Their staff is knowledgeable, responsive and friendly, and their guarantee is the best. We send all of our clients there because we know they will be well taken care of.

This is my first time dealing with this place. I called before hand to make sure they had the hot water relieve valve I was needing to replace on my water heater. They said they had one. I told the guy I would be over in a few minutes. When I got there I was greeted very rudely and told to go away. So you know so far I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even less to a woman.

I have only been to this place two times... The first time I thought there was far too much underutilized space and not as diverse of a selection as I would have expected on certain things... I went here over the holiday for a church that I work for... And I was totally gouged for the part that I bought... I paid $299.. for a part that is currently discontinued by the manufacturer in lieu of a better design... And I cannot find this part or its counterpart selling for more than around $100... And only over $100 on a few sites... Mostly the part goes for less than a hundred... And I am somewhat ashamed having passed this to my client... Who trusts and respects me for my integrity.... The client was Vineyard Church whom feeds the homeless people ...and has helped people nationwide with debt forgiveness.... I will never go here again

Clean and well stocked also friendly staff

I went in here looking for a specific part I needed ASAP, after searching for it in 5 other stores/ shops all over Ann Arbor, and while they didnt have it on site they were able to call around until they found it. A short drive to Plymouth MI later I was all set. Jim Denin went above and beyond to get me what I needed and was pleasant and professional the entire time. I will definitely be using them again soon.

The part they had in stock for the job I needed was a bit pricey and more than what I needed. They did not attempt to oversell to me. They were extremely helpful and brought up the part I needed so I could see...and then arranged for delivery. Highly recommended!

They were very helpful with finding hard to find parts for me. Even went above and beyond to print out a parts break down of the water heater I was working on. FYI they only sell to licensed contractors.

Even though the showroom was under heavy remodeling we had a very educational experience with the Showroom consultant Alanna Muto. She was very knowledgable and had a nice way of helping you without hovering. Highly recommend her and Fergusons for your plumbing fixtures!

Gunner on the phone was a total d-bag.

Outrageous prices. Went for a relief valve for a commercial water and was quoted $364.00. I am a plumbing contractor and almost fell over. Called one of my suppliers and can buy a relief valve for $35.00.
