We couldnt find my obd2 port. Searched all over but the tech at AutoZone didnt give up even with it being hot outside. Thank you so much for your patience willingness to get the job done.

Forget having people that are hired for knowing car parts and deciphering diagrams! This new breed of parts counter workers are strictly parts counter sales people that can only sale parts! No more helping the customer look things up in the old books or helping trouble shoot issues! These people no longer need to know even how to work on an engine! These new folks know how to look up the part only if they can find it in a short drop screen with the info you give them! No more tribal knowledge, no more customer service just strictly parts counter computer operators!

Turned and left when I saw the forced mask wearing sign on the door. In a county that didnt require it. Was more welcome at Orielys.

My husband shops here often and really likes that store they have great prices and a lot and I variety of items that he’s always looking for. That’s even a bonus is that there are very knowledgeable and very helpful and try to find the best prices on items that you’re needing.

AutoZone was my (bread and butter) for at least two decades minimum! Not only buying parts as well as tools for automotive repair, but also as a perk they have rewards program there that has infact, has paid me well above a thousand dollars in points through purchases there. So, do the math on that one. Thank you! A-Zone.

They fixed our break lights

It would be nice to go into a parts store just one time and actually get helped by someone who is actually somewhat mechanically inclined and that could answer a simple question without having to look it up on the computer. And oh yeah someone who isnt rude and disrespectful and that wasnt encouraged by there manager and district managers to treat paying customers like there nothing

I stopped in today for some new wiper blades and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Jim quickly helped me find the best replacements for my vehicle, installed them, and filled up my windshield wiper fluid in a matter of minutes. It was raining and 30 degrees outside but he didnt seem bothered in the least. They definitely have my future business.

We called about a part giving them all of the details needed. They held it back and we drove 30 minutes to get it and 30 back just to find out it was the wrong one. They said they would have to order it and it would be 2.5 hours. We drove back 3 hours later. The truck wasnt there yet, so we waited 15 minutes for the driver. The part finally get brought in, but the guy wants to check the ENTIRE delivery before selling us the part. I had to make a phone call so I let my brother get the part. We drove 30 min home to find out it was wrong AGAIN! we drive back to find out they had the right part in stock the WHOLE TIME! It went from 65 degrees to 30 by the time I was able to put the right part on. The manager gave the part to us for the original price which was cheaper and upgraded the warranty totalling about $70 saving. That kind of made up for 3 hours of driving and 2.5 hours of twittleling out thumbs.

Did their absolute best to find a hard to find part. Always great service!!

The gentleman there signed me up for the rewards the first time I went in there. Whenever I go in they ask me what they can help with within seconds and they show me what I need. They call you when you order a part in. They know what they are doing. Well mannered employees. Very professional and helpful. Going here instead of oriellys down the street.

I had a check engine light on. I took my car by and Jim helped me. He was super helpful and explained whats going on super clear. He even printed the report and priced the part for me to take with.
