Started having problems with our garage closing all the way. Made a call to Garage Door Pros. They were out there the next day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and were gone in an hour. Very friendly service. They explained everything they needed to do and why. All for a reasonable price. Would definitely call them again for any other garage door issues. No hesitations in recommending Garage Door Pros if you have any problems with your garage doors.

Basel tried to determine why the garage door wouldn’t close while I was on the phone with him. He sent Justin over the next day (Saturday) when the recommendations didn’t solve the problem.Turned out to be a loose sensor. Didn’t charge me for the service call since I purchased the door from them 2 years ago. Even offered to lubricate the track. Basel and Justin are both friendly and knowledgeable business owners who take pride in providing good customer service.

Their response and professionalism was very much appreciated . My door broke as I was leaving for work I closed the door manually so I could get to work I called them as soon as I got to work and they were at my house within an hour. My wife was home and got them started. They did a temporary fix because parts had to ordered They met me at 8 PM at night because I got caught at work and did the repair. Quick, professional, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks guys for making a tough inconvenience easy to deal with.

I just bought a house and the garage door was in real pretty bad shape and the opener was real old. Called to schedule a time for repair and they were able to fit me in the next day. After the assessment, I decided that the door, opener and frame just needed to be replaced and got a quote within minutes. We had Basal replace our old garage door opener that was fried by a power surge from a lightning strike. He came over and walked through the options and then installed the new door opener a couple days later. Great service and happy with the new opener!

Power outage combined with New driver dent, power outage and manually opening the garage door one too many times, I thought the door was toast. Left a message on Sunday morning, and Gary was here on Monday at noon. He said this can be fixed....2 struts, a bunch of tweaking, $375 and 30 minutes - done. Will definitely call them when we need to replace the door and/or opener. Great to have another local company with excellent services to add to my book of home maintenance/services recommendations.

Went to leave house garage door wouldnt open, come to find out after looking at it the center spring broke and both side cables came off, called these guys Kc came out that day had everything fixed in 20 minutes just in enough time so we could still make it to dinner. Garage Door Pros replaced the torsion springs on one of door garages a few years ago, and not only did they do a great job, but the price was very reasonable. The spring on my other door recently broke, and once again they were quick to come out, and fix it! The owner also really seems to care about his customers, and is quick to respond if there’s any issues.

My old garage doors springs exploded and the door ripped itself apart. I was very anxious because I store animal feed in the garage, and with no door, wildlife and water are a real threat. I called, someone was out that night, and my brand new garage door was installed by the following day. its also 20x quieter than my old door, so Im geeked every single time I use it. This guy was awesome to work with. Great communication, prompt, friendly and he did really nice work. I have a 2nd door that Im going to have him replace next year, rather than waiting for it to explode as well

Earlier this week was my second time booking this company for a job. The first time was a few years ago. The reason I called them back this most recent time is because, during their first visit, I mentioned what a previous company told me I needed to get done to my garage door, but GDP told me that it wasnt necessary. It was only a $100 job and its something they easily could have told me was required just to take my money and I would have not been able to tell the difference. Instead, they chose honesty. This most recent experience was more of the same. My garage door isnt in the best shape, but the technician fixed the specific issue I called about and gave me some tips on what to expect in the future and what would be most cost effective long term. The bottom line is this is an honest company that will not overcharge you and who also does great work. Highly recommended.

I found this company on Angies List a few years ago. Theyve come out to take a look at our doors twice now. The first time was sometime in 2016/17 - they sent someone the day that I called and it was a quick fix for a reasonable price.This time, they were able to fit us in the morning after I called and were able to replace our opener on the spot after a consultation about our issues. They showed up well within the window they gave us (between 10 and 1, and showed up around noon) and completed the job within an hour. All three of the men Ive dealt with have been professional and friendly. I will continue to use their services any time we have door issues. Highly recommend!

My garage door broke just as I was leaving the house. Called Garage Door Pros and Basel arrived within 1 hour, replaced sensors and gave me 2 new remotes (at my request). NOTE: Changing my 2 star review to a 4 star review. The owner Basel seemed to really care that I wasn’t happy and made sure to send someone out to fix all the issues I had. He made no excuses and was only interested in my satisfaction. The guy who came out the second time was Justin and his work was superb. Basel called me afterward to make sure I was happy. I was very happy- and thankfully I was off work and didn’t need to leave my job for this second go around.I would just warn against two things- be sure you’re there when the work is being done and call the owner if your not happy before you pay. KC, my installer, cut corners, insisted he had to, and installed in a way that just wasn’t right. I’d be weary of him. But Justin and Basel were great and I have confidence now that Basel would take care of my concerns. A company is only as good as how they treat an unhappy customer and it was refreshing to see Garage Door Pros really do care.Previous review: Booking was quick so that’s the one plus. The negative is the installer KC complained that a car was in the driveway when he never asked that no cars be in the drive (I was away from home so couldn’t move it), one of the tracks was very dirty for being brand new and I had to get up there on a ladder and clean it myself after the fact so there wouldn’t be issues, the garage door makes a loud screechy noise when opening and I texted KC and he didn’t respond, and worst of all he installed the garage door opener without the plastic caps that go over the lights on each side because he used some wood to hang it that was there from the last opener which was a different size. The metal pulley also touches the garage door when it’s completely open because it’s not level so who knows how long that’s gonna wear on it and create a problem. I complained a lot to KC about the opener being installed like that but he refused to do anything about it and said he had already spent 3 hours on my job when it normally takes 2. He stopped responding to my text and then the company asked for a review so here it is. I stated in an email it wouldn’t be a good one because I wasn’t happy but got no response. They take your money and go- whether your happy or not. My advice is you can do better than Garage Door “Pros”.

I had them come and look at my garage door, the spring on the side of the door had broken, when they arrived they told me how dangerous the old springs were and suggested I look into a new door ( I will in the future). He replaced the springs and programmed my remote for me great company
