Had to stop somewhere to eat and my wife wanted to go here since it has been awhile for her, and I never been. Ann Arbor is known for great pit stops of delicious foods and this place is right up there with the best in town. I order the Elk Sausage and it was fantastic to say the least. My wife had the loaded tots (definitely not called that, forgot what they were called) and they were loaded with pulled meat, sauce, pickles, slaw and a massive hint of savory deliciousness. So if you are around, make a stop here. You will not be disappointed to say the least. Bring home a grawler too.....we brought home two.

Kept driving by this place during visits to Ann Arbor. Finally stopped in and so glad I did. The cheddar and ale brat was the best ever. The blonde ale was delicious. Every thing in the store looked amazing. Super friendly staff. Can’t wait for next visit.

Stopped in to pick up some smoked sausage for a BBQ after hearing some positive reviews. I was blown away with the selection available. A true paradise for carnivores.My wife and I grabbed brats for lunch and they were both delicious. Im excited to serve the sausage to my guests tomorrow.

Awesome food and drinks! We tried the 16 hour pulled pork, 12 hour beef brisket and a chilli cheese bratwurst. Also got to try some agave amber ale and root beer (non-alcoholic). Great staff too. Great place to pick up food to take home as well.

So much more than I expected in there! Along with some delicious barbecue sandwiches, were had our choice of 10+ different bratwurst to take home and try.They also brew their own small batch beer there, will try that another time.Parking: Turn in at the driveway immediately south of the building, opens to a larger lot in back.

I found the foods that I purchased were delicious!! The man that served my food outdoors asked if he could give my English Mastiff a snack. I had said it was okay. I didn’t realize until on the ride home that she was vomiting all over the backseat!!! He gave her a jalapeño beef stick piece!!! I saved it for my veterinarian to see. I will never return. I don’t care how good the groceries were.

One of my favorite places in Ann Arbor. Their food is amazing and they have a really fun market. They catered an event of ours recently and everyone loved it. Highly recommend everything they do.

One of the best spots in Ann Arbor for a casual lunch or dinner with 1-3 other people. Incredible food both on offer and to go, and really tasty beer too. Their jerky selection is incredible. Well... everything is incredible but the jerky is a stand out and got me hooked. Everything from the steaks to the jarred goods is delicious.

Nice little artisan sausage shop that also has 4 or 5 craft brews on tap, and sells sandwiches / snacks with outdoor picnic table seating for dining.

I am hesitant to talk about how amazing this place is because I want it be my secret! But okay, this has become our favorite spot to stop by in A2. The agave amber is out of this world. The fresh jerky, array of snacks and local vibes are amazing.

Small selection but good beers. Also a smokehouse and make of many different meat products (mostly sausages and jerky). Not much seating- just 3 small tables- but the food was delicious. I bought some jerky but havent tried it yet.

Stopped by here for lunch on a whim. Staff was very friendly and after telling them it was my first time in they offered very helpful suggestions. I got a lamb jalapeno and cheddar brat for lunch and holy cow it was awesome. I also picked up some jerky and sausage sticks. Again I was blown away by how good the food was. I live about a half hour away but anytime Im in the mood for amazing tasty food Im making the drive without a second thought

This place is amazing! Their meats are devine! If you are anywhere near Anne Arbor you must stop here. The beer is also pretty tasty.

Everything is really good. I eat here at least once a week. And frequently take home goodies like smoked olive or smoked cheese curds.

Pulled Pork Backwoods sandwich was big and delicious!!!Some of the things in the store are a bit pricey but the taste wont disappoint.Looking forward to taking advantage if the beer garden this summer.

Cant comment on their made to order food, I was recommended to go here when I asked around about where to buy brats to cook. Hot dog sized and extremely overpriced, but tasted okay. Definitely not the place to go if youre looking for sausages to grill.

We were just looking for a quick stop in a snowstorm for a beer and snack. Cant say Ive ever really been in an artisan meat shop with draft beer before but we loved the brats and beer. Theres only like a dozen seats at a few tables, so really just a tiny place to maybe stock your fridge with some quality smoked meat and hang out for a bit, but pretty unique and well worth the stop!

I gotta give it to them... they serve some good sausage/brauts! Its a little up there in price for lunch but its definitely not bad even with the price. The meat is well seasoned and done just right. The toppings are also very creative and good.

Best pulled pork and brisket in the country. We travel all over the country and this was recommended by a doctor friend in Ann Arbor and I will say it was everything he said and more and the homemade root beer was awesome. Got prices and great food. We will be back and will recommend to all our foodie friends. Staff was awesome

Great home made brews n sandwiches!

Great place to grab a quick bite in AA. Best pulled pork and brisket in town. The tater tots with chili or pork compliment the sausages so well. The beer is good and if you have sweet tooth try the oreo pudding in one of the refrigerators, so good!

The BEST vegan sausages I have ever had. No competition! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of variety of meats too. Can pick up stuff for me and my omnivorous friends. It is in a cute building, too. Highly recommend :)

Great food, but a little pricey $6-7 for a brat seems a little bit much. I’d be inclined to buy more good if it was a little cheaper. Oh well. Great spot, I’ll be back for sure. Not worth rating below 5 stars because of it.

Great first experience at Biercamp today! Their bratwurst is so juicy and flavorful, and the chili cheese tots are BANGIN! Service is phenomenal, and the guy in charge does an excellent job of checking in with guests and making sure everyone has a great experience. Highly recommend! Ill definitely be coming back again soon!

One of the best pulled pork sandwiches that Ive had. The quality of their meats is really good, especially with the price that you pay for them. It isnt a sit down restaurant - maybe thats why Biercamp can focus on the quality of their food and not on paying waiters/waitresses.

Just stumbled upon this gem after living in Ann Arbor for a year. The food, people, beer, and ambience makes this my favorite spot in town! Do yourself a solid and stop in!

The wide variety of meats is amazing. Carnivorous foody heaven. High quality and affordable. There beer selection is only a few taps but it is quality and delicious. There tailgates are a great way to start a football Saturday or any Saturday.

In this day and age unique is hard to come by, but this place is unlike anything Ive experienced. Its like the epitome of craft made...meat, beer. ..and I swear my testosterone levels increased the moment I sat down to enjoy the tasty, small batch, in house brewed agave Amber while surrounded by a plethora of smoked, cured, dried and otherwise prepared meat products from a myriad of animals.Bravo. Meat on! Beer on!

Unlike anywhere I have been. Staff are friendly and they have amazing meat. They also have beer, but they are all about artisan smoked meat and jerky. Always worth the trip.

My family and I lived in Ann Arbor for 10 years and just moved a year and a half ago. Every time we come back home, we have places we must visit that we truly miss and Biercamp is one of them.Its located in an old house next to Produce Station on State St. There is limited parking and it can get very busy inside (because its so good), so plan accordingly.They have picnic tables outside if you decide to eat there as well. We have never stayed, and opt to take our deliciousness home.

I love this place. I wasnt really into sausage before I went here, but now I am. Everything Ive tasted has been incredible. My only complaint is that theyre not open late enough (they close around 7:30 PM) or open on Sundays. Also, I wish there were more vegetarian or fish options. My brother is a pescetarian, and I wish I could share Biercamp with him.

A meatlovers dream. Biercamp has an enormous selection of jerky, sausages, burgers, meats, cheeses, and local delicacies along with a great selection of sandwiches and other food to go. The BBQ Pulled Pork is nothing short of fantastic. Pair that with one of the 4 or 5 of the Biercamp craft brews on tap, and you have yourself a good time.

They have craft beer and craft rootbeer onsite as well as a wide selection of smoked wild game if youre looking for something different to serve at home. Carry out BBQ by the pound!

Cute little meat shop with an insanely huge variety of sausages, jerky, hot dogs, brats, bacon, and other meats. While the prices do seem a little higher than say, any big box store, all meats are local and made in house. You are absolutely getting what you pay for. If I wasnt on my way to the zoo, I would have bought a few sausages and maybe some jerky to take home with me.We stopped here for lunch, and it did not disappoint. They have 3 picnic tables with umbrellas set up right outside the front door. Perfect for a nice summers day. I had the 16-hr pulled pork sandwich, and it was everything I wanted it to be and more; it paired so nicely with their IPA.

I simply cannot go to Ann Arbor without a stop at this place. In a world where words like local, house-made, fresh and free samples reign this place covers them all. Throw in words like bacon, sausage and smoked and my mouth is watering before we get in the door. Theres always a warm and friendly greeting by whoever is working the counter. Have a question, just ask and they will talk to you about any of their products. My favorites are the bratwursts. Their flavors are unique and delicious but you also cant go wrong with the original or the all beef. If Im really going to splurge Im going home with a pound of bacon as well. They also have sausage and the andoulle is spicy and delicious. You will notice there isnt a lot of fat/grease when cooking up any of their products. They have smoked sausage sticks and I always grab one for the ride back home, BBQ or Teriyaki being my favorites!! They have slowly been expanding their food menu and now offer their sausages, brats, as well as their famous pulled pork sandwich. On my most recent visit all of the stars aligned and I found myself there at lunch time, not in a hurry, with beautiful weather begging me to stop, relax, and enjoy lunch on their patio, which is now enclosed and all of the tables have umbrellas. My husband went with a bratwurst and a beer and couldnt have been happier. I had the delicious pulled pork tater tots. They were a thing of beauty, layer upon layer of deliciousness and yet the tots didnt get soggy. It was an amazing culinary feat if you ask me!! When you plan your trip make sure your stomach is empty and you allow yourself time to stay for a sandwich!

Crazy good stuff

Ive been coming here for years only to have their beef brisket sandwiches...which used to be phenomenal. Yesterday was the 3rd strike...im out. Im tired of the super saturated oil dripping slop of a brisket sandwich which has gone straight to hell in my opinion. The $4 for a hunful of tots is also a slap in the face. Get real.
