Absolutely recommend this company the service the windows are tops in my opinion it totally changed the look of our house and they answered EVERY Phone call and all answers we asked we replaced all of our windows in our house and the installers worked quickly and efficiently cleansed up after themselves and were very informative answered all questions we had and did the job very quickly we were amazed Thank You so very much BEAUTIFUL

We had Climate Shield replace all our windows and sliding doors. They are fast and cheap. I should have known better, you get what you pay for. They left messes, left gaps around windows, didn’t properly install the wraps around the around the outside of the windows. The trim they installed on the inside around the doors was horrible overlapping the door and almost touching the handle, then “L” cutting new trim instead of cutting of a little piece of the old trim. When all these issues were brought up to the owner of the company John “couldn’t believe it going on and on how these installers are his best guys!” The way they left out house was worse than keeping the old single pane windows. They did send a different installer and he was shocked to see the poor job his coworkers did, he did his best to remedy the situation. We were missing a screen for one window and 2 screens are torn, the install was in June and we are yet to receive the replacement screens from Climate Shield. If we could do it over I would never ever have windows and doors installed by Climate Shield.

We were in serious need of new windows. Climate Shield custom built new ones for our odd sized frames in a few weeks. Then they came out and installed them in a few days. They were super professional and very good at their job. We love these windows for the superior insulating abilities. Thanks Climate Shield!

At the initial install there were gaps of sunlight between window/wall and outer trim was done wrong which would result in water coming into windows. After calls to owner they sent someone to fix it but wouldn’t have if we hadn’t advocated for ourselves. Install “done” in June but they ripped a screen door and failed to install the screens on two windows—we were assured the ripped screen and missing screens would be installed shortly. It’s September and still no screens.Beware of the 5-star reviews, they give clients who write them a gift card to incentivize good reviews and to stifle criticism.Once I have screens and after the re-install I’ll be happy with the product, but getting to a full completed product has been a nightmare.

They did a great job installing our new windows. A very efficient, professional and highly competent installation crew.The windows themselves are amazing! When the weather hit 107° ouside, the windows we cool to the touch on the inside. No heat transfer I could detect whatsoever.Their after care is second to none.I would definitely recommend Climate Shield to my friends and family.

Happened on them by chance at a local fair and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of work preformed. I had requested a quote for the windows on my house because they were single pane and in desperate need of replacement they came out working with my schedule to look over the area and quoted us a more than reasonable price. I wasnt able to see the installation first hand but came home to find all was in order and cleaned up. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided and will continue to use them in the near future to finish out the remainder of my house for windows and siding.

They installed our patio door and we are very happy with it. The service rep was great, the install crew was great, everyone we talked with was great. They showed up on time for installation and got it done quickly and correctly. Id recommend them. The new door has made a big difference in the heat that comes into our house in the summer.

My windows look great and gave my home a much needed update. I find the windows to be energy efficient and have noticed less outdoor noise. The sales staff and installers were very friendly and professional.

We found Climate Shield at the Home Show and the rep there was super friendly so we scheduled them to come out to give us a bid, we had a total of 4 different bids. They were the most affordable out of everyone we had come out. Justin came out and he was not pushy and really friendly.

We had a great experience with Climate Shield. From the in-home consultation to the installation, they did a great job. Communication was big for me and they did a great job at it and answered every question we had.

This door is a high quality door that works well, fits well, and is attractive. Installer was professional and worked quickly.

We went to a home show where we found their booth. The woman we spoke with was very informative and we had a wonderful conversation with her. We made an appointment with a rep to come out to out house. He was kind and there was no push or guilt trip to have to purchase with them. It was very refreshing. Climate Shield is the only company that is willing to do 3 windows at a time. For us it made it much less overwhelming and we were able to finance with no issues. Since we ordered during the pandemic, it took a little longer to get our window but it was worth it. The installation was done quickly and they even came back to fix a few minor details that I noticed. The window is gorgeous and gives our hour a much needed update at the front. I highly recommend them. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I will be calling them again to replace more windows in the future!

We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by Climate Shield. They were incredibly friendly, and very professional. I was expecting good things, but they not only exceeded good, they did amazing. The windows are flawless, they look amazing, and our AC unit is now barely running even with 96 degree days out. They were very competitive in their pricing and the quality is superb.

We recently got 9 new windows put into our home. The crew that installed them were great and cleaned up everything each day they left. The new windows look awesome and we can’t wait to get the remaining ones installed! Highly recommend Climate Shield!

I contacted Climate Shield after meeting one of their reps. at the Home Show. Their exterior doors were high quality. Salesman came to our home and explained everything and answered all our questions. Door had to be ordered and the office gave us frequent updates on its expected arrival. Once received, installation was scheduled immediately. The installer was on time and did a wonderful job installing the door and cleaned up the area when finished. Everyone we delt with from the salesman, office personnel and installer were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend Climate Shield.

I was a bit nervous about taking the leap to get new windows, but I’m so glad we did! Justin (salesman) came out to give an estimate and demo the new windows. He stayed for a couple hours (wearing a mask of course) and went over all of our options. It was a pleasure to have him over, really, since we hadn’t had many visitors during the pandemic. My partner is an engineer and he was impressed (actually we both were) with the thermal properties of the windows. We live in an old house built in 1900, which still had the original windows, if you can believe it! So I knew the Climate Shield windows would be an upgrade. We had wooden, single-pane windows, plus dirty storm windows that were impossible to clean, plus winterizing plastic to prevent drafts. The result was limited visibility. So when the installer put the new windows on, it was like going from cataracts to crystal clear vision. The difference was impressive. Now I can see the birds at my feeder with clarity.Shout out to the installers, who took pride in doing the best job possible. The only issue that arose had to do with the vinyl wrapping on the exterior. They normally wrap the whole exterior wooden window frame with vinyl. In an older home like this, we wanted to stick with as much of the original character of the home as possible. I talked it over with the installer and he was willing to put just a minimal amount of vinyl on the exterior to seal around the window. He did great work, and I appreciate that he was willing to adapt in this situation. It’s clear that Climate Shield really does care about customer service and they work with you on any issues you may have. I’ve enjoyed working with them and would recommend Climate Shield to anyone looking for repairs.

The windows are GREAT! We put them in our sun room because we want to turn it into a restroom and that room has no AC and is like 75% window. I know.. Crazy. However, with these windows there is only a 2-3 degree (in the winter) difference from the rest of our house that does have AC. I know because a bought thermometers to measure out the temperatures in our potential new restroom and current. Before the new windows it was freezing in there.The customer service is amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with things that they honestly didnt have to. I am forever a loyal customer!

I am in LOVE with my new windows!! They look great, clean easily, and have a lifetime warranty. That’s just part of why they are so wonderful. Every person I dealt with, from Stu the salesman, to Mike, the head of install, everyone was very nice, prompt with phone calls, and explaining everything. I also wanted to thank Dale and Jason who installed the windows. During the 2 day installation, my son had his 6th birthday, Dale and Jason brought him a birthday present along with 2 cupcakes! One for him and one for his sister. That’s above and beyond and I was blown away by their generosity as well as their fabulous work!! Super happy woman here. 😁

Very unprofessional from start to finish. All crew members smoked and left our home smelling like smoke. Empty tobacco cans were left in our driveway. Several windows and screens had to be replaced and probably wouldnt have been taken care of it we did not say something. It took 2 months before the replacements were installed and the installer scraped our wall and trim when installing. They left a mess in every room they entered.

The siding was done quickly and looks great!
