Bought a new 18 Silverado 3 years ago from Marc Ganek. Got a great deal and he was helpful and friendly. Came with 1 odd wheel on it but they ordered the correct one and had it within a week or two. Service department here is solid. Their manager is honest and gets you in and out as fast as they can. Would buy another truck from them if the inventory wasnt so low right now.
Very pleased with receptionist, service consultant and comfortable waiting area. I had a light bulb changed on front directional in 2001 corvette. Good service but light bulb cost $12.00 and labor $60.00 which I feel is outrageous. Oil change sticker was on floor of car not on windshield. Only real issue was the labor cost to change a lightbulb
Marc Ganek and his team were incredible. My father and I entered the office right before closing and were helped right away. I showed interest in a chevy trailblazer and they did everything in their power to get the car to me the NEXT DAY. Within 24 hours, I signed for the car, got a new registration, gas was filled, all paperwork was complete... and I did not even have to lift a finger. My experience buying my vehicle at Bill DeLuca was great from start to finish. From quickly responding to our first inquiry (accommodating our request for a specific time to come see the car since we were driving from a distance) it was a a true no pressure process from my perspective. When we arrived for our test drive, our salesman, Matt was at the door ready to greet us and quickly handed us the keys to take the car out on our own for a test drive. When we were ready with questions, Matt was full of knowledge about the vehicle and the options that came with it. Honestly, people like buying from people they like, and not only was Matt great to deal with, the entire team at Bill DeLuca was a pleasure. I was, at my request, able to do things very quickly. From the test drive of the car, to settling on terms, and completing the financing, the complete the process moved extremely quickly and we were done in a single afternoon. They even registered the vehicle and had plates on it when I was ready to pick it up the next business day! I did not get a check of the AC refridgerate from them where I noted the related Diagnostic Trouble Code [DTC]. On the re-inspection after the rejection sticker due to not enough engine cycles the in to out was pretty quick.

According to the repair people I’m working with now the work you did was of extremely poor quality. The parts you were suppose to send to Vermont took 2 months and then some were not send and now I’m trying to get a refund. No follow thru or customer service and rudeness to to people from Vermont that tried to help me.
The situation was taken care of by David Brown and I got my 49.95 oil changeI went in with a coupon for an oil change for $49.95. When I paid the bill you charge $65.00 labor. That is deceiving and a ripoff..

Buying a car was a breeze since I went in already having done my research and able to ignore the typical salesman pitch. However, I give 3 stars because I was told they would find the spare key of the car I purchased and to call them the next business day, which I did. And the next day. And the next. No one has called me back. I spent a good amount and bought a 2 year old car and now I need to purchase my own spare key. Not right! After purchasing the customer service shouldnt go down but I guess they just wanted to sell car, not help me after the fact. Return business will not happen now. Hope bill deluca chevrolet reads this and changes their ways.Revision: I finally called 3 tiers up and got in touch with a supervisor. Waiting to hear if spare was found. If not, I will have to make the 3 hour drive to get a FACTORY key made. The good news is, they will pay for the key. Adding a star for that. Glad I got a call back in the end.

Every time I go to the DeLuca Chevrolet Service Center in Andover, the employees are friendly and respectful, professional and knowledgable, a joy to work with. My car issues almost always are resolved the day I bring in the vehicle. This time in particular I was able to drive away with peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive and likely would not have the same issue occur again. I needed a new(er) car as mine had lived its life. I saw online an advertisement for a Cadillac SRX at Bill Delucas in Andover. I came in and was nicely greeted by Joe Passamonte. Joe was great to deal with. He was honest and fair with my trade-in. He allowed me to take the SRX to my mechanic to inspect it. My mechanic deemed the vehicle to be in excellent condition and a great buy. The rest of the experience was seamless. Joe answered all my questions, got my financing approved almost instantly at the rate i wanted, and he took the time to walk me through all the pertinent functions of the car. Dealing with Joe P,. was a great experience because he provided what we all look for, courtesy, knowledge, candidness, and honesty. I highly recommend doing business with Joe and this dealership.

Buying a car from Woodworth Chevrolet was the best experience (start to finish) that Ive ever had. I purchased my 2005 Corvette from a small niche corvette dealer and I overpaid big time, but I got an exceptional, low mileage car. The problem came this Spring when I looked to upgrade to a C7; and I couldnt get any dealer to give me a fair trade on my car. I went back to the same, niche, dealer and they quoted me a fair trade allowance, but I was going to overpay again for a C7. I hated the idea of going to a dealership, felling like they turn and burn customers and would treat my purchase like any other car deal. I got very lucky when I contacted Woodworth Chevrolet in Andover. They were the only dealer (and I contacted a lot of them) that gave me a fair price on my trade & a fair price on my new Corvette. The communication & dealings between John Lynch (general manager), my salesman (Matt) and with their business manager (Tim) was respectful, transparent, and very fair. I would highly recommend this dealership - for sales & for service!

Transmission work is normally a big job, however, David Brown made every effort to get my vehicle fixed in timely manner.... I bought a 2016 Colorado from these guys. Vehicle starts to have issues with a sensor under 20K miles in, they fix it under warranty, its a known issue with the vehicle.The same issue continues to occur throughout the warranty period and I bring it back a couple of times...then the warranty expires and they start playing mind games with me. Last time, they tried to tell me that they were doing me a favor fixing an issue they should have fixed the first time around.Now I have a $38K car that is 3 years old and I have to pray that it passes emissions for an issue its been having since it rolled off the lot. My dealer is totally useless and they want me to pay them to diagnose an issue that they have a track record of misdiagnosing and fixing.Also, every time I made an appointment with them, I sat there for hours while they handled other customers. Then I get a watered down explanation of the issue from the service writer, and I have to come back a couple hundred miles later and do it again.Before you buy from them, think of yourself sitting in their service department for hours before they even look at your car and them playing mind games about diagnosing issues that clearly should be under warranty. They make it pretty clear, pretty early on, that they dont care about you after you leave the lot.

My engine light had gone on over the weekend, called Woodworth Monday morning and they were able to get me in right away. It ended up being a highly involved project that required all week to fix. They immediately offered me a rental, comparable to my car, at no charge. Best part of my experience was the service person I dealt with, Scott. He was on top of everything, making sure I was updated even when there may not have been an update to tell!! I didnt even buy my car there so I cant express how much I appreciate the way they treated me during this time and will forever go to them for service and purchases in the future!

I just bought my first car - a used 2006 Buick Lacrosse, from this place.The service was amazing from start to finish. I was treated like one of their own throughout, from my first call, till I drove the car out of their complex. They showed me more respect and gave me more personal attention than I thought I would get, after all, I was buying a cheap used car at a dealership used to selling Cadillacs. But these guys are really nice and I just loved my experience. Without taking names, the person who I dealt with was really friendly and amazingly helpful, something you are really happy to see as a first time buyer. I feel safe buying a car from these guys and would definitely return to this place if I ever wanted to buy a car belonging to the Chevy family. I would strongly suggest people who want to buy a GM car to pay a visit to these guys. Personally, they have been flawless in treating me as a customer so far. :)
The place is ripped off. I took my vehicle three times there for a manor fix . I stated to them when I accelerated the vehicle sake, until now now i am still dealing with the same issues. I went back there again 3 days ago for an oil change and inspection they jacked up my vehicle even worse. They gave me the car without reset the oil indicator, and also they didnt put the sticker for my next oil change.

Dropped my car off at 9:30 am on a Saturday, I didnt have an appointment. No problem. I left my car, it was making a humming sound from the front. Got a call a few hours later that it needed a new wheel bearing, they gave me the cost to fix and the best part was that it would be done the same day. I also got a wheel alignment, fixed two recalls on my vehicle and when I got the call that all was done, less than five hours after I dropped it off, my car was even washed!!I usually do all my own repairs, I havent had a car repaired by anyone else for over 20 years, this turned out to be a great experience and they did a great job.
I always have a good experience when I do business with Woodworth. I first bought from Dick Forrest and remained with him until he passed away. This year I purchased from Marc, which was a good and successful transaction.The service appointments with Scott are always excellent. He knows my situation and does his best to keep my vehicle in good condition and to keep me safe.My objection to Woodworth is that they do not provide a loaner car for me when I need to leave my car for several days. After spending $50,000 to purchase a vehicle, I expect a loaner when it comes time to do work on my Cadillac. I considered going to another dealership before buying from Woodworth, just on that point alone.I will be doing a little auto-body work on my car soon, and I may find another dealership to do that work who does have a loaner. I am not interested in renting a vehicle and paying that extra expense for 3 days in addition to the body work costs.Marion

My experiences with Scott in the service department have always been excellent. If I call for service and leave a voice mail, Scott ALWAYS calls me promptly. When,after making an appointment, I arrive at the service department Scott always greets me and takes my vehicle right in.
