It was cool. Originally went in for a recall and an oil change. They ran out of the part for the recall, so I have to go back when the part is in stock. The oil change, however, became a bit troublesome. At first they were handing my keys back to me, when the mechanic came back needing them because he forgot to put the new oil filter on. Which cause my car to leak oil from the time they drove it out of the shop. Second, after that happened the mechanic had to replace all oil that was lost. And finally, when I got my keys back a second time; the mechanic came back to double check everything before I could drive off. After all has happened, I am a bit frustrated and untrusting with the service. And also disappointed with the amount of nonchalance or negligence that happened. Everyone was very apologetic about the situation. I am confused as to how we can drag out and be forgetful about a simple service.

Use to be a great place now I dont care for it. They lied about rotating my tires and they dont reset the maintenance indicator and the advisors are kind of rude & unprofessional except for Ralph. Even Dennis was unprofessional I called to let him know about them lying about my tire rotation and he proceeded to tell me they did rotate them and hes not going to go back & forth with me when its obvious they didnt cause one of my tires had low pressure and my tires were marked. Said hed refund my money for the tire rotation still havent seen it. Never will I ever go back there Ill be better off at jiffy.
Bayside Nissan is a top notch dealer and service repair shop. We have purchased three Nissan automobiles over the years and have always had a great experience. There service department is the Best!
They are supposed to rotate the tires and they say they do, but its a lie because one of the rims on my car is scratched and that rim is always in the same place. The service includes car wash, it was part of what I paid when I bought the car, but they didnt wash the car. At beginning the service was excellent, but since the pandemic began in 2020, the quality of service has dropped dramatically. On the other hand, not everything is bad, the staff is very friendly and nice; the experience of dealing with them is pleasant.
I usually don’t take the time to fill out public questionnaires, however, after having my Nissan Pathfinder serviced at Bayside Nissan, I wanted to acknowledge how impressed I am with their staff. I had a transmission problem and they fixed it quickly and kept me informed. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Dennis and his team also pointed out some additional services that my vehicle needed. The good news was they prioritized what needed to be done soon and what could be done later. There wasn’t the high pressure sales tactics that some dealerships have when it comes to service. I will continue to use Bayside Nissan for my service needs.
Dennis Soriano is a top notch asset to the Nissan Dealership and his customer service strives above all others. I travel past two close Nissan dealerships just to get my cars serviced at the Nissan dealership managed by Dennis. His auto technicians perform great service and I will continue to use Bayside for my car repairs. On a downside though, I feel these technicians need to be more careful with the physical side of customers vehicles. Last year, my 2008 nissan was given back to me with scratches on my door underneath of the driver side door knob and scratches all over my wheel. Yesterday I got my 2009 nissan back and my front driver side wheel cover has a very noticeable crack in it. These are in no way Denniss fault but I feel that the service techs need to take a bit more time and dont rush their services so damages like this wont occur to the customers vehicles.

My visit was in response to a recall notice as well as to address the remote access startup function on my key fob. Surprise!! A nail was discovered in my tire!Staff was amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Location was clean and comfortable.At the close of my visit, I was not only granted a free car wash but a very humble gentleman stepped up to assist me in operating my remote startup fob! It was shared that he was the General Manager! And he had the Midas touch - it worked for him. Unfortunately, it hasnt worked for me since! Ill be back.Despite my temperamental fob, I was completely pleased with my visit, the service and above all else, the staff who worked in excellence. I took my Rogue in for service on Sat, 2/27 to have my tire checked. It needed a new tire and it was recommended that I do not drive my vehicle until the tire was replaced. The tire was not in stock; however it could be ordered and the repair could be completed on Mon. I was offered a loaner to accommodate me for the weekend. I was updated on Monday of when my vehicle was going into the shop and when the work would be completed. I was called again saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. Everyone in the service department is always so friendly and professional Thank you Bayside Nissan for your excellent service.

When I called for a service appointment it was scheduled for within a day. The service dept picked up my car at my house within a couple hours the notified in writing g what needed done and the cost that was around 12:30 the car was finished delivered to my door repaired and washed.Everyone in the service dept from the gentleman who picked up my car to the person who arranged everything couldn’t have been more polite informative would not take my car any where else

I took my Nissan Versa in for the 65,000 mile checkup and brakes. Everyone in the service department was friendly, helpful and professional. When I called for the appointment I was able to get a time that was convenient for me and the service was explained to me. I was told the service would take approximately 4 hours. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted with a friendly greeting and went to service writeup. They made sure I understood what the service entailed. I was waiting at the dealership for the service. They kept me informed during the service and it was completed in about 3 hours. I had received an email coupon for the brake service which they applied to the bill saving me money.I bought my Versa at Bayside Nissan and have been satisfied with the sales, finance and especially the service department. The guys in the bay were great, friendly, professional and immediately started vacuuming my car. Then Zach inside was great. I was told 1 to 1.5 hours for my oil change and tire rotation and I was out in one half hour.

My steering wheel was squeaking and was fixed in a timely manner! The employees were very upfront with me about the repair which is something Im anxious about as a woman going to get her car fixed. I also appreciate the free car wash coupons! Definitely come to Bayside Nissan! They changed my perception of dealerships for sure. However, I did see one employee was unmasked during my visit and I did not appreciate that.
My service over the past 3 years is normally pretty good with the exception of an occasional mishap where the technician forgets to reset my oil life or sets the tire pressure to high on my tires. But this last time the technician in a rush forgot to put the caps back on all 4 of my tires. And I had to wash my own car at a nearby gas station.

I’ve been a customer for about 2 years after having purchased 2 cars in 1 day. I use the service center at Bayside exclusively because I trust them to do my oil changes and maintenance correctly. I think they’re honest - they don’t do more repairs or maintenance in an effort to make more money. I appreciate that. I also appreciate that all the guys that work in the service department are friendly and without attitude.
They maintain my fleet vehicle with fast, reliable and courteous service. Also have a nice waiting area, with wi-fi and coffee/tea, so I can get some work done while waiting. (which is never long enough)
This business is the best. I travel to Annapolis rather than use the one in Glen Burnie because this one is so much cleaner and offers a large screen wall mounted TV, free waters and sodas.
I bought a 2016 Nissan Murano SL from Bayside Nissan of Annapolis.The bottom front bumper had a little tear and the dealership repaired the bumper and must say it looks like it never had a tear. Excellent work and customer service at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis. Very friendly people.
Great service all around. I was having issues with my brake and I was able to come in next morning to get them done. Brady and Anthony are really helpful and nice. Our Nissan Altima was in need of some rather serious repairs. Our son had it in SC, but the dealer there quoted an outrageous amount and type of repair. We brought it back to Bayside and they did more for less than half the other quoted price. They were thorough, friendly, honest and kept us updated. Excellent is all we can say.

I scheduled a 2:00 pm appointment on a Saturday and when I arrived I was greeted by a helpful, young woman. I was checked in quickly through the check in station and was seated in the waiting area. My wait time was about 20 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. Fast, friendly service.
This team always goes out of their way to make sure I’m properly taken care of. They even pointed me to some after market parts/mods to help fix some recurring issues with my Xterra. Exceptional service!! I’ll only go here for all my Nissan needs!

The service of my vehicle was exceptional as normal. I was concern with the COVID-19 protocol not being followed by all employees that shared the service wait room area. One employee in the parts department did not have on a mask. He did not have a face covering on at all. He came from behind the parts department area and walk through and then back through the service waiting area with no mask. All other employees adhered to the protocol and had on mask. The employee that did not have on a mask and was allowed to work without a mask did not make me feel comfortable with my wait experience.
This was my first experience using your service department as it was my first 5,000 mile checkup on my Rogue. We were told the service would take approximately 1.5 hours and my car was actually done in 50 minutes. I was thrilled! Everyone was exceptionally professional and friendly and I greatly appreciate the social distancing and everyone in masks. Thank you!
I went in thinking there was an issue with my transmission and when I told the gentlemen the noise my car was making they knew almost on the spot what the issue was and put my fears to rest on needing a new transmission. I cant say enough about the service department at Bayside Nissan. Typically, once you buy a vehicle at a dealership, it ends the care and concern from the company. This is the exact opposite with Bayside Nissan! I know I will get an honest assessment of what my vehicle needs and it will be ready for pickup as promised. My tires - bought at Bayside last October - keep losing air, one more than others. While the repair took longer than I had anticipated (over 4 hours) while the service crew checked all my tires for leaks and finding the leak on one proved challenging, a member of the sales crew found a shady place for me to wait outside so that I would be away from the main walking path and not get sunburned. He then told the service department where to find me. As someone who is immunocompromised, I appreciated that courtesy.
The staff of this dealership are extremely pleasant to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I have done terrific work on my 2012 Marano since moving here in 2017. Prices are extremely reasonable for a dealership, and they are very good about providing transportation or loaner vehicles when needed.
I am a big fan of the service department at Nissan. My car broke down on a Saturday and the service dept allowed me to drop off my car and get a short-notice Monday appointment. Anthony has great communication and is trustworthy. He even had a loaner car sent to the location where I was dropping off my weekend rental car. Theyve earned my repeat business.
I’m disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change and was there for over 2 hours. I was never made aware of the time it was gonna take or I would have rescheduled. Never was I given an update to why it was taking so long. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on to have the service done. This is not the first time it has taken over an hour for a scheduled oil change. Funny how high school kids at jiffy lube can change 10 cars oil in an hour and trained technicians can’t get one done in two hours. Never again....

They said they would call us when our vehicle was finished being serviced but never received a call. Waited four hours then we called and got no answer. Got a ride back to the dealership and our car was blocked in and keys just left there with receptionist. Very unprofessional and surprising as we have never had this lack of service here before.

I did not buy my 2018 Frontier from Bayside but took it there with a warning light problem on Monday, March 30, 2020. The staff was very courteous and was able to get me right in. The problem turned out to be a loose connection and easily corrected. After about an hour the service manager and the mechanic explained the repair and sent me on my way. A great experience all around, thanks Bayside!

Slow, money pirates, best way to describe the warranty coverage on my van, they performed an inspection and came up with 7 items not covered by warranty, some simple some complicated, but all way over priced, had any of the highly recommended repairs been performed would have cost almost $2k out of pocket, no thx I have a local guy who can replace my wiper blades (me) for half the cost.

Anthony has been my service provider for the last 2 years. His customer service is outstanding and he always educates me on taking care of my vehicle. Anthony always makes certain that the shuttle is available to transport me back home for work and picks me up on time. Mr. Ellis (shuttle driver) is very courteous and is a great driver. I feel safe being escorted to and from the dealership. Both Anthony and Mr. Ellis are 5 star employees to Nissan in my book. Between the both of them I have an excellent experience in getting both my Nissan Pathfinders serviced. There is no long wait for service and Im grateful for that. My trucks are in top shape because of Anthony.
