Clearly didnt properly check my coolant system after being paid to ensure that the work they did was done correctly. Car was returned to me without even having the coolant topped off. They claimed that only happened after testing etc due to air but part of flushing the system after doing repairs is ensuring that those air bubbles are bled out properly to test in proper conditions. When you pick up a car from 1000 in repairs it shouldnt still be showing the same warnings unless the problem wasnt completely fixed.

Good staff. Always like there maps especially for planning trips. Sometimes digital maps just dont cut it.

They more then lived up to their word. They fixed me up in under an hour and I was able to make the 4 hr drive safely and comfortably. I ordered new tires over the phone hassle-free.They were delivered and installed the next day. They also tested and replaced my battery and checked my alignment. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Nell was my service advisor and was very helpful and professional from the time I first spoke with her on the phone until the next day when I left with my new tires. It is rare to get such good service these days. Will be back!

I recently had a set of new tires delivered to AAA Mid-Atlantic Car Care and was very unhappy with the customer service experience.  They broke off a wheel bolt, which in and of itself is an inconvenience, but like any reasonable person, I understand that not every job goes the way one would like.  Ordinarily that wouldve been fine and the end of it, but the reason I am very unhappy was instead how the error was handled afterward.  The service rep working that day told me multiple different, inconsistent and completely unhelpful stories and was utterly incapable of resolving what shouldve been a minor issue in any satisfactory way.First, he said that, because I brought him a new set of replacement bolts that I happened to already own (in an attempt to quickly help them resolve the issue and make them not have to go source new bolts themselves), that clearly it was *my* fault that they broke off a bolt.  Yes, dear reader, if you are as confused by this logic as I am, fear not, youre not alone.  This is like saying that if they totaled my car while in their possession, it would be solely my fault because my wife owns a second car.Next, he said they would not assist me at all in getting a short term overnight rental car while my car was stuck in their shop.Then, the following day he called back and said that the only way to fix the broken bolt stuck in the rotor would be to replace the entire rotor and hub assembly for $1500+.  At this point I said no thank, please just put the wheels back on over the broken bolt and Ill fix it on my own.Incredibly, they broke off two additional bolts while reinstalling the wheels.  That takes real skill.I then drove a mile across town missing three bolts and had my mechanic tap the broken bolts out in 45 minutes at minimal cost.Again, we all understand that unforeseen issues arise during any job, but the measure of customer service and professionalism is not whether or not one ever has complications, but how are they dealt with afterwards.  I would be unable to give even a minimal passing score on their customer service experience, with all demerits earned on a total lack of consistent communication.  I would not recommend this repair shop for any of the car care needs.

Great place to get work done on your car

Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with.

This shop diagnosed a steering problem and claimed battery dead. $3000 later after initial estimate of around $1200 the shop now says it was anther part they did not replace. The battery they said was no good was turned into Walmart only to find that the battery was fine and had a 25% charge on it. Now they want another $500 to fix steering. Inept at a minimum, rip off is more like it. Buyer Beware.

R Brown did trip tick but did not save it, therefore I could not print it. Drove to Annapolis after calling to see if I could get it there, when I arrived they informed me they would need to prepare a new one. Another hour at Annapolis not to mention the 45 miles driving to get there. Very poor experience for someone who has been a member for 31 years.

They seem like a generally honest repair facility. The only down point was that an oil change, tire rebalance and rotation took 2 hours even when I had an appointment.

I dropped in on a Sunday morning without an appointment to get a tire patched after running over a screw, on my trip down from Rochester New York. Despite being unable to patch it because their machine was broken, they were very helpful trying to find someone that could. I am sure had the machine been working, they would have fit me in quickly and patched me up.

Rodney is fantastic. We have used this location for years. We appreciate his great customer service. Watched him handle a tough phone call today. You could tell the person on the other line was giving him the blues. He handled it. Never got upset in the face of the customers right in front of him.

I will start by saying that I own a service company where we have to drive our service vans to restaurants to make needed repairs. That being said, when one of our trucks goes down with a service problem, we are hurting. When I purchase the vehicles, I expected the Dealers to accommodate us a little better than make an appointment for 3 days later while my truck gets towed to their lot and sits. This has happened too many times lately even for an oil change !Two weeks ago, one of our trucks blew the power steering pump. Again, Dealer says 3 day back up. After researching for another shop to do our repairs, I called and talked to Adrian at AAA Annapolis location. He immediately told me to get the van towed there that evening and the next morning they would complete. Next day, job completed and a very happy customer.One week ago, that same van had the fuel pump go out. Again, Dealer says 3 day backup. Called Adrian again and this was on a Friday. We had the van towed to their shop and by Saturday afternoon, the van was completed.Honestly, If you are looking for a service repair facility that actually cares about their customers, YOU MUST CALL ADRIAN AT AAA.

Note: I am not a AAA member and this was my first time using their auto center.Pros: Customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and a cashier directed me towards Rodney to help me with my vehicle. Rodney was polite, honest, and knowledgeable about my vehicle repairs. He gave me an approximate time for my oil change and courtesy inspection.He called me later when that was complete and explained the recommended repairs and upkeep. My only problem was that I felt overwhelmed hearing all the repair options over the phone. He allowed me to take my time to think about.I dont live too far away, so I jumped in my other car and dropped in to see the itemized list. In addition to showing me the list, Rodney took me to see my car and showed me the problems with my breaks/wheel bearings and why he recommended each of the service items.I ended up leaving my car in the shop overnight while waiting for parts. I got it back before 10am the next day which really surprised me. They efficiently went over my bill, I paid, and I left all within 5 minutes.Cons: Feeling overwhelmed by all the recommendations over the phone. Cost. Labor costs just as much as parts give or take a few $.

This post is long overdue but I need to share what a wonderful experience I had at this AAA. I worked with Kennard to transfer my vehicle registration from CA to MD and I could not be happier with how the process went. He was polite, caring, patient, and diligent. He really went above and beyond and made me feel very valued as a customer and lucky to be a AAA member. I highly recommend to anyone that does not have AAA, to get it and to use the Annapolis Auto Car Care Center for all of their vehicle repairs and state requirements. Thanks again, Kennard!

Had an exceptionally stressful day when my tire blew out while I was 2 hours from home. Everyone at this location was super helpful and kind. Not a single bad moment except for the fact that they didnt have my tires in stock. Not their fault at all. They even helped me get a lyft to a local shop to get my new tires. They got me towed over and new tires put on. They were honestly phenomenal. Couldnt give 6 stars but would if I could.

I was lied to about the price of my part and was told I couldnt bring my own brand new part to be service. I was over charged by $100.00. I am very dissappointed with the salesperson her name was Nell at the Annapolis location. Other then this time I have enjoyed their work and customer service .I will not send or tell anyone this aaa location is good anymore the salesperson Nell she suck at her job.

First time at AAA. We usually get our oil changes and other minor maintenance elsewhere, but decided to take advantage of an emailed coupon for a discounted oil change. Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, but waited 25 minutes while the one counter rep worked with another customer. No recognition from anyone that we were waiting, nor did anyone else behind the counter step up to help.Once we were helped, I have to say that the counter rep was courteous and helpful. It did seem to take awhile to get all of the information he needed entered into the system, but the system may have been at fault, not the rep. We told him that we would do some shopping next door, and would be back in in hour or so. No problem, he said. Note that this was now a good half-hour after our appointment time.About an hour later, we came back to AAA. The van was on the lift, with a large, spreading pool of oil under it. No one around it, but I did notice one employee walking through the garage with a large double handful of absorbent towels. (No mention was ever made to us about this obvious mistake.) Another 45 minutes spent in the waiting area before we were told the van was ready, and was parked out front. We paid, but no van out front. Finally found it in back of AAA, accessible only by walking around the building, or through areas inside labelled employees only.So, well over two hours for an oil change, and a lot of waiting around at both ends of the process. I will say that the additional checks and recommendations were on the money, although well probably go somewhere else for the work. I wont say well never go to AAA again for service, but Ill test them on something simple again, like an oil change or tire mounting, before I trust them with anything more critical.

I usually take my two cars to the dealership for oil change and tire rotation. When they recommend other services, I always bring my cars here (AAA).Personnel is knowledgeable and polite, reasonable prices (50% less than the dealership), job is done in a timely manner and they have shuttle service.I would definitely recommend this place.

I took my wifes Saturn Sky in for service, AC and Belt replacement. The job done was fine. Have not had any problems with the work. Its been about two years now. Plan to use them again and hope they will go a good job once more

The employee assigned to me was super cheerful and helpful. I was going on a 2,400 mile road trip and he mapped out everything I needed, and includes information on hotels. Honestly I did use Google maps mostly but its really nice when you cant get reception, to have a real map to look at. Also if you are a member, free maps are all yours. Good experience.

Had my car towed there on recommendation of AAA driver hoping for sane day service. While the staff was very helpful and courteous, speed of service didnt seem to be a concern. Took a day and a half to complete a simple repair.

Sorry. Not the place for me. Again you have to be able to do labor for some people I just wanted an oil change but you didnt have the oil I wanted, so I provide the oil and filter. I wanted to pay the whole price which is what should have happened, instead they said they wont do it no matter how much money I give them... so yeah. Its little things like that that stop me from supporting them. They didnt know Im also in the market for four new tires. Any money they were worried about losing on an oil change with my oil, they would have made tenfold on four new tires.LOL

ALWAYS get a second opinion! Ask for the itemized receipt of what they want to do. I went in for an oil change and they tried to tell mey brake system was completely destroyed. They quoted me $1200 to fix it. I called around and the next highest estimate to do everything they said was about $750. I took it someplace else to get this done, and the mechanic said my brakes are fine, they look almost new! I will NOT be renewing membership with AAA, this was an attempt to rip me off and was completely unacceptable.UPDATE: I tried calling the customer service line as instructed. I left a message and never heard back from them. This was over a month ago. I sent an email, which was also ignored. Please do NOT go to this place!!!!

My car sat around for 4 hours because the mechanic was called out for drug testing and left my paperwork aside-- thats what Im told. Then I was told Id get a call when my car was ready-- nothing.When I originally was told what needed to be repaired for my car to pass inspection, I asked for details about the matter. The person at the counter asked one of the mechanics who grunted from a different room Its noisy.There are some friendly people, but my overall experience was extremely negative. Left the experience being told: Dont worry, we wont be taking any more of your money today.I will not be coming back.

After a very good experience in White Marsh I was very disappointed to walk in and be ignored by the staff who were crowding around a phone. After I interrupted then they then seemed to get back to work mode after they told me to talk to one person who seemed unwilling to help.Once started, things were straight forward. Id not go as far as saying avoid this place but be prepared for sub par customer service.

Dont let the auto repair department take you for a ride. I had my car inspected here and they failed it and said that I needed a VERY expensive repair in order for it to pass. So I shopped around for quotes, and one of the mechanics that I talked to said that given the make, model and mileage of my vehicle, it doesnt make sense that I would need that repair. Long story short, I had the car reevaluated and the mechanic deemed the car to be fine. I had it re inspected somewhere else and it passed.

I had AAA insurance for about 3 years for my 4 vehicles. I never had a claim or any mark against my driving record. AAA cancels my insurance without any notice. I dont find out until I get a letter from MVA giving me 15 days to pay all the fines. My wife goes to this location for help. Unfortunately my rep(Vance) no longer works there. She is helped by someone else. I get told before they can do anything I have to pay for 3 months immediately. Payment has never been a problem. I pay and then get put on hold. he rep comes back and acts like she forgets everything that we just talked about, even though my wife is standing right in front of her. I then start telling her what needs to be done again. She acts like Im taking too much of her time. She said she would give my wife the paper work that she is sending to MVA. I get home and my wife has a receipt. Now Im stuck hoping that the situation is handled. Unfortunately I cant take the time off from work to come in personally. Basically I have lost all faith in AAA and its insurance.

BEWARE!! Terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service from the car care center. I have NEVER complained about any mechanic but this place was beyond a terrible experience and I HIGHLY suggest you never even step foot in there! The manager was awful and just told you what you wanted to hear, until I got the bill and the brand new brakes were completely RUSTED and still grinding and they had to replace them for a second time in 2 weeks. Its a shame that AAA has a place like this still in business!UPDATE - Turns out, they NEVER even replaced the calipers that we paid for! WORST AND MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY EVER!

My daughter made an appointment. They called and changed it twice. She brought her car in for a new battery and a new ignition switch. When she got there they thought it was for an oil change. Had a 8:00 appointment. She called at 10:00. Hadnt looked at it yet. About 12:00 they said that they did not have her battery which was for a ford focus and the guy that could give ignition switch estimate wasnt there till next day and they couldnt get the part the day she was there anyway. Total waste of time. Just use triple aaa when you need a tow. Annapolis Car Care Center does not have their act together. I use Goodyear in Bowie for 20 years now. Never had a problem. Highly recommend Goodyear in Bowie.

Incredible service, they were fantastic. My car blew a tire and I had a tow truck drop it off here Sunday night after hours. I filled out the after hours sheet and dropped my key in the dropbox.I was occupied all Monday so I missed every time they called. They left voicemails informing me of the status and were available every time I called back. My car was fixed and ready by 5 pm monday (new tires, replaced all the lug nuts, alignment).I couldnt make it that night since I needed to Uber from Baltimore. They told me I could pay over the phone and theyd lock the keys in the car.They took care of everything for me and I never even once saw a staff member. They did everything I could have asked for. Unbelievable service. Thank you.I did not even have a AAA membership. Im getting one now.
