I don’t often write reviews, but after walking into Fasteners and Fire Equipment Co, being greeted with respect and professionalism, thanked for my service, and given exactly what I was looking for all within 5 minutes of stepping inside the door, I couldnt help but give them a 5 star review. It’s companies like Fasteners and Fire Equipment Co and the people working there that make my job so much more worth it. I highly recommend them to all looking for any hardware.

Every time I come to the store I have to remind myself to keep my hands in my pockets or else Ill be picking up every little trinket that they have on display!They have items you didnt even know you need it you are warned if you go here chances are you will spend more money than you wished because they have everything!Theres plenty of parking but at peak hours it can be a pain to get in there.Staff are generally very friendly and helpful.

When I go there to get any nuts and bolts I need they got it Ive never been told.no we dont have that.the line is long sometimes and they should put another location on eastside.but it is what it is but they got you.

I went to Lowe’s for a screw for my camera strap this morning and they recommend this store when they couldn’t find a size that small. I went by. I knew the size of the screw I wanted but didn’t get the type right. Found a picture of the screw online. The person I was dealing with had to go back maybe 5 times. He finally found the right type. I needed a washer as well but they didn’t have one thin enough.I told him I didn’t want the washer. He told me I could “have it”. I thought he meant the washer. I went to pay, placed the washer on the counter to leave it. When I went to pay the other seller for the screw he told me that wasn’t enough to cash and I could have it. I even offered to make a large enough purchase. I then asked if they’re wholesale and apparently it is.They got annoyed with me at the end but they could have said no to the small purchase and sent me away emptied handed but took the time to help and have the screw. I don’t think it would have been easy to find many other places.

I only go here when I cant find what I need anywhere else. The customer service is very often mediocre at best. Half the guys that work there, make you feel like youre an inconvenience for shopping there. Products are not priced, so its always a surprise what your total will be. I would have rated it lower, except there have been countless times in which this was the only place I was able to find the particular bolt, nut etc that I needed for a project or job.

Nice when you have a big list of things and the company you are working with has it all in stock. Even better is when you need some obscure specialty fastener and they have it in stock! Thanks guys!

Great service and had what i needed.

Return policy is archaic. After being honest with my return, was not able to return several items within their restrictive timeframe from our remote camp. Counter person basically inferred we could have stole the parts and even after offering to go search for the receipt not to bother presenting the receipt because they “don’t know what they could do for me”. I left the new/unused parts on the counter. I’m sure they will resell them, for a second time. This is why brick and mortar businesses are becoming a thing of the past.

Guys and gals there are always knowledgable and friendly. The wait is sometimes a minor pain, but thats the reality when a place does good business 🤷‍♂️🤔

Incredible service today. Helping me out in a time of need, they didnt have what I needed but they went and found a source online and printed off 20 pages. Unreal. Been going here forever and they NEVER let me down.

Excellent source of supply not just in products implied by their name but specialty LED lighting technology for vehicles of all types, on & off road, specialized brackets and filters in stock. Well equipped large installation center.

Out of all the times I have been here they have only once not had the odd fastener I was looking for. Good selection, good folks.

Top notch. Avoid between 11am and 1 pm. Lunch time and there is only 2 people on duty to help. Highly recommend this place to all!!
