We worked with Stephanie to add a new phone and service to my account for my son and also a smart watch with a phone plan for myself! Stephanie was great with helping us get everything set up and getting all the products we needed and was very helpful with all our questions! We felt bad for her though because the computers was acting up everytime she tried to get everything added to our account and it took her redoing everything 3 times before it finally accepted and added everything to my account! We appreciate how she kept a positive attitude the whole time and wasnt upset that it took her over an hour to get these added to my account! The computer issues need to be addressed by who ever takes care of their technology part to make it a smoother and speedier process. But again we feel Stephanie went above and beyond to take care of us and get everything taken care of and her attitude through the whole stayed positive and she was always smiling! She was a joy to work with on helping us get everything done!!
This place has great service and great deals, we worked with Eli and he was very respectful and asked absolutely any questions we had.
THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL Verizon CS by phone or online is inept AND LAME I cannot get into my account to see my bill or to opt out of paperless. Either make accounts more accessible or send me paper.
Went to the Verizon store Saturday because my daughters phone was using too much data . Eli helped us figure out why and got us a better plan, he did a great job and was very appreciated.

We are on a family plan. My husband ordered his upgrade online to be sent to the store. We have waited since 4/2/21 to receive a text message and email confirmation that the phone was ready for pickup. The confirmation came in 20 minutes before they closed last night so my aunt ( account owner) went to pick it up upon store opening this morning. She was told the order was cancelled because it had been more than 4 days since it had been ordered. She showed the C.S. rep her phone showing the date and time she received the notification to come pick it up. She still refused to release the phone and now it has to be reordered and wait another 2-4 days to receive it. This is the WORST customer service ever!! Considering Verizon is supposed to be the best and they charge you like they are, you would think they could not drop the ball and send out notifications and have better tact with their curbside pickup and customers !!
This location gets a 5 because of Elijah B. This was the first time anyone has taken the time to really explain my plan and what actually works best for my family. Ive had access to so much Ive never known about for at least 3 years. Thank you so much Elijah!

Not surprised at there low rating! I have insurance through Asurion got a new phone due to black screen (unusable device) my phone is my livelihood so I needed to restore everything. I went to the Verizon and was rudely told I couldnt come in...what?? ( I watched three people enter)I am an existing customer but I guess only new were welcome. I will limit my Review to the ANDERSON Verizon only. A very sweet young lady I talked to in customer support gladly helped me get everything back.
I had purchased two chargers online and received two car chargers instead. I went to the store and the young man switched them with no questions asked. Very good customer service.
On September 18th 2020 my wife and I went into the store on our anniversary to upgrade our phones. The staff was very helpful in helping us select phones and plans as we were joining my plan and my wifes. The store representative told us our bill would be around 230 a month. After 2 weeks I noticed that the plan still had not updated on my verizon app. I called Verizon to find out that the representative at the store never submitted the plan change and my bill would be closer to 320 a month. After spending almost 3 hours on the phone with customer service they got my bill down a little. Today my wife showed me that her screen protector that was installed in store was pealing. After looking at it closely I noticed that it was installed over the factory film that the phones are shipped with. I contacted Verizon about the screen protector issue and they advised go to a Verizon store and get them replaced. Ive tried contacting the store to address the issues all I get is an automated person. I would not recommend going to this store for anything.

I walked into the store to buy a screen protector, I wasn’t acknowledged by single representative, two couples and a man walked in after me and we’re both signed in right away. This store has never been strong with their customer service skills. I went to Victra In Noblesville and had a way better experience. It’s sad that the third-party stores are better at serving their customers than the corporate stores.
We have been Verizon customers for many, many years and never had any issues until the past couple months. We have found in dealing with several different agents at this S. Scatterfield location that they flat out lie to us, quote prices that are found to be untrue, make changes to our account that we did not authorize. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this store. We will no longer deal with the dishonest people at this store.
Verizon has good phone service but they are pricing themselves out of the market. Not competitive with other available services.

The good folks at Verizon are polite and always helpful and, by whatever means, they solve whatever phone problem youre having. And they actually LISTEN to you. Service like this is why Ive been with Verizon now for eight years.

When you walk into the store to purchase your new phones You walk out feeling pretty good... That is until next month when you realize youve been lied to by the guy who sold you your phone who said he would process your rebate for you. Or left out very important facts about other rebates he said you are entitled to but you will never get. At least 2 of the sales associates will lie, cheat and steal from you. Its like playing Russian Roulette with your money.

Understaffed and busy as usual. Told the guy I wanted to upgrade my phone and which one I wanted during check-in. Specifically asked if they had them. He said he believes they did. Over an hour later its my turn and Im told that phone doesnt come out till tomorrow. Really? I waited over an hour? Ordered the phone on their website with free 2 day shipping. Dont bother with the store.

Ive experienced more problems with my phone after taking my issues to this store. Seriously, just because I have a 2 story house, my phone simply will have issues!!! and they reset stuff on my phone without my permission. cant connect to any wifi now. I am looking for new service elsewhere.
They may be friendly but they will not set up your new phone for you. Go to the other Anderson location to purchase your phone, theyll set it up for you. And trust me, that makes a difference.

This Verizon store location, located in south Anderson, in which I usually do business with, has some of the most unfriendiest people Ive encountered working there! There have been times where I couldnt get anybody to gladly help me out when Ive had some problems with my smartphone, or even using their payment machine! There are such real snobs in there! There are only a couple of their employees I like in there! I wouldnt recommend this particular Verizon store!
