I am very upset with my experience at Pulp and Pine today. I spent two hours painting a project that was given to me incorrectly. The frame for my picture was far to large for the actual project. To fix this, they would have to cut both the frame and the background to my project. My project would still be off center. The ladies working were great and speaking with the person who owns this place to figure out what to do next. I was given the opportunity to keep my $50 project and not receive it until sometime next week and it would be off center and uneven framed still. OR to take the project they painted (which was completely different colored than mine). I then requested a complete refund and was granted it due to the experience. Unfortunately, I still wasted two hours of my time painting a project I will now not get a project and I was not even offered a take home project or anything. I was so excited for a family night at pulp and pine with fall projects. However, tonight fell short of expectations.

I LOVE Pulp & Pine!! The customers service is fantastic. You feel like family when you walk in the door. The crafts are of good quality and so much fun to do! The live sales are a blast!
