They did a great job on my 2009 Toyota RAV4! You cant tell it was hit! Paul Oulette is great to work with. They are incredibly busy, but Paul makes you feel like youre the only job he has. GREAT PLACE to get your body work done.Highly recommend them.

WARNING - Avoid this place like the PLAGUE.Their customer service is a joke, they dont call you to update you while they just approve random work, they are never around when you call, and when the other reps do answer the phone -- they cant read or understand each others notes.On top of having garbage customer service, their mechanics absolutely suck as well. They do HORRENDOUS work, brought them an $8000 insurance job on a Cadillac and they gave it back to us with pieces LITERALLY HANGING OFF and gaps behind the panels I could fit a fist through. They do NOT give a damn about your car, or you for that matter.One time they wedged my car under a tow truck boom and pushed the roof in (not a little dent, they PUSHED the roof in), and didnt fix it before giving me the car back. I had to track my rep down to get them to make time for it 2 weeks later.On top of that, EVERY TIME you get work done here, you WILL have to bring it back. They suck at electrical, paint, you name it. Want pictures? Email me.Best part -- theyre in the process of attempting an insurance fraud job on us. We dropped their loaner off exactly the way we got it -- and somehow they SUPPOSEDLY had to replace the entire frontend, parts of the roof, a new wheel -- you name it. My guess is to recoup some money from when they crashed my car in their own shop. Or maybe it was one of their $13/hr mechanics again, because it certainly was not us.MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ACCEPT A LOANER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS, BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE STRAIGHT UP THIEVES AND THEY WiLL 100% TAKE ADVANTAGE OF, OR JUST PLAIN ROB YOU, ANY CHANCE THEY GET.YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I dont often write reviews, but I had a great experience getting a small body repair done. They took care of it in just minutes after I drove in and sent me on my way. Great community business in a great community.
