Our experience was outstanding! We began our car buying journey at another dealership. They were able to get us into a vehicle, however, not the vehicle we were interested in. My in laws swear by Myers Autoworld, so we decided to browse online, submitted our prequalification form online after business hours, and called the next morning to follow up. At 9:15 am, just fifteen minutes after opening, I was put in contact with the Finance Manager who had already reviewed my application, took further note of our specifics regarding what we needed, what we were interested in, money down, etc., and began trying to get us financed. I came in looking to just get an oil change on my 2003 Taurus. However, Jon Croke helped me figure out why my car wouldn’t turn very easily. I’m not the brightest with cars at all. So when my car suddenly got super hard to turn I thought it was no biggie! However, Jon told me that I needed a new power steering pump. I thought okay cool only one thing needs fixed. Boy was I wrong! Jon also helped me figure out why my air conditioning was stinking to bad! He was definitely a hard working, funny, friendly guy, and I’m beyond grateful that he helped me get my car back into great condition.
