First vehicle I test drove smelled like an old motel room and the mileage was way over what was advertised on their website. I then test drove and purchased another vehicle that is in very good shape barring a couple minor cosmetic defects. The salesman I worked with was a young kid that had to ask about everything before moving forward on any step in the purchasing process. After the sale I have tried to get in contact with my salesman and the finance team to with not much luck. They do have decent pricing but be wary of the experience with the staff at this dealership, I will not be looking at their vehicles ever again in the future, no matter what kind of deals they have.

I was really in a bind and this dealership was truly a lifesaver! I live in Illinois and I was coming back from a Cedar Point weekend when my car broke down just over the Ohio border toll stop. This dealership was the closest, so I had it towed there. It was a Sunday, so I had to leave it overnight and had my friend who I was vacationing with drive me and my children home. They were able to resolve the problem with a simple diagnostic investigation with ended up being a minimal expense and I had my car back just a couple days later with the help of another friend on his way home from a job site. He was able to easily work with the dealership and drive my car home for me, because I was able to pay over the phone. It was the best experience I could have had, given the situation I was in. I am forever grateful! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and their communication is decent. The only issue I am haven at the moment is its been almost 2 months and two payments in and still have not got our 2013 ford f150 we bought. It is understandable that it is a used vehicle and they are doing what they can with what they can. We are just ready to get our vehicle we bought home.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went to purchase a vehicle on Saturday after communicating all week about a vehicle and the price of it. We thought it was too good of a deal, but we reached out to a sales associate who confirmed the price of the vehicle and we made sure to ask that it was that price without any rebates or special promotions. He confirmed the price of the vehicle. After we test drove the vehicle the sales associate put down the asking price of the vehicle which was $5,000 more than what was discussed. Then we mentioned about the email and the sales manager and sales associate both said that deal was if we qualified for the rebates and promotions. We were extremely unimpressed at this point, but continued to sit and listen to what they had to say. We told them we would have to think about the vehicle due to price and what we wanted to pay for a vehicle per month. Even after saying that the sales associate wanted us to talk to the financial services department. We listened, but stood firm that we were just going to have to think about it. On monday, the sales associate called and let us know he had other vehicles for us to look at. We told him we went another route and he hung up on us. I would not recommend buying a vehicle due to poor communication and customer service.

My wife went and got a 2014 ford explorer right out of the gate the exhaust broke on the test drive and the vinyl door panel on drive side was coming up so the dealership said they would fix it. 2 weeks go by and finally they get the exhaust piece in and get it fixed. They brought it out to where we live and when they pull in the drive the caliper were smoking on the driver rear so we took it back to them. They replaced the PASSENGER side caliper. I notice when it got home. My wife called and told them and they ignored her snd said it was fine. So we started driving it didnt even have it a full week and we were going down the road and had the brake shoes for driver side caliper fall out going down the road so I went to auto part store got caliper bracket caliper and brakes and some tools bc we werent close to home and changed it myself along side the road. So we called on Monday they said well you bought it as is and said we will give you half of the money back on your parks even tho they were supposed to replace it before we took possession plus the inside of the car with the vinyl was never fixed will never e!!!!!!!ver be doing any business here again

Connor was helpful and texted me back im a timely fashion. the ford credit application wasnt too dificult and they had it ready sitting out front with a full tank of gas and was able to answer all my questions. Ford has the best lease plan that blows the competitors out of the park.

The overall exp was fine. however, dealer did not explain any of the features and I am now reviewing the owners manual to see what all the bells and whistles are about and how to use. Finance guy was good. couple of questions are still hanging out there. Two bad paint spots but thats not dealers issue. hope that is not an indication of Fords quality.

I worked predominantly with the folks at Harold Chevrolet, but my car was purchased from Harold Ford as it is a Ford Escape. Overall, a great experience with both dealerships. They were able to take me from an unmanageable situation to something completely manageable and made the experience worth my time and money.

I took my new Ford ecsport back for its first oil change they were very quick and they did some things I didnt expect, they washed, dried and vacuumed. I was pretty happy since that was going to be my next stop. I would definitely recommend Harold Ford.

By far the best dealer experience I have ever had. They took the time to make sure that I got into the vehicle I wanted. When it came time to sign papers, a salesman who was not part of our deal, offered to let our kids play and color at his desk! Michelle was friendly and attentive. The whole process was fantastic!

I took my truck here for service last June. I was disappointed in the diagnostic as they didnt address my biggest problem. I have a stutter around 40 mph. When I got in my truck there was a burger king wrapper crumpled up in my cup holder. I decided to give them another shot. I prepaid at drop off so they could leave my keys in the truck for me as I dnt get off work until after service closes there. I go for my truck and spend 10 mins searching for my keys to no avail. Im lucky the salesman were still in or Id not gotten my truck back until the next morning. They are over priced and didnt follow simple instructions. Over all I was not pleased

The staff and manager at this dealership were incredibly gracious and kind to my family. We were on our way to vacation at the Sand Dune State Park and were towing our RV when the head gasket in our 2006 truck blew up. We were able to get to the closest Ford dealership (which happened to be this one). They let us pull in and set up our RV while my husband went to get a different truck. The manager came and checked on us. She offered water, drinks, or the use of chargers or restrooms. They made an already dreadful experience bearable. If we lived in the area, we would definitely recommend this dealership!

Worst dealership I have ever purchased from. They Have zero regard to customer service. I went through this dealership to get a bed liner done at line x. The day I purchased the truck I was told that they would contact me when they set up the date for the line x bed liner. They told me I would get to drive a loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop. Over a week goes by and they have failed to set up the appointment. I had to go into the dealership and tell them to set up the appointment. They then finally set up the install with line x and made me wait another week. The day of the bed liner install I contact this dealership and they tell me they won’t have a loaner vehicle ready for today. They told me if I didn’t get the liner installed today it would be another 4 weeks or more for the next opportunity. They said I would get my truck back by the end of the day and they were going to have a guy from their dealership take me home after I dropped it off at line x. I dropped my truck off at line x and they had someone bring me home. 8 hours go by and they did not contact me with an update on my truck and now I’m stuck at home with out a vehicle. Theses people only care about you up to the point you sign away your soul on their contract.

I bought an elantra from them where they charged me 15% interest so I had to refinance it and got 4.5 %. Then I go to wash the car and find a dent on passengers side that the never told me and because it was night time I didnt see ot and 2 months later iam still waiting for them to fix. Now iam at a brake place paying 500 for for new rotors because they only put new pads and they had to of seen all the rust on rotors. They suck, Ive had car 2 months!!!NOW ITS MAY 5TH STILL DONT HAVE DENTS FIXED. I CALLED THERE 4 TIMES TODAU, AND CODY MIKE, AND MICHELLE WOULD NOT EVEN PICK UP THEIR PAGES, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We were on vacation in the area when a tail light went out in my truck. I stopped in to get a new bulb. Since I didnt have any tools with me I asked if one of their service techs could install it. They were tied up on other jobs but Brian from the Service Counter offered to install it for me at no charge. Even though it is a simple job I didnt expect them to do it for free. The fact that their service didnt end with just selling me the part meant a lot. Thanks!
