Recommended I wait until I could replicate issue during test drive. Didnt try to sell me a repair that may or may not have corrected issue. Technician rode with me and they didnt even charge evaluation fee.

I have heard about First Class HALT on 106.3 WORD for several months. I drive a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and noticed a vibration in the front wheels. I took it to the Anderson location and they team there did their magic. They did an alignment and laser balance on all 4 wheels and now it drives like new. Customer Service was second to none. I will definitely be using this service again.

This place really is first class. I heard it advertised on the radio and decided to take my wife’s Honda there (Anderson location) for routine service and a couple minor repair issues. They were prompt, helpful, honest and very reasonably priced (service techs are not paid on commission) and their service techs are obviously incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. My car was test-driven and then examined and then serviced. A few of my concerns turned out to not need repair which was very honest of them. They have a very nice waiting area (multiple) with Wi-Fi and coffee. I worked while I waited. This is definitely my new repair facility and I will not be returning to the overpriced dealership. I highly recommend First Class Halt!

We had to have a Blower Motor Assembly repaired in our Honda Accord because our Air/ Heat kept making loud clicking sounds!! And the Air would not hardly or even work at times!!! They did a great job!!! No more noise, runs real quite and gets really cold in our car!! Love it!!!Even though we’ve always went to our dealership, we gave them a try and the price was more affordable with a warranty too!!!!Work and Service well done!!!!We will go back!!!!

The service personnel was very friendly and they checked out my car. I didnt get repaired there, because it was alot more than I had planned to pay, but very detailed in letting you know whats wrong and how much its going to cost before repairing.

I took my car in to the garage at 9:20am and they told me they would call soon as they found a problem. I waited 6+ hours for them to call, they never did, so i took it apon myself to call them. When I called them they told me after 6 hours they were just lifting it up. Nalley automotive is a better place to be served, if you need someone local and reliable.

I was experiencing front end issues with my Toyota Highlander. Online appointment scheduling was easy and readily available to meet my needs. Had the opportunity to meet the owner (Mark) and service staff (Greg and Chris). Customer service, inspection and subsequent repairs were performed above and beyond my expectations. The free use of their loaner was also a big plus. Recommend this business without reservation. Their name says it all!

We set up an appointment and he took care of our needs! The building is very nice - great kids area set up (perfect for my roaming toddler), comfy waiting area, and hospitality counter with coffee. I have been using First Class Halt since Mark opened his first location in Greenville. I now use the Anderson location and get the same excellent service from Greg and Chris. They never try to sell me on a service that I dont need and always give me a heads up so I will know what to expect for repairs down the road. They have always been honest and always do a great job on my truck. Every time I have had to purchase a new vehicle I only choose between the Honda or Toyota brands because I know that I will have honest people I can take my vehicle to.

The service garage has the latest in technology tire and alignment equipment. The service technicians are pleasant to work with and are all factory certified with years of experience on Honda, Acura, Lexus and Toyota vehicles. I estimated that i saved at least 25% on my repair bill by bringing my car to First Class HALT versus the Lexus dealership. Unfortunately, off market parts may not provide results needed or desired. Be aware when making the decision to allow them to be used . Not the professional service I had hoped for from others recommendation .

Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner, very friendly and attentive to the needs of my car and myself as I waited. They were informative about my service and did a fantastic job. They are now my go to place for my Honda.

I now refer to First Class HALT as Grace Fleet Maintenance. With two Hondas and a Toyota, I am glad we have these guys to take care of our vehicles. If you have one of these cars, you should give them a try!

Very Disappointed. HALT refused to use Genuine Lexus parts supplied by me to perform repairs. I understand that HALT makes money off of parts but I want only the best parts at the best price installed on my Lexus. The only way to guarantee this is to buy my own parts. HALT would not even perform the work given the understanding that only the labor would be guaranteed. I expected better than this from HALT, will take my business to Lexus of Greenville. Labor rate is a little higher but at least Lexus of Greenville will use parts supplied by me if I so choose.

Brought my lexus in for an oil change. Upon walking in, I was impressed with the location and waiting area. They have have two very nice waiting areas with plush couches, big screen tvs, free wifi and even a kid play area which I thought was pretty cool. The service went really smooth and fast. I decided to get my headlights cleaned in addition to the oil change. I wish I could post a before and after, but my headlights went from looking dull and old to looking brand new! They really did a great job on my headlights. Overall I was very impressed and will be back for other services.
