Delicious! There are many varieties of ice cream and yogurt, as well as fruit, candy, cookies, and whipped cream. Also, freshly made waffle cones! Bit expensive, as it goes by weight, but well worth it.The parking lot is spacious, easy to get into depending on the direction one is coming from. The building is easy to notice, as well as spacious and comfortable. The workers are friendly.Recommended for single diners and small groups!

Best frozen yogurt place ever😋

Really good! Cleaning measures during Covid-19 make me pleased. Separate containers for dirty and clean dipping spoons, glove usage by workers, the whole shebang. Kinda wish a couple machines werent down, but they looked a little short staffed so its probably not the norm.

Asked for a topping that I knew they had in the back but they refused to give it to me. Asked for it the day before and they asked me what flavor I wanted. There is no way they ran out of 3 flavors in 18 hours.

It was decent as far as tastes goes. However, it did feel a little.over priced for the quality (compared to other places, e.g., menches.Other wise, the service was great (even though only one person was working) and they had a decent toppings selection.

We love going here. Its a pay by the weight frozen yogurt place. They always have interesting flavors and combinations plus a wide variety of toppings, including fresh fruit. Today they didnt have any kind of chocolate sauce or I would have rated higher. Pleasant atmosphere.

2nd day in a row coming here. I love being able to make my own combination of yogurts.

Love this place. Love. It. Miss the little flavor dividers though. The yogurt is great, topping selection is fantastic. Staff is not at all friendly or engaging for the most part, but all theyre hired to do is clean, weigh your metric ton of yogurt and take your payment. No complaints here so far either.

There was only like 3 flavors all of the rest were out. And the flavors they did have were barely frozen

We were in Yogurt Mountain of Anderson SC tonight, 4/13 and we really enjoyed it! The store was VERY clean and organized and the two young ladies working were so nice and helpful! Susanna H. And a girl with glasses. It seemed like rush hour when we visited and they kept the store clean and made sure the customers were happy. Will be back!!!

Always a fun visit. Lots of different flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings. Strong will power needed to keep from overdoing it. Gluten free flavors are labeled, which is much appreciated. Reasonably priced and family friendly.

Very good flavors of yogurt or ice cream. All kinds of toppings and sauces for topping off your dessert dreams! Price is by the weight so you have to be careful on how much you really want to eat!!! The kids loved it though! Enjoy the experience.

In the past this place was great, but the last few times, many of the flavors were out of order and others that were available came out watery. When this was brought to the attention of the two younger girls working there, the response was a snotty, well we cant put out of order on everything. Then, when we needed napkins, the girl at the register was busy on her phone. Most of the time that my family was eating, the two were complaining about whoever the next person coming in late. They were both just very unprofessional and rude. What flavors were available were ok, but given our experience today, well probably wait to go back for a while

Old fashioned had no taste. Is usually a creamy yellow with a sweet vanilla flavor this wasnt sweet, ...no flavor and plopped out of machine very slowly.

Vanilla bean didnt taste like it should and was very watery. Service was good.

I wanted to love it. But the manager (I’m assuming) ruined all chances of that by the way he spoke to his employee, foul language included, while I sat right there with my two kids. Before he arrived, this employee had been cleaning constantly, brought me a high chair without me even having to ask, just clearly taking her job seriously and doing it very well! I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to her after I had been so impressed by her performance. Just a shame.

I really enjoy bringing my kids here and enjoying many different flavors of yogurt and there are a lot of different toppings to choose from, just be careful how much you add because you purchase your treats by weight.

Went to get yogurt at 9:30 with a few friends when they close at 12AM. The two girls that were in the store were very rude. While we were eating our yogurt, we felt like we were being rushed to leave. The girls both had their purses acting like they were ready to leave. My friends didn’t even finish eating their yogurt and ended up throwing it away due to feeling like we were being rushed. The second we stepped foot out of the store they turned the lights off and were leaning up against the front counter. Poor customer service. Don’t think the owner would be to happy knowing their cashiers were closing their store down 2 hours before closing.

On 4/18/19 I walked into a very dark Yogurt Mountain. Two ‘workers’ were standing in the dark, playing on their cell phones, giggling. It was 9:50pm, ten minutes before their closing time as posted on their doors. And forty minutes before their closing time, according to google. The two girls were in their visors and uniforms, standing in the dark playing on their phones, watching the clock. I asked why it was dark and if they weren’t still open, as it was ten minutes before closing time. They giggled and said they were done for the night. They obviously were just ready to get out of there. One was sitting her behind on the counter, which is gross since food is up there all the time. Shame on them for getting paid to play on their phones and turn customers away during what should’ve been open business hours. They need either proper training or discipline because a store can’t run if you close it early and tell people to leave. Stinks to drive 30 minutes out of the way to get yogurt for family and walk in to that.

Great staff terrible boss as a former employee of this establishment I have to say this is the worst place to work in Anderson, South Carolina. The boss or company as he calls hisself is one of the most disrespectful and demeaning bosses to be hired under. This isn’t a bashing section but I know for sure he has disrespected several of his former employees and now hired employees from cursing An them while customers are in the store making purchases to derogatory comments to specific employees I can honestly say I would never consider stepping foot back in this establishment

I worked @ a very popular/busy yogurt shop for 5 years ( In Georgia) 3 of those years as a Manager.. I would have gotten on to the young girl who was working today.. didn’t even greet us when we walked in because she was to busy on her phone.. didn’t smile once or acted like she cared to serve us. I have worked with many high schoolers/ young people and never have they acted like this young lady did, maybe she is missing the fact that she is working in A CUSTOMER SERVICE atmosphere but she really lacked at all the qualities it takes to work in customer service.

Every time I walk in they are out of my flavors and though maybe this time they will have my flavor but nope no sorbet old fashion.. not happy with the experience really hope that changes because summer is hot and we love ice cream ..

My family loves yogurt mountain! They have about a dozen different flavors each day (some change daily while others are regulars) and probably about 30 different toppings to choose from. If you cant find something you like, you just dont like frozen yogurt. I especially recommend the cookies and cream with hot fudge and an extra topping or two. You help yourself and pay by the ounce. But, be careful... its very easy to get carried away.

Yogurt Mountain has a wide variety of yogurt flavors and toppings. It is a fantastic family spot and is my daughters favorite place to go. But, if you dont go before around 9, they run out of yogurt and dont refill them.

Always jumpy flavors yummy to the tummy the fixins are abundant and you can always get what you want they have a great selection brand new people in a clean atmosphere

The Yogurt Mountain yogurt is okay, a little too sweet, and EXTEEMELY overpriced. The staff isnt all that friendly either, but they look like high schoolers so dont expect world class customer service. They keep a clean environment though. The taste to price ratio just doesnt cut it.

Few of the machines were down and they started mopping the floors 30 minutes before close.

First timer totally self serve many varietys and was delicious. But a lil pricey .but then again everything seems to be costing more these days .

I was at your Anderson South Carolina store tonight 12/23 at 830pm, it was my first time ever visiting a yogurt mountain and not a good experience. My fiancé and myself both had lots of stale toppings that was hard. The ice cream machines were dirty and the worst was the employee working there. A younger female with a lip Piercing, she didn’t acknowledge us coming in and was too busy on her cellular phone. Upon checking out was very unfriendly and STILL on her phone texting WHILE checking us out! I felt sick upon driving home, definitely wouldn’t go back.

Simply loved my visit there. Treated myself to a frozen cone. Delicious!

Visited over a year ago and they were having sewage issues the entire place reeked of waste. Went tonight and the same thing. Its hard to enjoy the yougurt when the stench is overpowering. Then go to use restroom and toliets wont even flush. I hope this is an issue they soon address. Yougurt was delicious as always, the place just STINKS!!!!
