I called them in the morning for a locked door and they were able to stop by early afternoon. Ben was really professional and the job was done in 15 minutes. I really appreciated their effort to accommodate our request in a timely manner.

The flying locksmiths came highly recommended. My significant other called and they came within the same week. I am a teacher, I scheduled support services with my special education students around this appointment with the flying locksmiths- they showed up over an hour late to when they gave the time. The man who came was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. When asked how much it would be and when the service would be done the man said - I will reach out within the next two days. After a month of waiting for the estimate/quote my significant other called once again the man on the phone said oh yes will call tomorrow with that quote. That was in December. Needless to say we have YET to hear from them we went with a local company Lock and Keys and we were seen and had new locks installed same day. I will NEVER call this company, or reccomend them the level of unprofessionalism was unexpected for sure.

I would not recommend for other services such as deadbolt install. I would recommend for lock changes, though prices may be a bit high.The person basically hacked my door frame with a router instead of using a chisel to install the strike. The deadbolt I bought from HD was missing the strike. The tech installed the deadbolt without the strike and told me to go to HD and obtain one and he would come back and install. The tech as friendly and professional. They obviously can not control what I or HD provided. I went to HD, got my strike and called to have them finish the job and was told it would be another service fee. I understand they are running a business, but to me they did not finish the job, which I had to do.That is when I noticed what was don to my door jam, which made my life much harder than it should be because the tech bored out a massive hole in my jam with a router, far larger than that the deadbolt needed, probably because he did not have the strike to use as a guild.If you need a rekey, they were helpful with that. I did not shop around for pricing and service and now I wish I did. I would not recommend other services though.

I needed to change all of the locks on my home and wanted to install a smart lock to regulate access to my home when I am at work. I had no idea what equipment to buy or how to manage the whole upgrade. Flying Locksmiths sent a really helpful tech, who provided a no-cost consultation, figured out the simplest and most cost-effective way to proceed. He emailed smart lock recommendations with a variety of functionality and price points so that I could pick my preferred hardware. Once it arrived, he installed everything, re-keyed existing locks so I didnt have to replace them, and even fixed my front door so it closed better. He helped me to download the smart lock app and stuck around while I tested everything (it all worked flawlessly). The whole process - from the first phone call to the complete installation - took less than 2 weeks and the bulk of that time was me trying to decide which lock to buy. Also, the price for all of the work was extremely reasonable. Couldnt be happier. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Excellent service, on time to appointment, knowledgeable technician. Had an older Schlage decorative front door lock that would actuate. Technician knew exactly what was wrong with it and repaired it expertly. Highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths!

Nice folks on the online chat function, but not a physical location to get keys cut or get help. Dont be fooled by the local address. This is just a number to call to get a mobile truck to come for a service call.
