This is the most HONEST tire dealership in Anderson. I was given two quotes for work on my truck and it was twice what we paid at Goodyear. Piedmont Chrysler and Firestone should be ashamed of themselves. They even quoted work that wasn’t really necessary. Do not get your tires and suspension work anywhere else. Vince and his team are excellent and understanding to the customer’s needs. I plan to tell everyone I know about the outstanding job today. Great work!

The slowest service in existence I brought my mustang up for an oil change and it took 2 hours for them to even bring my car back there and then another 45 min to do that I could have done it myself faster, and will be doing all of them myself from now on if you’ve gotta come here be sure to clear your whole afternoon. I definitely won’t be coming back

SLOW SERVICE. I dropped my vehicle off, walked to Home Depot, meandered around, came back and my vehicle still hadnt been taken back. Finally, it was taken back for an oil change and rotation. Nearly two hours later, here I sit, looking at my vehicle on the rack.A guy came in long after I came back from Home Depot for two new tires. He left 15 minutes ago with new tires.What takes so long to change the oil? I could have gone and bought the oil and changed it myself in less time.

Fast friendly and honestHad to get our son’s car repaired who is away at Clemson. Called And worked with Jeremy who could have not been any nicer. He was courteous and very helpful. Car was towed in and Jeremy called to let us know when it arrived. They had the car repaired same day (we did not have appointment). It’s nice to know there is a trustworthy Good Year for our son while he is away at school.

I went last Thursday and they were slammed. Didnt have time to get me in. I went again this morning. Sat there for 40 minutes and my vehicle never even moved into the shop. I went up to the counter and got my key back and left.

This shop is awesome! Never had a bad experience. They are always honest and, always take great care of mine and my daughters cars. I will not go anywhere else.

This Goodyear location will have my business moving forward. They are a class act with great customer service. As a father whos daughter is going to Clemson and is away from home having Billy and Brad assisting her is a breath of fresh air. I received a call from my daughter stating an oil change place said she needed a new tire. She called me, sent me pictures and i immediately called Billy at this location and advised him of the situation. I went back here because last year they helped me out as well. Long and short... Billy said send her down and they would take good care of her. She arrived and i received a call from both Billy and Brad that her tire was okay and that it was a cosmetic situation and not a safety issue. Even though i was ready to buy another tire, they said there was no need a this time. After they checked all 4 tires including air pressure, i asked how much did i owe them for their time.It was a quick, nothing sir glad we could help. Billy and Brad broke the stereotype of Car places take advantage of you especially a young female In both cases this was never the case. In fact it was the quite opposite. Not sure who owns this location but gold stars for both gentlemen and they can certainly teach others a lot about customer service. Bravo!!!

We drove in to Goodyear in Anderson yesterday with a flat tire in the trunk, the little donut spare on the front, and a need to get home about 45 miles away. They were terrific in getting us in immediately to check out the problem. Unfortunately we were not able to salvage the tire and they didnt have the size my car needed. I cant tell you how courteous and helpful they were - even after realizing there would be no sale. They qualify as good guys in my book!

Quite possibly one the worst experiences I have ever had a shop.They didnt honor the quote they gave me which cost me an extra 150 dollars. Then I had to take it back to get it realigned with no further compensation and waited an hour after they told me they would get me right in and out. Terrible place they will rip you off and lie to you.

The tire service was not what I expected. They kind of put bad tires on my car. I keep hearing tire noise. I dont understand because the staff there was very friendly, and I trusted them. I dont recommend this place at all. I probably wont be going back. You know, it seems like Goodyear would know better.

Took 2 hours to put two tires on. Had I known it was going to take this long... With a appointment scheduled Id have picked up my tires and had them put on somewhere else

I dropped in without an appointment to replace the oddball battery in my Z3. It was dead. They checked it, had a new battery delivered within an hour, and installed it. Friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

Very dishonest. Would not recommend. Had my truck for hours. Had to pay these guys then take it somewhere else for alignment again a week later.

This establishment is absolutely horrible. Had my wifes tires mounted and balanced here. There service was horrible and not professional at all. They did not balance the tires correctly. I drove the truck down the road and the whole truck shook to death. They wouldnt even stand behind there work to rebalance the tires. I suggest you think about going to another shop for service on your vehicle because they will never touch my wifes 60k truck again or mine.....

Great experience. I am from Florida and had car issues on my way to visit my father in Pendleton. I took my truck to this goodyear dealer. I thought there was an issue with the front tires. After they serviced my truck he let me know that it was th rear tires and just needed to be bslsnce. When I went to pay he said no charge and have a safe ride home. They were very friendly, fast and reliable. I would definately recommend friends and family who live here in the area. Thank you for making my day.
