This used to be one of my favorite dollar trees. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill fast. The isles are a mess, yet you can tell that they are out of quite a lot of inventory. I could not find most of the items that I was looking for. Also, their customer service is terrible these days! Plus, the line to check out is always wrapped around the store - with only one cashier & other employees busy stocking OR JUST TALKING ON THE PHONE!While there was a line wrapped around the checkout area, one employee continued to talk while on the floor... for at least 30 minutes! Gossiping about her life & the employees/her boss. She wasnt even trying to be quiet about it, just talked away like she was at a bar with her best friend. Some of the stuff discussed, did not need to be heard by any kids... so I started recording. I will be sending the video clip to the dollar tree corporate, as this was the most embarassing thing Ive seen this year by a customer service employee.

I love this place!! They have so many things that you never would even think of... Especially arts and craft type things!!

My choices were great but I am a DIY person, you need some more inventory in crafts, but I love Dollar Tree.

This store has the same merchandise as the scatterfield one. Also this store is a little bit smaller as well. Everything is a dollar so you cant beat the price.

Mouthy cashier, manager who handled it by screaming. Nothing was stocked empty counters.

Love the variety of products they carry. If you are looking for holiday decorations they cant be beat. Shop early they go fast. 😆

Always a fun place to shop. This time they didnt have what I needed. I was looking for something to put on top of a cake in Disneys Belle. Better luck next time.

Everyone following safety measures, I appreciate that. Clean store, lots of merchandise to choose from, their greeting cards are awesome, and they only cost .50 cent or $1 ea. Save a bundle on cards!!

Super convenient. Super clean. The cashiers will talk with you babe have conversations but actually not take forever to get you checked out. Great for toys and kids things

There was only one cashier and around 10 people in line and the manager told the cashier if she needed help to call her she had to take out the trash while we wanted in line for over 20 minutes whatever happened to costumer service Im sure that trash could of waited some people dont have all day to stand in line. So someone needs to tell the manager when there is a long line like that she should help out. 3 people sit their stuff down and left because they were tired of waiting so the dollar Tree lost money and if that happens every day the lose adds up quick.

I love the Dollar Tree store at the Cross Street Kroger Plaza.... I have a Dollar Tree Store that is closer to me, but I prefer the store I was in earlier today.....store is cleaner and better stocked and organized. ❤❤❤❤❤

I enjoy saving money and Dollar Tree have most products that I need.I sop there at 5 to 8 times in a month or sometimes more.

Not stocked up at all. Friday morning and all aisles were severely empty. I actually asked the manager if this location was closing. He said no, their business has been up 30%. You cant sell whats not out for sale!

This is my go-to place for any simple item from paper plates, lunch box snacks and straws to birthday cards, stickers or Christmas stocking stuffers. Very convenient, tidy and often friendly staff too.
