Very friendly staff, great customer service. Their natural double ground mulch is the best in Anderson. Great quality and I have yet to find any trash mixed in with their mulch(which is a consistent issue with a lot of other places I have gone to before).

Good products & excellent service. I was able to stop in, pay for a load of mulch AND get it delivered in the same day. There is a great selection of mulch and of different kinds of stone. We will definitely go back!

This is the only place to go for stone and river rock! Good prices and quick delivery. The staff was helpful. We were beginners at building a retaining wall and the owner gave us lots of very good info relating to our project. That alone saved us a lot of time and headaches! I left a negative review here by mistake, I feel like I need yo clear this up. We are in search of mulch for a unique project at our home, and we searched the internet for inexpensive mulch delivered. Google directed us to a craigslist add discount mulch he called himself. I need yo make sure people understand that I habe made a mistake in company names here. We are also business owners and reviews can hurt. From all of us here at KMB we apologize and will clear this up NOW. So if you are in search of products as mulch and gravel use someone local like Dicount Bark, DO NOT USE CRAIGSLIST its a joke. Thanks you all at Discount Mulch and again we are sorry . By the way if you are interested the mans name I DID call was Tommy at Discount Mulch on S.C. Craigslist and we have flagged do not use him.

I have never ever written a review but I feel I had to share my experience. My husband and I stopped in with our truck to buy some flat stones for a smalll walk way.No one ever came out to help us so I went in to inquire the price of a half bale of stone we saw that was in front of a full bale of what appeared to be the same stone as the half . The full bale was priced $200, so since no one came out to answer our questions we assumed the half bale would be would be around $100.When I went in to ask the price they told us it had to be weighed . The young fella was totally miffed that he had to come out and load the stone on the scales . When my husband inquired what the price was before they loaded on the truck the owner ( I assume ) rudely yelled back I dont have a calculator in my headWe went in to get the price and he told us it would be $268 . We said that was to much and his response was rudely see ya We were totally taken aback . My husband told him that his attitude was totally uncalled for and we only wanted something about $150 worth and the mans reply was well we already weighed one for you My husband and I both told the gentleman ( I use the term loosely) that we have never been talked to or treated like that .So if I could rate this company with anything less than one star I would definitely give the negative -5 starsPlease DO NOT give these people your business . If you need stone its worth the drive to Travlers Rest and give your business to Hipps stone .

After I contacted you remember???It was delivered Friday remember? Someone was home. No one heard you several times at door. I came to find you.Remember??? I wanted to let you know you left it at the wrong address Friday. I was very nice. Asked coild you pick up today Saturday. Because its where we park...Was told it would be sometime next week? They treated me like it was fault. I was still nice... I called back remember? This time I put conversation on speaker phone... So a client could hear. I wanted a witness to conversation... Thats when after being talked to rudely. With we are busy today. The owner is the one who delivers and does not have time... I even told you . I could care less if some mulch was left. I would spread it out...Attitude was we will contact you next week? Thats was when I said what if I spread it out so we can park. I was then told I would be stealing..Its my yard??? No, I want you to get it... Monday will be the fourth day please pick it up by that afternoon. This is getting SILLY... What started out as me feeling bad that someone might not realize that the had delivered to the wrong house...So thats why I came to your business Saturday morning looking for Rightful owner... Not realizing you knew and had already redelivered that morning to the other house... A note or something left at my house. Would have really been nice... Im still not sure why you didnt reload when you redelivered to the mulch to the rightful owner??! A kinder attitude by the lady that was working Saturday...Would have avoided much of this as well.... I think with your return comment to my review... Speaks volumes for your attitude.. In stead of really taking responsibility... Tried to shift the blame of your huge mound of mulch sitting next to our driveway. Which the area we also park... To me being the one that was at fault... Please please get your mulch Monday... If you do not want it then kindly let us know. Either this afternoon or in the morning... No I want pay 168.00 even if its half for mulch... I didnt order... I kindly offered 80.00 Saturday.... When you acted like it was going to be a lot of trouble... No one had time... I offered that to help you out.... Help us out by getting out of the way!!! So please pick up Monday!!!! Or let us know by Monday morning you do not want it.... If it is not removed Monday... Then I guess that is your answer... Its my yard and I think we are being very reasonable ... 4 days is plenty of time !!! Thank you
