The specials today were great. I took advantage of 3 of them. When I came in for pick-up Austin was very outgoing and friendly as well as efficient. Seamless experience!

Visited with my husband so he could soothe his grief at the imminent death of a friend. We told them neither of us have used cannabis before. We told them we didnt want to buy more than hell use in one evening. They sold us a bag of 10 gummy candies, and said to take one, then if after 30 to 45 minutes he didnt feel it, take another. So he ended up taking two, about a half hour apart. Then we gave the rest of the bag to a friend, since we were headed for Ohio and couldnt take it with us. An hour later he was feeling good but also scared really easily. He doesnt think hell try cannabis again. Another friend later told us, as a first time user, my husband should probably have only taken half a gummy.In summary: they sold us way more than what we needed or wanted, and didnt give appropriate dose guidance for a first-time user.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Trevor stopped what he was doing to assist me even though there was only 1 person in front of me. Awesome!

The good and the bad, greeted by super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of products with beautiful displays, now on to the downside of the whole experience, so the orders are hand written then handed over to the check out staff, here’s where the problems unfold, not only did my order get incorrectly distributed but the military discount wasn’t even added, not sure if the guy was new or just overwhelmed by how busy it was, over all I was excited to try this store out, that being said when I got home and reviewed my receipt with the items in the bag I was surprised that neither the discounts or correct items were received…(bought 4 of the same vape cartridges to receive 2 additional free.. guess what only ended up with 4, and they weren’t the ones I’d asked for, plus given incorrect edibles at full price) not the best situation… if you advertise specific discounts for purchasing specific amounts of items albeit cartridges of the same type and flower of the same type this should be understood by all staff members especially those completing the orders… probably will avoid this place in the future until they get a little more organized, I will be eating the cost of my mistake for trusting the process, next time verify all your items before leaving….Update: I would like to say thank you to Austin and team on reaching out and discussing this incident, greatly appreciate the professionalism and desire to resolve the situation. This has changed my customer experience for the positive, excellent business practices

Dont buy anything in cardboard tubes ....pre-rolls no smell no flavor, just disappointed ....really compared to last visit which I figured a top notch dispensary, still do, they need to work on that though ....seriously

Have experienced 4 dispensaries so far ... This one ranks 3rd. They have some decent deals on shake, however I soon found whole bud, high THC ounces for $125 at PUFF. The feel is a little hippie... Very earthy. I waited for ten minutes before I could get a budtender to notice me. The cashier over charged me and provided no first time discounts. The Platinum OG was... OK. I would only return if I had no transportation and it was the only place available. There is so much room for improvement.

Ok, this is the update...While the location is not ideal, or even inviting, the store is very clean,, well stocked and organized. The staff,, Sarah yesterday,, are all friendly,, eager to please and not mechanically corporate The prices were significantly lower than Exclusive (another local dispensary) and I had no problem getting my needed strain. I have found that at other dispensaries when you find a strain you love, they never have it again. So far, so good at Skymint! Well done!Very promising!

Employees felt indifferent towards me while being there. Having a budtender compared to other locations felt more like a nuisance because they had no way to keep track of the 6 different products I wanted while being instore. Ended up pulling up the website in their own store. Deals were the only reason I went but this place will continue to be my last choice in the area.

Best dispensary in Michigan! The experience was great from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was y friendly and welcoming. I was a first time customer and she made me very comfortable. Ali on the sales for was great! He explained all the deals and the different strains. I am beyond happy with the products. Austin was my budtender this time and overall my experience was good. The only thing I didn’t like was Austin did not check my rewards and when asked if I had any freebies with my order he stated there was some free 1/8ths in the order. When I got home 5 hours later and had time to go over my receipt I found that there was not any freebies in the order. Just the products I had ordered.Will I be back yes and next time I will make sure to have the budtender show me the freebies and double check my rewards also.

They just lowered their price so I bumped it up to its okay. At first these prices was outlandish compared to the potency and which they claimed on the strain which was not fulfilled. Now the prices are a slight drop cheaper Kevin tried their newer DNA strands supposedly its more potent?? But its not in actuality its only more expensive!!As for the response from ownerMy complaint is that the potency level does not match your requested price ranges. Weve already tried your premium brand. I have tried all three tiers BEFORE you lowered your prices. I do enjoy your wide choice of edibles, which are potent and appropriately priced.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETENTION by the Ann Arbor manager today....I was texted this TARGETED text offer for purchases that I had made in June (in other words they were aware of my purchase history, hence the offer). I did not have the receipt like the offer said in the text, so I made a phone call to the store. I informed the store that I did not have the receipt and asked if they could look up my purchase via My Rewards membership and my ID. I asked if those would be enough to utilize this coupon. I was told that was most likely the case and to come on in.So I drove 10 miles to go there during my lunch break, down industrial with all the construction, based on this phone call. When I arrived the manager met me at the purchase counter, I informed him of the phone call I had, who I talked to, and what was the scenario.The manager absolutely refused to look up my information or to honor the coupon, and said I had to have the printed receipt, and that someone should have told me when I made the purchase.I informed him that no one told me anything about the receipt offer at either time of purchase, and that you are blaming the customer for something that one of your staff did not do (during a period in which they were busy during a sale).He was absolutely adamant and not budging. He had zero desire to work with the customer or have any type of customer with retention whatsoever. While as a customer the manager viewed me as expendable, he fails to see that Skymint is but one fish in a sea of many in the Washtenaw market. His service just has, and will continue to dissolve your market share, even as miniscule as he may view it.I had been referring every user that I know there.Ive spent a lot of money here and I doubt thats going to continue to be the case based on this absolutely poor customer service.It would be one thing if when I called they said no we just cannot honor that without the printed receipt. It was something completely different telling me that more than likely they could, and to come on In. THEN after I made the trip, to do absolutely nothing to help me based on their phone call. Im livid, and will be telling others of my experience here for sure. Not that they care.

This place almost always has a good deal going, and some of the best customer service in the game (I would know, I used to be a budtender at a different dispensary and got glowing reviews on Google for my customer service). I suggest going into the store if you can; theyre pretty careful about Covid measures, and the staff will show you the bud before you buy it so you know what youre getting. Today Bryce and Michael helped me and they were great. Michael showed me a few of the different bags of sugar shake and told me which ones he thought looked best; it means a lot to me that the staff cares to help customers who are looking for a good deal as much as they want to help the big spenders! It keeps me as a returning customer :)
