Scheduled time for installation of tractor equipment. Space in the shop was ready for me to pull right in-they we’re prepared to start immediately and with work was completed slightly faster than estimated.No add on to the dollar estimate. Installer had me start tractor and put the grapple thru it’s paces and answer any questions I might have. Very pleased with their installation and warm professionalism.

Great experience buying a Ferris zero-turn here last year. Dan was a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way. It was also no hassle getting the mower picked up and fixed under warranty for a small issue. Recommended.

Unsure upon what basis any negative review could have been made. The owner, Ron, met me, listened carefully, showed me what I was looking for, and demonstrated how the machine worked. His service staff were present and friendly—this is a family business—and was by all appearances a top-notch business. Because it was so far away I nearly didn’t go, but am glad I did. I agreed to a purchase, and we set a date for pickup. Unfortunately I could not get down there during business hours—HE OPENED BACK UP to help me out at 6:30 at night—I was taking time from him and keeping him from his dinner, but he never complained, in fact spent more time than I felt I deserved getting me acquainted with my machine. He even helped secure it to my trailer. Easily the best buying experience of the year, and if I ever need anything else (I’ll buy some accessories from him for sure), I’ll certainly make the trip back. Thanks, Mr. Diuble.

They have always been helpful and are very knowledgeable about equipment. I highly recommend this business.

Good people. Always have parts or get them promptly. However, dont buy new equipment here. You will get very little help, if needed, to get it going. And if there is a problem you will get no help. We asked Ron 3 times to help with an issue and asked 3 times to have a regional rep out and nothing ever happened. Said he would every time we asked but its a year later and nothing. Save yourself a big headache and buy your equipment elsewhere.

Just was on the phone with them and was treated awful from a customer standpoint. The gentlemen from shipping and receiving was very rude and hung up on me while I was explaining my situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
