This store is just wonderful, for the exceptional array of art and the people who are so generous with their knowledge, attention, and time.This is the first time I am making a necklace, for a friends baby shower. Courtney (sp?) not only taught me how to resolve a technical issue, she offered further assistance in case I didnt want to invest in buying my own tools. It really isnt worth spending that money just to make one necklace -- I appreciate that she really put my needs first.I was there an hour before closing and ran out of time. Up until the last minute, another staff member helped me pick out beads efficiently and patiently. After I left, I realized that they had waited for me for several minutes after closing time. I dont want this to happen again, but I truly appreciate how she was balancing respect for the staffs time as well as generosity toward their customer.For anyone whos into making jewelry, this is an incredibly professional store that offers a beautiful, vast range of options and the kind of service thats based on valuing people.

There are a lot of gem strands, loose stones, African trade beads, supplies, tools, chain, findings, and very experienced and nice staff. You can work on projects on site and/or have the staff help you for a small fee. Great place!!

I am so impressed with this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable AND helped me the minute I walked into the store. My necklaces were repaired on the spot and perfectly. I am a customer for life!

I have only one thing that I dont like about the Bead Gallery. Parking, learned today that they validate your parking for you up to one hour! Love it.

The staff at the Bead Gallery are very friendly and accommodating in making custom jewelry and other trinkets. Good prices and lots to choose from.

Great selection of gemstones and quality crafting materials, and friendly staff! They can also help you make small things (e.g. they helped me make a keychain out of a gemstone bead) for a very reasonable fee.

Good store with knowledgable staff and great selection of beads and accessories, plus some whimsical decor (along the lines of fairy garden accessories). Recently merged with the attached boutique clothing store, reducing some of the space alloted to beads supplies, but the clothes are also nice and unique, though a bit expensive.
