised. From the moment my husband and I met Michele, she treated us like we were her only customers and cared.....CARED about the investment we were making. She cared so much...SHE pulled the triggered and had me wait, until she took time out to come to our house to ensure the colors and pieces are exactly what we wanted. I have to admit, Im only use to people out for themselves and sealing the deal to make money. Michele is not like that. She taught me a lot and how the small changes have a dramatic impact in designing. Due to Covid, unfortunately we are still waiting (3+ months) PRAYING it gets here before my sons graduation!!! During the time of waiting, Michele has contacted us to keep us updated. I look forward to sharing how the furniture looks!

We are long-time customers of Ethan Allen furniture, but we had an exceptionally pleasant and productive experience with BrandonLee. We own a second home in Delaware and decided to redo the entire living room room/ dining room. Brandon was amazing to work with. His knowledge of the extensive range of options available at Ethan Allen was incredible.We sent him him pictures and measurements of our beach condo and described our vision. When we met with him, he had already created 3D images of the rooms with his recommendations. He had also pulled fabrics and materials for us to choose from. Brandon seemed to understand what we were hoping for and prepared thoroughly for our visit. His recommendations were excellent.Initially, my wife asked me if we could hold off deciding that day about making a purchase, and to wait a day to think it over. I like to get things done, but went along with her. After Brandon assisted us with the selections, Laurel wanted to move forward that day. I reminded her that she wanted to wait a day. She said, “Yes, but Brandon knocked our socks off, so there was no need to wait.” We ordered everything that day.We are now looking forward to the time when the new furniture and artwork are delivered.We could never have done this by ourselves.It was a pleasure working with him.Our furniture has all been delivered. We could not be more pleased with how all of Brandons choices worked together to create an inviting, cheerful, stylish beach home. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon after reviewing his profile and deciding that his work was more in line with my taste. I couldn’t have made a better choice to help me choose my drapes!Brandon shared his knowledge of fabrics and drapes, which led to me reconsidering my original choice of wanting grommets. He never tried to persuade me to change my mind, but rather to reconsider my choice, for a couple of reasons. I stopped in at Ethan Allen Annapolis Towne Center store in January looking to replace a beloved sofa I had purchased from Ethan Allen nearly 20 years ago. I was very fortunate to meet design consultant, Jessica Brown, on that initial visit. She showed me the wide range of fabric choices available to customize any sofa and took time to patiently explain the differences in the various grades of fabric. I was overwhelmed by the choices, but Jessica asked a few specific questions that helped me get clear about what I wanted to achieve and narrow the choices. Jessica offered to visit my home and see the space. She was prompt, took time to measure the space and notice every detail in the room. When I met with her again a few days later, she presented me with a model of the room and what it would look like with a new sofa in the fabric Id chosen and other furnishings. Jessicas attention to detail was amazing. She sorted through hundreds of fabrics to find just the right one for a pillow that tied together the colors in the room. I have always wanted a comfortable, yet beautifully designed room, but had no idea how to achieve it. Thank you, Jessica, for making my dream come true.

As a Field Engineer, I mostly work with a small team in remote locations. Communication and job planning are two of the most important things that can make or brake your day. The two gentlemen that delivered my dresser showed this in spades! Michele has been extremely patient as this a new experience for me. We still laugh about our first meeting when I was test driving recliners. She took one look at me and said “oh my...breathe!!” I may have been a little overwhelmed and tense. Salesman patiently showed us tables on the showroom floor & online. He explained how they were constructed & finished, & the choices of finish. One piece was a custom order, & he informed us of its progress as we awaited delivery. Delivery was prompt, & the pieces are perfect.

I purchased a piece of artwork and Michele assisted me with the order. The artwork arrived super quick. I have never had a box shipped to me that was packed as carefully as this. We initially visited Ethan Allen to find new furniture and accents for our living room, and this led to us meeting your design consultant Nahathai Alexopulos (Jah). As a result, we now have a fully furnished room, and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Jah came to our home and took measurements of the room from which she generated a three-dimensional image (CAD) into which furniture images could be placed to give us an idea of how it would look. This was enormously helpful to us in making decisions about which pieces to purchase. On two subsequent occasions, Jah went above and beyond by bringing pieces to our home so that we could see them in place. Jah called other stores looking for items we were interested in, and worked with her manager on our behalf to arrive at a completed project. We feel this was an excellent collaborative effort that resulted in a beautifully furnished room. We are more than satisfied with Jah’s attention to detail and honest input. We went to a number of other furniture stores and we selected Ethan Allen because of Jah’s professional design advice. We hope that Ethan Allen will recognize Jah for her outstanding customer service.

My wife and I had the best experience recently at Ethan Allen in Annapolis. One of their design consultants, Jah, helped my wife and I design a beautiful living/music room layout. She first sat down with us to learn about our desires and then created a virtual representation of our room using professional 3D interior design modeling software. The rendering was to scale and very realistic and included our piano, windows, wall-hung guitars, flooring, and wall color. Using this software, she then added a multitude of Ethan Allen items such chairs, rugs, wall art, lamps, etc., in varying combinations and layouts. With her help, we were able to narrow down the top-level requirements for the room as well as 2 layout configurations. All of this was done at our first visit with her - and without even having an appointment! The next step entailed Jah traveling to our home and working with us at great length and with many upholstery and rug samples to refine our requirements even further (all free of charge). The final step was completed at Ethan Allen where Jah had a final rendering of what she felt was the best solution for our situation. At that last meeting, we made final adjustments and then moved forward with the design. It was an amazing experience. Jah’s interior design and decorating skills were spot on and really helped us arrive at what ended up being a space-efficient and budget-friendly layout. We will be sure to come back to Ethan Allen to have Jah help us with future interior home improvements. Highly recommend you give Ethan Allen and Jah a try - you will not be disappointed.

Linda my designer is excellent, but the product Ethan Allen is producing the last few years is not! We purchased a complete dining set from the Lancaster store and now a bed frame from the Annapolis store. Both purchases from EA had unacceptable finish flaws. We had plans to buy a mattress set from them but after receiving yet more EA furniture with dirt in the finish as well as areas that werent even stained at all we decided to look elsewhere to buy the mattress set for our new EA frame. This is of no fault to the designers, these are production and quality control issues with the company. My excellent designer Linda is working on getting customer service to repair the finish issues and I am thankful she is able to take care of that for me. All and all, we love EA for many reasons, I am a bit sad to see their quality decline, but as long as they will continue to repair the flaws that are released from the factory and continue to provide me with excellent customer service we will continue to buy from them because they are still one of the better furniture manufacturers.
