Philip, Sales, Brian, Manager & Calvin, Financial Manager were great to work with. They are very responsive and work quickly to fix any issues that may arise. I purchased my 2021 Lexus NX300 from them and Im enjoying it tremendously! They still treat me as a valued customer after the sale!! Thanks guys you are awesome!!

Avoid Lexus of Annapolis. Lexus Service is normally top notch and part of why we own a Lexus. Wherever you go for service, you go you are treated with with the utmost customer care, except for Annapolis.. Moving to that area we our attempts at servicing the vehicle we met with disdain as we hadnt purchased our vehicle there. Anyone who knows Lexus knows this is not a Lexus standard. We will continue driving out of our way in the future for service at the Virginia service departments at Pohanka and Lindsay where you actually look forward to a service appointment.

My experience was really good with the service as far mu car being fixed; however, the overcharged cost of the labor was criminal. I booked a service appointment online with no problem. I get to the dealership and they tell me Ill have to wait 1- 1 and 1/2 hours to diagnose the problem before they can provide me with a loaner car, which was fine. After some time, they bring me back to a service reps office to inform me of the issue. The water pump needed replacement. This is a 2010 Lexus rx 350 that Ive owned for about 11 years. The car services me very well and this is the first mechanical issues Ive ever had. It has 223,000 miles on it and sounds virtually new. They give me a quote of $1300+ dollars. The part cost $125.00 and they replaced a belt as well; another $125.00 for that part. Labor was $960.00!!!! Yes, you read correctly, $960.00 with no breakdown of hours for the labor charge. Mind you, once you let them diagnose your vehicle, they automatically charge you $188.00. Thats entrapment! They do not disclose this prior to the diagnosis, only after so you feel like either you take a $200 hit and go elsewhere or pay the cost to fix your vehicle. I was appalled and disgusted. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and they treated me like trash.A few days after my service, a customer surveyor called me to ask about my experience. I explained all of this to her. She said someone in service leadership would be calling me with 24-48 hours. Its been over 1 week and crickets! How can they get away with this? I will never recommend them to anyone I know.
