Without a bunch of boring details, the service there was excellent. Employees were eager to assist with great attitudes. I dealt with Kayla and she went beyond my expectations and I left completely satisfied. Hats off to the crew. Outstanding.

Always out of items for T-mobile Tuesday! Horrible customer service. I never can get help!

Sprint and T-mobile have now joined forces to make the worst service in existence. Ive been talking with support for a month now and they still haven’t unlocked my phone I PURCHASED AT THE END OF MY LEASE . I was with sprint for 5 years always pay a month ahead and never had one single issue with service or help but since the merger its been nothing but problems that noone can fix it seems. Time to talk to verizon about getting me out of my contract done with this garbage company.

Was horrible Sat there for well over an hour trying to get home internet. They set my account up and the sim has to receive a one time pin but since they did not have a device in store they could not finish my account. Not only did I waste almost two hours sitting there I still didnt get my internet account set up.

Got a good deal on phones. Thank you Jordan for the great customer service.

Stood at the store for over a hour just for the lady at the store to tell me she cant activeat my watch because the store is closing in a half an hour that should have been enough time but she was only helping one person in the hour i was at the store why the guy was helping 4 people at once i really feel like she just dont want to work why she is at work

I cannot say anything about the other stores and their employees as this particular business is the only one that I do any business with because of their late hours and the friendly and very helpful staff whom work there.

It was awesome and very helpful until I got home and tried to do what they suggested so still trying to fix the issue

I came in to get information on phones and buy one, Huff and Victoria where very friendly, kind, and extremely helpfull. They explained everything to me and helped me with getting started, because of these two employees, I have a great phone and am extremely happy I mobile with T-Mobile. They both deserve a raise.

This location is fantastic. There was a car with a dog in crisis in it outside of the store. When I went in to ask whos car it was and to say that the dog needed help someone i thought was an employee muttered under her breath about me being rude for saying something about the situation. It is NOT rude to protect animals lives. She began to argue with me about it. I am not one of those customer is always rights people but to argue about interfering when a life is at stake is garbage. I went back to get the name so I could submit a complaint and was informed she was not an employee and was asked to leave after I left.

I learned more about my phone in 10 minutes then I did over the 2 years k had my phone! I highly recommend going to this store on Scatterfield! Its a choice you wont regret!

Went to this T Mobile store to check it out and was instantly greeted by Mike. Super nice guy. He was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. As far as TMobile service is not so great. In town yes but once you leave town is were coverage is spotty.

Left with no questions unanswered. Whitney Mike and Fred were absolutely Awesome! Will never go to another T-Mobile store.

The T-Mobile BOGO deal is a scam. I was denied the rebate because the store clerk at the Anderson T-Mobile did the transaction incorrectly. I called customer service about this issue and the store manager lied and said that they didn’t do the transaction incorrectly. I was refunded for half the value of the “free” iPhone that I was supposed to get but I am out $350 because the clerk ran the transaction incorrectly. As soon as a good deal comes up, I am moving carriers.

Mike is by far one of the nicest and most knowledgeable associates uveitis ever dealt with. He has a great team and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I was told on Facebook​ that I needed to leave a review on this website. Im a Verizon user who has never even been to Anderson Indiana. But dont let that distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off a Hell in the Cell, and plummeted 16 through an announcers table.

First time in a T-Mobile store and I could not have asked for a better experience. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely be visiting them in the future.
