Ive called several times to ask questions before ordering parts and always receive the best customer service on the planet. Ive eaten at 5 star restaurants that cant even come close to the customer service Ive received from this place.I recently purchased some transmission seals for my 915 gear-box and Tommy from the parts department assured me that he would personally check the exact specifications of the seals once they arrived before he sent them out as I needed exact factory replacements. There is so much after-market junk out there (junk seals =s you get to pull your engine again in 6 months..) He followed through with exacting details and called me to ask if it was okay to proceed with shipping. I was interested in purchasing a late model Porsche Cayenne and noticed that Annapolis Porsche had a 2017 in their inventory. It was a weekend evening so sent a text requesting information. To my surprise I receive a response that evening. As a result of that response I looked at the car the following week and made the purchase at a fair and honest price plus received a reasonable offer for my trade in.I was totally impressed by the operation at Annapolis Porsche. The Manager, salesman, finance officer, and even the receptionist were professional, responsive to me questions, and made my buying experience exceptional. Wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them again and would certainly refer my friends to this store. Nice people who treated me with respect. I believe they do that for everyone.

Brought my 2015 Cayenne in for an update for the navigation system. Through the installation process they realized the particular update was already installed. Hugo in the Service Department took the time to show me how the software paired with my phone and how all the options worked. They could have easily charged me for the software and the installation, but they charged me for neither for what amounted to my mistake. Very classy operation!

I had a PPI done on one of their used 911s then had my PPI and personal information shared with a bunch of other buyers months later which caused a flood of phone calls from people wanting to know my thoughts...The publishing of my contact details without my consent is a little more than concerning and overall pretty shady.

Dropped my car off for EVAP and o2 sensor codes. Received a loaner which is nice & per usual. Few days later received phone call from Hugo E in service stating the vent line for the oil tank needed to be replaced and the total came to $751.35 to repair. I said great thanks. I show up to the dealer and get handed an invoice for $965.10. Perplexed even after figuring in the up charge for the ~$221 part + tax it still didn’t make sense. Hugo then tells me there’s a diagnostic fee which wasn’t mentioned before or at the call and I’ve never been charged one before at PML.Sitting here I’m comparing a work order from PML to Porsche Annapolis and I only see diagnostic fees, shipping charges for parts and “shop charge for repair order-$35” on the Porsche of Annapolis Invoice.Anyway! As I digress. I respect people on their word. Don’t call me saying my totalIs $751.35 then when I show up and I’m hit with an extra $213 ($159) diagnostic fee and $35 repair order fee in which Hugo did not tell me about. He should of called that first time with the REAL total.As a side note we did go back and fourth about being unsatisfied etc and that he would remove that charge that he never told me about but at that point I declined his proposal because if that is what the cost is than thats what the cost is. If I’m going to be mislead and someone won’t keep their word to me than I’ll let that ride on them. The cost isn’t the issue. It’s being told one thing yet showing up and being told another. Your initial word is my repeat business and when that changes despite someone’s offer to fix at that point I already feel as if I’m being cheated and played. So With that. I paid their total invoice and will never return. Unfortunate because Isaiah the sales rep I was working with on purchasing a vehicle was pretty cool but that dealership has lost my business. 1 strike you’re out. Plenty of other dealerships in the area. As well versed as I am in the DMV car scene I’ll let everyone know to stay clear of Porsche of Annapolis. Keep your word and don’t surprise customers who are paying for your dealer up charge. Oh and my battery cover was off flopping around in the trunk for some reason.PROS - my dash cam revealed no unprofessional behavior or aggressive driving while in my car. They did stall it twice. But hey it happens.
