We tried this place for the first time, unfortunately they were out of bread for the tortas, also out of avocados so we couldnt have guac...we tried the tacos al pastor and they were good, also tried the sopes de pollo and flautas de pollo unfortunately the chicken on both had no flavor or seasoning very plain.. the agua de melón and orchata are also good..

Went here today for lunch and I’m still thinking about it! The owner is so so sweet! I told her I was vegetarian and she said she’d make ANYTHING on the menu vegetarian!! I thought that was so kind. I got a vegetarian Torta and a Horchata to drink, they were both delicious and life changing. Can’t wait to come back here! It’s great!

Food was delicious! Its hard to find authentic latin food and this place is 100% authentic! Ceviche was fresh, burritos were bomb and the horchata was perfect!

This place is a treasure for our town! The owners and employees treat us like family friends even though we dont go very regularly, never spend much money and have a messy toddler. The ambiance is wonderful; Its not fancy but it feels so comfortable inside that it is difficult to leave. I would much rather go to Coco than get icecream at any other place in town because they use real, fresh ingredients and price things fairly. I had a watermelon popsicle there today that was hands down the best frozen treat Ive ever had and for only two dollars! Imagine the juiciest, ripest, sweetest, coldest watermelon heart youve ever tasted and then multiply by five. Coconut, strawberry, pistashio and pineapple are also incredible. What I have tasted of the food is very good too (cheese tamales and Elote). If I had friends or family visiting from out of town I would take them to Coco to show off how wonderful Anderson can be.

I have eaten at all the Mexican restaurants in Anderson, and La Michoacana Coco is simply the best. Make sure to order the Pozole on Saturday or Sunday. You will not be disappointed.

Sergio and his crew make everything on site! Love your coffee? Try the cappuccino ice cream. Trust me! And if youre hungry you can dine on authentic Mexican food - includind FLAUTAS - while you wait! And you wont spend a fortune, either! Our family of six had ice cream and popsicles for under $20!!!
