This company is the friendliest and most knowledgeable place Ive ever been. They dont push you into decisions. They told me what was wrong with my car and advised me know to fix it and even recommended another place that could help with my problem.

Absolutely ruined my engine and it’ll cost thousands to fix. I went in initially for an oil change. I beg of you, DO NOT take your car there. I spent hard earned money to buy a car and I trusted their knowledge and work only to be dupped. Extremely sad how I was treated. Trust me, they’ll mess it up and say it’s not covered under warranty. Completely unprofessional.

On Saturday May 2nd. my wife and I visited Ralph Hayes Toyota in Anderson SC to begin the process of determining if Toyota had the right vehicle to meet her driving needs. We met with Mr. Jason Mulikin Sales Consultant, he had previously assisted me in the purchase of my 2019 Tundra that I enjoy using daily. Mr. Mullikin and the great sales Management team exceeded my wifes expectations. She had reservations while trying to select the right vehicle to meet her needs; Mr. Mullikin was always quick to address and answer questions she posed throughout the selection process. I can and will say that was Key in how and why my wife chose the 2020 Camry XSE to meet her vehicle wants and needs. Mr. Mullikin was very efficient and professional throughout the whole process. When the time came to secure the sale he was conciderate and nonaggresive with my wifes decision. I would also add the sales Manager was very accommodating and gave us both a purchase agreement we feel 100% happy with. In closing, please do yourselves a huge favor; give the team at Ralph Hayes Toyota the opportunity to earn your business, you want regret. Slow service. Got here for a 730 oil change appointment and still here waiting at 855. Who would have thought that an oil change would take almost 2 HOURS!! Finally done at 920. Would not recommend.
