My family has been going here for as long as I can remember and I continue to do so. They are quick and efficient. Lately my tires have been magnets for sharp objects and they were able to get it taken care of with me just walking in. In the past Ive had them put on new tires as well as oil changes and they have always been great.

When I got my first car in college as an Anderson University student, one of the campus police officers recommended Hadsell Tire for some basic car repair I was needing. That was more than twelve years ago—I have been a faithful customer of Hadsell Tire ever since, and not just for minor repairs, but also for everything from basic routine maintenance to major repairs on my family’s vehicles. I keep coming back because they continue to provide me with the best service I’ve found anywhere (and, out of curiosity, I’ve tried several other places in Anderson, so I know). They’re always fair, never try to push any unnecessary work (expenses) on me, and always warn me ahead of time of issues that I may need to address in the future. Honestly, I feel at ease whenever I walk into the waiting room. They’re always fast, too, and can usually handle issues same-day without appointment. They’re that good, and they hire technicians who clearly know what they’re doing. Some of their mechanics have been working there for years and years—that says a lot by itself. Darren and Shane are some of the most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet and always call me by name (they started doing that years before I could ever remember their names, a fact that didn’t bother them in the least). I wholeheartedly recommend Hadsell Tire and am thankful they are a part of the Anderson community!

I had called and told them I had a screw in my tire and asked how soon they could get me in, they told me to come on over only a few ahead of me. By the time I got there they were able to pull me right in, unfortunately my tire wasnt repairable. They were more than happy to help me and inform me of a used tire place they knew, since I had informed them I couldnt afford a new one! They also didnt charge me for looking at my tire, not sure if thats just because they are great people or if its their normal policies, but I am grateful either way! Great place and great people!

Said theyd charge $45 to take 30 minutes to inspect the 3 things I have wrong. I made an appointment. Took it in and mechanic came back in less than 20 minutes and says Everything is tight in your front end. Theres nothing wrong... Nothing. Your car is very reliable. You dont owe anything so I left but not without telling them that the whole reason I came was because of a reference and I was TOLD theyd find the problem. They didnt WANT my business... Sad. I hope I dont have a wreck....

They got me in quickly to replace my tire which I appreciate. However there was almost no discussion with me over the problem with my old tire or any explanation about the new tire they were putting on. They simply told me the only tire they had in stock was going to cost $250 and asked if it was ok to proceed. I needed to go to work so of course I said yes and they got it put on. I went to the desk to pay once they finished and was expecting a more detailed discussion of what exactly I was paying for with the tire, like the warranty and such. But there was no explanation of the warranty or options to add any additional coverage like other tire shops have always offered me. I had to ask and even then they didnt elaborate on anything, just said its the manufacturer warranty. I guess now I understand why the other places had longer wait times for service. They actually talk to their customers!Overall it is a decent place to go to if you need a tire immediately, however I will be looking elsewhere for service in the future.

I brought a tire in for them to install and dispose of the old tire. The next morning, I woke up and the tire that they installed was completely flat. I aired it up and called them. They told me it was my tire so my responsibility and they would take a look at it if I was willing to pay more money. I spayed the tire with soapy water and discovered the valve stem was loose. After tightening it, the problem was solved. The owner was so rude to me on the phone and Im not sure why he didnt just offer to help. I would pay for a new tire if needed but I guess his guys just slap tires that are unfit for the road onto vehicles on a regular basis. I would instruct my technicians to check for leaks after installing a tire. Even new ones. This happened to me before at Discount Tire with 2 brand new tires and they sent a tow truck to pick my car up and repaired their work the very next day and I didnt have to pay anything extra. I will never go to Hadsell again. Very poor customer service and just plain rude.

Dont waste your time. Made a 1pm appointment and waited 40 minutes to get into a bay so I left. People make appointments for a reason and they were unable to keep their end of the deal.

I had called and visited several mechanics in Anderson, they either couldnt get my automobile into their shop in a timely manner or wanted to let it sit for days without contacting me. I was then referred to Hadsell Tire. Theyve repaired multiple vehicles for me same day as delivered without a run around. They were honest and friendly. I couldnt be more pleased, and I will bring my vehicles to them as long as I remain in Anderson or until they close their doors. Truly a good business!

Taken many cars here for tires and alignments and have never had any issues. Theres very little wait times and they also always have the best price. I know one of the techs there and hes worked there for many years and has told me he likes working there and enjoys what he does and was the reason I began bringing mine and my families vehicles there now.

Had what I thought was a large bolt in my tire took it to be patched and it never punctured the whole tire. They removed the bolt and informed me and disnt charge me even though I offered to pay. Amazing people. Im from out of town visiting my union hall and kind people to strangers is often non existant. I would definitely do business and recommend them to my union.

I was towed there after dropping driveshaft on I-69. Couldnt find shaft that day, nobody had one in stock. Slept in truck that night and got driveshaft next day. Was on the road shortly after noon. Thanks guy. Thing are fine in Florida. Happened on September 5th, 2019.

Ive been going to Hadsell since 2008. Ive always been treated with great customer service, and the price has always been reasonable. I usually get an oil change, but they always check my breaks, tires, etc. and let me know if something else is wrong. Today really set the bar high for anyone trying to take my patronage away from them. My car was not in operating condition, and after explaining my situation to them, the let me use their loaner car until tomorrow when my car would be fixed. I can confidently say that I wouldnt find the same treatment elsewhere. Highly recommend coming here because they obviously care about their customers!

I went in here after driving all over Anderson and being told I would have to wait 1.5 to 3 hours before anyone would even look at my car. All I needed was a tire repair so waiting 3 hours at Wal-Mart or an hour and a half at Tire Barn was not really an option. I decided to drive down towards the Mall and was very pleased to see that Hadsell was not only open and in business but that there wasnt ANY wait at all. My family and I sat in the waiting room and in about 25 minutes they had repaired my tire and balanced it as well. The price was REALLY reasonable and the associate at the cash register was helpful and courteous (something that seems to be lost at most other service centers). Needless to say I will be going back when I need to get tires and I am telling all my friends and neighbors about the good / quick service.Glad to see that good service is not COMPLETELY dead in todays modern world.

Did my oil change and 2 new tires for less than 300.00 and they are quick and get you in and out, only thing is and it may be my fault, was I didnt tell them I put synthetic oil in my Chrysler so I dont think they did,they never ask me if I wanted regular or synthetic oil and Im so use to going somewhere else where they do ask me each and every time and also I was kinda just talking about alot of things and just went unmentioned by me. So since I feel my car has been running kinda of funny at least to me it is and never had a problem with my car going to 5000rpm shifting funny not a car wiz so forgive me if im wrong just stating what I have experienced by them. Now my grandfather and mother love the place and wont go anywhere else so idk just made me uneasy since that oil change and tire change my car just hasnt ran the way Im use to and I know my vehicle very well and its only has 45,000 miles and is in wonderful condition.

RUDE, MEAN AND DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING! I DONT FEEL LIKE THEY EVEN DERSERVE 1 STAR! REALLY BAD BUSINESS! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Dont go to Hadsell Tires unless you want to get ripped off! I am a mother of 4 kids and I had my husband take my van to get a barely used, practically BRAND NEW tire (that we already had as a spare) mounted and balanced at which they did, and charged us $15. Then, the next morning we wake up and I go to take my children to school and the tire they put on is COMPLETELY flat! Now I know that it was a used tire, but I also know that there were no holes or leaks of any kind in that tire, and if there were, dont you think that the employees of Hadsell shouldve checked and found it first BEFORE I found it in the morning?? So, my husband called them back up, the owner told us to come back down there and theyd check it out. We did and the owner wanted to charge us $20 more JUST TO LOOK AT THE TIRE!!! I was very upset because my husband looked and found that the air was leaking from the valve stem, something of which HADSELLS should have checked!!!! They also shouldve cleaned the rim before putting my tire on, which the owner said was not what he was being paid to do. Isnt that a safety concern? If youre a business and you value your customers, shouldnt their safety also be just as valuable? I guess they dont value business or customers lives either because ultimately, it couldve caused an accident and my kids couldve got hurt or killed! Id suggest going down to Tire Barn (which is less than a mile from Hadsell) or Discount Tire because BOTH of them told me that if I brought my car to them, they would fix my tire FREE OF CHARGE! So dont go here to Hadsells. Im also posting this on their Facebook and reporting it to the Better Business Bureau also. Thank you for taking the time to read about my horrible experience with this crooked business.
