Outstanding service!!!I went into the showroom looking for a replacement dishwasher, as most big box and chain stores were out of the models I was looking for. Rob took the time to listen what I was looking for, then followed up in a timely manner with options that were in stock. The prices were the same or better than the pricing I had seen elsewhere on units that would take months to be delivered. Never once did I feel less important than other buyers purchasing an entire suite of appliances, nor was I ever pressured to buy a more expensive model.Scheduling delivery was a breeze and the delivery team was very professional and friendly. I was installing it myself, and ran into an atypical problem with installation. I reached out to Rob, and he tried to coordinate a installer to help me out, but their team was booked weeks out. Rob offered to come by and take a look, as he had started his career installing appliances. He came to my house, on his day off, to help me solve my dilemma. While he said he was curious about the install issue, I was having, I feel that serving and helping his customers is just in his nature. In the end, he help me solve the issue, and made sure everything seemed correct before leaving.ADU has made me a customer who will gladly return, and will happily refer friends and family, as my experience was exceptional.

Angela has been very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Even with all of the delays from suppliers she has kept us in the loop. I would go here again if purchasing for another kitchen remodel

Great place to shop for appliances. The staff is friendly and gives excellent customer service. Chris was the gentleman who helped us and we couldnt ask for a better person to help us look at appliances. Would definitely recommend Chris and ADU to everyone.

We ordered our very expensive appliances from ADU in November it is now April and we do not have all of them and the ones we do have are broken. The entire experience with ADU has been a nightmare. We thought using a local company would get us better customer service, it did not at all. They have a different story every time we talk to them and our dream kitchen has turned into a nightmare.

Great service! I had a major issue with my KitchenAid fridge and was getting no help from Worldpool. I contacted ADU and they stepped in to help! I would have never gotten the issue fixed without ADU (Gingers) help! Anyone can sell an appliance- great customer service is hard to find! I recommend ADU!!

Many appliances on display. A bit crowded. Not many finished kitchens to get ideas from. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to find answers for you if needed. A wide selection . Convenient to Annapolis.

What a great spot for appliances. I went store to store on a Saturday when my range died and this was my last stop. The range I bought here was a model up and priced better than the lesser model I saw at two other chain retailers in the area.

Just a heads up - the Miele website lists this location as a dealer for their vacuums and Appliance Source says on their website that they carry Miele, but they do not at this location in Annapolis. The woman we talked to did direct us to where we could go locally to buy what we were looking for and was very pleasant.

Cramped space, poorly lit - sales people sitting behind desk too busy gossiping and are not interested in helping you. No prices on anything. There are better options for appliances in Annapolis
