We bought a car from Randy a few weeks ago. He lied about what he fixed on the car, The car has multiple problems, huge oil leak, timing chain needs replaced, fuel filter. He would not answer his phone or texts to honor the warranty. (We we’re from out of town)He gives used car dealers a bad name because of his dishonesty. Do not trust this dealership!!

Great guys! Treated me great and let me go back on a deal I made after having second thoughts when they could have told me to get bent. Not many people would let you do that. Not saying they would want to do that for everyone but they did for me when they could have said no. I definitely will go back to them.

Bought a 2008 Malibu from randy, he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car at all . Come to find out it should of been totaled and parted out sitting in the junk yard . Frame is bent and the front end was pieced together with sheet rock screws and self tapping screws . And he willingly sold us this car knowing we had a new born baby, why we wanted a new car to begin with. Called, messaged, left voicemails everything ; no reply. Do not give this shady person Your business .

My Son purchased a car from them and drove it for less than 8 weeks before it died. They said they would discount the repairs, now they are quoting exact same price as another dealer... some discount. DO NOT BUY A LEMON FROM REDLINE

My son and I actually enjoyed purchasing a car from this dealership. No high pressure sales tactics. Randy was great to work with and I felt he was honest. He pretty much told us about each vehicle on his lot and let us test drive - the cars are in great shape and all ran really well. I felt we purchased a good car at a really good price. We will definitely be back!

Had asked for Randy to take the car for a test ride to see what the problem was, and after several attempts and 2500 dollars the noice was still there. A few month later the engine was going bad. (There was oil changes every 3000 miles) Replace the motor but used the same parts from the used motor even tho I asked to reuse the new parts still under warrant replaced less than a month ago. Then the bill was 1300 dollars over the original estimate. Then I went back for a noise that was not there before I replaced the motor, and they charge me over 500 dollars to fix a part that was brand new and under warranty that I told them to replace when they swapped out the old motor. They charged me for a part that I just replace a month before. Ive asked Randy for details on the warranty for weeks and no response. The car is still making the same noise that I brought it in for last time and cant get a hold of Randy.Found out what was making the noise! There was a long extension with a socket on it, stuck in the Fender. ( This was found by another mechanic ).

Know that you could get a perfectly fine car or a pile of scrap metal. My car that I bought from Randy worked fine for one month and then the computer broke and my car wouldnt start. Would not recommend if you rely on a vehicle that will last without issue.

Randy was responsive, he answered all questions, explained the car and was very helpful with the whole process. He and the others I worked with were all very helpful. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

Sells cars with a bent frame and by law in the state of Minnesota when selling a car you have to provide that information. Randy Christensen doesnt care about the law nor abides by it.

Ive tried for several days this week to set up a time for me to look at an suv they had. I either got no response or was told they were busy. Also asked twice where they were located and got no answer. In yet another attempt to reach them and see if the vehicle was still available I now see its been sold. So evidently unless you already know where they are and when they are open and can just show up there, They seem to have no interest in selling you a car. Very dissapointed.

We got a vechicle and they fixed it. Then we decided it was to small. We went back and looked at others and they gave us a deal for a different one. Willing to work with people!! They are good guys!! Thanks Randy Christensen!!! We have got 2 new drivers we will be back.....

Dont ever trust Randy. His buisness partner is a great guy but good god the amount of headache youll go through is astonishing. He never answers the phone. Never calls you back. Never texts back. Never gives you a straight answer. I bough a truck a number of months ago. The damn thing wouldnt shift into lower gears. Couldnt drive it. Said they would help me tow it to them to take a look had i had the thing like 5 days. Randy didnt know how to fix the issue. Didnt contact me. Didnt tell me what was going on. Waited a week until i finally said enough was enough. I drove up there. His partner talked me down and helped me out. They got the part fixed. I reversed it. It got stuck in the lower gear and had to wait another few days till they again had to fix something else. Never told me what they were doing to it or what was fixed really. Something about the gear box or shift box. Then ontop of that the heat and AC went out like a a werk after i got it worked on. Never ever trust this guy.

The guys we worked with were incredibly awesome so helpful and willing to negotiate with us to help up get a newer car. I would go back and refer friends and family to this place thanks for all the help

I had purchased a 1999 BMW 528i from Randy in March after viewing an ad for it on Craigslist. I was informed that the previous owner of the BMW was an associate of his that was looking to sell it. There were no major issues that were apparent when I took it for a test drive and decided to buy it, since my last car had been totaled. After the purchase, problems with the vehicle began to arise, starting with having to replace the front control arms and rod ends because of violent wobbling from the front wheels when braking.The second major issue has led to not being able to use the vehicle as reliable transportation. The BMW would overheat after driving on a freeway for more than 8 minutes. This has lead me to purchasing a new vehicle to use, and I am struggling to cut my losses with this BMW with the time it is taking to get my title from the state.Randy is, without question, a very personable man, but after my experience with purchasing a 1999 BMW 528i from him, I would take the most extreme caution and consideration when conducting business with him.

I spoke with a salesperson who listed a car on Facebook Marketplace. He and I agreed in the evening (after the lot had closed) that I would come look at the car the next afternoon with my mechanic friend. We drove 25 miles to the lot to find he sold it and did not contact me to let me know, which was the least he could have done so we didnt waste our time and money going all the way out there. I dont recommend this dealer if thats how little consideration they show their customers.
