So i never thought i would have a negative review on this store,but because of recent events here we are, so i came into the store this last weekend and was totally disrespected by one of the workers there who has had a history of attitude towards me, i tried to report the problem and was called by the owner who literally was quite rude to me? I dont understand what the point of the owner calling me to sort out an issue? When the owner was not trying to here me out on what the situation was? So instead of the situation being resolved, i feel like it somehow got worse, IN ORDER FOR A PROBLEM TO GET RESOLVED,PEOPLE NEED TO LISTEN, HAVE A OPEN MIND, INSTEAD OF ALMOST BEING IN DENIAL AND NOT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, i felt disrespected at the store, and i felt disrespected again by the owner, this went to being one of my favorite stores in Anchorage, to being a place were im hesitant on coming back to🤨.

I dont get drinks often but I was in the area and remembered how neat la bodega was from going to their shop in the university center.I was surprised that it felt their shop had downsized but low and behold they still had my favorite beer rochefort 10. Before I was going to grab my beer the attendant asked me if I needed any help.I asked her if she had any monthly specials. She told me no but started going over the new stuff to her store. She mentioned they just got Mooses Tooth root beer... I liked the alcoholic root beer I had had before but got tired of it. How could I pass up on trying Mooses tooth version of it. I mentioned this to her. She checked my ID and off I went with my root beer.Much to my disappointement I found out it was non alcoholic when I got home :( I wish the attendant had been more informative. Even though I probably should have been more informed I assumed since I was in a liquor store.
