Great place to get your car fixed very good mechanics and customer service

I towed my car there to get the head gasket repaired. They never worked on it nor even gave me a diagnostic for 16 days. Josh told me they dont even know how long will take for them to work in my car. They just were not honest. It cost me 200 dollars wasted toeing the car in and out.I am sorry but I gotta be honest I had a bad experience with them.

This family owned business is exactly what all automotive businesses should mirror! Mr. And Mrs. Malcom are truly some of the best people you will know. Mrs. Malcom will greet you everyday with a wonderful smile and pleasant “hello” and ask what exactly you’re needing done with your vehicle. All while Mr. Malcom resides in the back doing some fine work with a great staff making sure your vehicle is tip top! The greatest thing is their honesty! I brought one of my vehicles there thinking it was going to be a huge fix and even bigger bill, but their expert mechanics found out it was some simple and did not try and railroad me into getting unnecessary work done just to fatten their pockets. Again, I love this business and what they stand for!!!

My mother was in serious condition at the Kansas Medical Center in Andover for eleven days. Over an hour from home, I stayed with her the entire time. Eight days into the stay, my vehicle wouldnt start. A friend from the area recommended Malcom Auto Center. I called Malcom and told them the problem might be the starter. They gave me the phone number of a reliable tow service. While I was waiting on the tow, Malcom called back and asked the year and make of my vehicle. They told me they had one starter on hand for my vehicle and they would hold it until they knew if that was the problem. When my pickup arrived on their lot, they worked it in that day. It was the starter. Malcom Auto Centers professionalism, kindness, immediate help, and fair rates meant so much to me when I was stressed from other events in my life. When I picked up my vehicle, I told them how much their assistance meant. The woman said, Ive been in your situation with both of my parents. I know how it is. Thank you, Malcom Auto Center for the professional and personal touch.

Great service, fair pricing and honest!

Took my car in to have the dash electronics replaced and they hacked the old one out and left my dash looking like it was chewed up by a dog. If you have a nice car, take it somewhere else because they do not take care of the interior. Not to mention the dirty rags they left in my seat.

This place is a garbage garage. All the positive reviews have been written by previous and current employees. The mechanic has the $19.99 self evaluation kit you can buy off Groupon and admitted he used Google. Couldnt even be bothered to stay in the garage when I arrived to lie to my face. Didnt fix the problem, just told me to go to the dealership for an engine replacement, and charged $90 evaluation fee. Going to the dealership was the only smart thing he said, where it was a one day $200 engine repair. Never dealing with these crooks again.

Honest mechanic--didnt try to do repairs that were not needed even though others tried to talk me into it. Good work and friendly folks.
