This place was so nice! The guy at the deli mentioned a salad he liked. I got it and it was the tortellini salad. Great mention! I got the smoked mozzarella which is my favorite. I got a chocolate mousse cake for the boyfriend. It looked great!

One of my favorite places to get my groceries and produce. The staff is so nice and hard working. I’m very pleased.

They are quick to get rid of the breakfast in the morning to set up the hot bar for lunch. Nothing worth buying around 9:30-10:00 am. In a college town a decent breakfast burrito or breakfast is king so go to Panera next door you can get breakfast items until 11 AM.

This used to be my favorite whole foods location, after todays experience Im looking at other locations. The staff seemed to really hate their jobs as well as happy customers. Overall, I came to get the usual and got out as soon as possible. The facility itself was clean and stocked up on all the organic meats and foods I love. But customer service with a smile is what keeps someone returning, I’m going to fresh tyme for now on.

Im not sure if this particular store fulfilled my Amazon order (or if anyone did!), but my order is still missing in action. Amazons customer service folks solution? Wait another hour and then well give you a refund if it hasnt arrived. As I told them, I want my food, not a refund! Meanwhile my perishables could be sitting in a hot car somewhere for hoursbefore they get here. The milk, cheese and frozen fruit bars should be great after that.

Fresh fruit is always A+++ especially berries, Grapes and cut Pineapple. Prepared warm food bar was operational too!

I also want to say thank you for the gentleman at the kitchen who I asked about getting a breakfast burrito as they weren’t out. I missed the sign that they would be available at 8am but he still checked to see if any were ready for me to grab. I appreciate the customer service! Thank you!

The shopping experience -- once a hallmark of this premium priced market -- has steadily deteriorated as the aisles have been taken over by professional shoppers. It feels like walking through a warehouse thats simultaneously being stocked and depleted. Our most recent trip on an Monday afternoon was just as bad. I have shopped with Fresh Fields long before WF took them over. Now with Amazon at the helm, it feels less and less wholesome or human, apart from a few holdovers from those early days.

My friend Betty was very disappointed in the curry chicken salad that was packed on 8/4/21. Not the usual recipe which she enjoys very much. She is 93 and wants me to tell you that you spoiled her lunch.

Whole Foods market has everything that you can’t get anywhere else, and it’s so exciting to pick out those cool items! The produce and different counters are amazing! Whole Foods is a great market that you can find anything at, especially certain delicious things you wouldn’t be able to find at any other regular grocery store. Love!!

I was just in the Washtenaw Ave Whole Foods in Ann Arbor. I watched the customer service employee hurass an elderly women cause her mask was below her nose. She was asked 3 times loudly to pull it over her nose but it embarrassed her badly in front of everyone there. Then mine was over my nose but loose to breathe for medical reasons and they refused me services. Then after, as I was watching my friend pick up her Amazon food Delivery they came over and scanned her packageds and told Amazon I was the one delivering. I explained that they were being guessing and that she had nothing to do with my mask conversation. Im total, we both had 5 employees guitarist us in the store even when I repeatedly told them to drop it. I called customer service and she started that company policy said that if I cant wear the mask for medical reasons then they should have took my temperature and been allowed to not wear a mask!! Theyll be lucky if I dont sure them for healthy because I had my mask on!!!!! Grr!!

I spend a fortune at this place to get chemical free food. I do it for my health, the animals, and the planet. But the first thing you see on the lawn near the entrance is a warning sign that says pesticides have been applied. Stupid. Inconsistent corporate values.

Its the only store that Ill buy fish or poultry and occasionally beef from because its 100% what its supposed to be just like in the old days before all the chaos. I bet you that youve never had such awesome salmon as their farmed is.

Large selection of cheeses including fresh and bulk. They have a food bar that always includes hot soups. Bulk food department. Pet items. Fresh meat and seafood. Good vegetarian and vegan options.

Whole Foods Market has affordable products and hard to find groceries that are exceptional. The water selection is vast and has deep value. I specifically like the Whole Food 365 Everday Value Brands. I buy the water for the Electrolytes that give the water added value and taste. In addition, there are so many varieties of household staples like soaps and personal toiletries that I cant find at the big chain drugstores. Also, since the pandemic, I have personally witnessed an Whole Food Army of Associates wiping down counters, carts, displays, entries and exits, regularly. Likewise, associates are friendly, have pleasing product knowledege, and the location of those products. They even know if they are in or out of stock. Way to keep us safe and coming back for more Whole Foods... Whole Foods is Whole Fantastic!

Whole Foods is its own country, no passport required. Helpful staff in the departments I shopped today, vitamins (annual sale) and fresh meats and fish (cook out day). Quick check out. Fresh carts, too.

During this pandemic, I have not felt as safe in any other grocery store, convenience store, or any public place for that matter, as I did today at Whole Foods.Whole Foods had security limiting the number of shoppers in at one time, ensuring everyone had adequate masks and spacing according to guidelines. Hats off. Well done.All that being said, many of the lower cost items, in many categories, were sold out (not that I can hold them responsible for that). This left many of the overpriced items available, making Whole Foods an expensive experience. For those of us that are financially impacted by the indirect effects of this pandemic, take that into consideration. We had a gift card that we gained from our Capital One points to use today.Best wishes. Stay smart, stay healthy.

If we’re all wearing masks, and most wearing gloves, can someone explain to me how limiting the number of people in the store actually does anything? People do realize the 6 foot rule existed Before masks right? Like; with a mask on, I can cough next to you and we’re both wearing masks so we’re both fine. This is overkill and stupid and taking more time out of my day than necessary and if I wasn’t getting something for my moms birthday I’d have skipped the store altogether

It’s been very hard to order through prime with you guys because you’re constantly out of multiple items. Last week when I went in your produce section was pretty wiped out.

We usually look forward to ordering from Whole Foods. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit rough and we found what looked like ashes underneath the pizza.

Overpriced. Love the sea food/fish. Wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables. Excellent options for allergy suffers. A good mix of unusual items. Food and salad bar. Fresh baked goods.

We pre ordered a turkey through Amazon, and they didnt have it at Whole Foods when we went to get it (they had sold out). Major Thanksgiving letdown, wont be using their service ever again. Would be 1 star, but they are at least refunding us.

Save yourself time, money, and energy and shop anywhere else for equivalent products at a fraction of the price. This place might have been special a decade ago, but there is no longer anything that makes it different than other grocers. Yeah, they may have a hot bar and salad bar, but its glorified gas station food for triple the price. Only thing that makes Whole Foods different than everyone else is that its owned by Amazon, and it shows. If you choose to go here for some reason watch out for the customers, who have more money than sense; zero awareness; and the utmost entitlement.

The parking at this location is terrible and the prices are so high. Inside the store it’s nicely laid out and there’s a great selection. However it’s just a hassle to get in and out of the parking lot in the final location. To go in and then spend a lot of money. It is what it is you’re shopping at whole foods you’re gonna spend a lot of money.

Twice in a row the meat I bought here spoiled very quickly after buying it. Also bought a coconut which grew mold. Never had such a problem with coconuts bought from other stores. I will be relying on Buschs and occasionally Kroger from now on for my meat. Such a shame, Whole Foods was great before Amazon took over but their quality has gone downhill fast.

The homeopath health area has shrunk in products available. But they have the biggest selection of non cow milk cheeses

Ordered a cake for my birthday & my sister’s. When my husband went to pick it up it was the wrong type of cake. He had already checked out and had to go back to switch it out. They ended up piecing together two mini cakes and a partial cake to “equal” the cake we were supposed to get. After we left we realized they spelled my sister’s name wrong on the cake. Very poor experience.

Whole Foods on Washtenaw needs to step up up their game to compete with the Whole Foods in Cranbook Ctr. I was overcharged for a pumpkin I bought! Bought two bottles of Segura Viudas. When opened did not taste as it should...both bottles!! Maybe chilled then put on shelf. No idea. Also, empty shelves and not as organized as Whole Foods in Cranbrook. Very disappointed!!.

Still not taking returnable cans or bottles back. I have COPD, on oxygen and wearing a mask. Arthritis in my ankle. I couldnt find a riding cart. I did walk the whole store with a shopping cart. Very slowly and having to stop often. After checking out, Im on my way out the door I see the riding carts. By the exit! Not helpful.

Nice market. Breads and soup are fresh. Produce is far superior to the local Meijer and Kroger - although that is a low bar. Beer selection is robust. Meats and cheeses are plentiful but not unique. Prepared food is good. People are always nice and the place is clean. I could ask for more but they are better than others in the area.

If you shop here, know that your automobile is NOT SAFE while you shop. This lot has NO SECURITY CAMERAS. I recently went here to purchase groceries. When I went back to my car there was a big dent in it. I called and asked if there were cameras and was shocked that there are none. Thats right, when you go to this store to spend your money there, they are not even providing customers basic security to their vehicle. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating.

Terrible. Highest quality produce I have ever seen in my life. Variety is other worldly. They have purple sweet potatoes and goji berries.

During this time of Covid-19, it was good to see Whole Foods thinking through the journey of their customers in their stores. From how they managed the number of people on the store, to how they sanitized carts, to the markings on the ground helping people maintain social distancing, Whole Foods is a great and safe place to shop.

It is not the best place, it is the only place for vegetarians and vegans. Thank you for your dedication!

An excellent selection of healthier foods that you cant find at most conventional markets.

My dad went here the other day to get some vegan soy nuggets that were labeled as vegan but they werent. They were obviously pork. There were veins in it. My dad is vegan and could get very sick from this.
