I can honestly say that Ive never had to deal with a more unprofessional company and individual in my life. I had a tool that was still under warranty, barely, but still covered. When I dropped it off, I made sure to tell them that it needed to ship immediately or the warranty would not be honored. After a month, I called to ask where my tool was, because I was told that it would only take about two weeks. When I called, I was told my tool was in, and ready to be picked up. I drove out there, and was given the wrong tool. When I told them that it was the wrong tool, I was never apologized to. I was only told huh, well, I guess yours isnt ready. I then called the tool manufacturer and they told me that they had received the tool 3 weeks after I dropped it off, causing it to not be covered under warranty anymore. When I called McCally Tool to asked what happened, they were incredibly unapologetic, and basically played it off as it want their fault and it seemed like they didnt care at all. Dont bother dealing with these guys. Completely unprofessional, and they dont care about you or the fact that you need your tools to make a living.
