Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service! Easy to spot from the road and plenty of parking. I was buying fluids for a new (to me) car and had to know the color of the coolant that I currently had in my vehicle and the staff person generously came out to my car to help me find it quickly. Above and beyond customer service.

Great place to go where the staff know a little more about what there talking about rather the other major auto parts chains. Prices are fair on most things, but others they are high, like compression fittings and tools, if you want to save on compression fittings go to a hardware store or Lowes. Place is well organized, but really all you do is tell them what you want and they get it for you. Store hours are limited, they close rather early than most places, I believe it is 5:30pm on week days, so if want to go here go early. If you want to buy from here also check out their website, they sometimes offer discounts online for in store pick up.

Great guys, helped me get what I needed and got me going quickly.

They had my part on the shelf and help me determine what necessary tools I would need. I was away from home and no tools to help me replace the alternator. Didnt go to the trouble of selling me things I didnt need.

They dont necessarily have the widest selection in stock, but can get whatever you need in short order. Also, the clerks are much more knowledgeable than your standard auto parts store. Recommended.

This little, often overlooked store is awesome! I go there regularly. This is a real parts store with knowledge workers.

Called ahead to make sure they had the type and amount of hose I needed, got there and they had it set aside, which was nice (hence 2 stars). Only problem was they were about 8 feet too short. Please dont say yes unless you actually have it. 50% correct is still failing.

They found the part i needed for an 1989 Crusader V8, ordered and recieved in 4 hours! Excellant!

Very helpful and patient staff, got a lot of advice on changing a front wheel bearing and didnt try to push products that I didnt need on me. Only problem is that they also seem to have little in stock but if youre patient, they can put in same-day orders from other shops to come in to this one.

I have been purchasing parts in Ann Arbor for 20 years and this location always has the most knowledge of parts/tools and top notch customer service. Thanks Scott and crew!

A car parts place. I needed an item that did not require the representatives input.

Hours are incorrect and closes early. Component prices are expensive compared to amazon or autozone. They do not give out OBD scanners to get codes from check engine light. That was a huge let down..
