RAM Overhead Door Services is a company that provides exactly what they promise, and they expect the same of their clients.I am so pleased with the work RAM technicians provided. They installed new tracks, top of the line smart door opener and best of all, expert install of a special-order door. All components operate smooth and soundlessly. Everything they promised at a cost we all agreed upon.I highly recommend RAM. Manager, operator, technician, Roger, is very knowledgeable in all areas of the business. He provides quality solutions for all your overhead door problems.

Just spoke with someone and they were able to help me right away and were very knowledgeable. So much more responsive than the other companies. Well see how the work goes, but if its like the service so far, Im sure it will be great.

My experience with Ram services was excellent. The staff was patient and helpful in getting my special order panels. They saved me thousands over what others quoted. When my panels arrived, they scheduled me for install in short order. Rj (my technician), was efficient, personable and professional. The staff at Ram went the extra mile to find the right glass for my specific door. Then RJ came back to complete the install at no extra charge. He even worked around my schedule to get the job done. I don’t write online reviews; this is my second ever. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and service provided. Thank you to the Ram staff. Highly recommended!

As the saying goes, if a company in a repair business answers the phone, then they dont have enough work. This company is busy for a reason. Their work is solid.

Initial price for overhead door install was good. However, the work was rushed and not done properly. They’ve been back twice to “fix” the issues with their initial install, both of which they charged us for, when the issues were related to improper setup, not anything on our end. The install guy was nice, but the attitude from the front desk and manager was very dismissive and they were not interested in backing up their work. They lost all of our commercial business and we will not be referring anyone else to them.

Poor Customer Service. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Go anywhere else but this company if you want quality service. It is clear in the responses to the reviews the owner is defensive rather than apologetic and promising better service. I prefer to work with a professional company that stands by the quality of their product and workmanship instead of making excuses and turning the entire thing on the customer. His behavior is concerning.

Ram Overhead Doors kept my old garage door working for quite awhile and that was a huge help. When I was ready to replace the door they installed a super quiet model that has been working great for 10 years. They are thorough when coming out for routine maintenance and when a sensor failed the service technician took the time to look at everything else to make sure it was all in good shape. When I call, someone answers the phone right away and gets an appointment scheduled. The technicians have always been on time and they will call when they are on the way so I dont miss as much work.

We had someone come out and give an estimate to replace a door and when I called back to get the replacement lined up, I was repeatedly called the wrong name on the phone and told that I would receive a call back and never did. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

Flashback to three weeks ago. My garage door develops serious teenage angst and decides it doesnt want to be apart of this household anymore. This decision was made with no forethought, no pro/con list, nothing. Jump in time to Friday (17JUN), the decision is made to have door replaced with a more rule conforming door. Ram overhead was extremely pleasant to work with on the phone, and had a consultant out THAT afternoon for measurements and final scheduling. Today (20JUN) Joe from overhead was out installing the new door. Three day turn around. Amazing. New door runs flawlessly, and Joe was the most professional technician I have observed in a long while. He did not mind me watching from the sides, and willingly answered whatever technical questions I had. The only negative from this experience is I have no more garage doors needing to be installed, cause they would be the first call I make. 10/10 would work with again!

If I could give them a zero I would! I highly recommend working with another company as the manager at this company is very unprofessional. I just tried calling them to explain all the issues I am having with a new door that they installed and the manager kept talking over me and when I would try to tell him you didnt let me finish telling you all the issues he said he didnt like being talked over. So I let him finish and then asked are you done so I can tell you what I need to tell you without being interrupted and he hung up! Save your money and go elsewhere, these guys clearly dont know how to run a business or install a quality garage door!

Awesome Customer Service! Jeremy came out to do an estimate and answered all our questions and was easy to reach when we had more. Didnt have to wait long for install. Jacob came out to install, showed up on time and finished almost exactly to the time he said. All around fantastic job!! Highly recommend Ram Overhead Doors LLC!

I needed emergency service as I was scheduled to fly out of Anchorage one afternoon and I thought I couldnt get any garage door companies to help. My door wouldnt even open and my car was trapped inside! I was desperately trying to arrange a ride when my neighbor advised he had used Ram Services to keep his door in good shape for years. I called Ram and explained my situation and they sent out a technician immediately to get me and my car out. I made my flight and on my return Ram had me already scheduled and repaired my door and at a very reasonable price considering the two visits and emergency service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the professionals at RAM SERVICES!

Employee or owner on the phone was completely rude. I called him on behalf of another person and attempted to explain my situation to him. He tries to tell me my situation is something its not and proceeds to belittle me on the phone because I wanted to interrupt him to let him know that it worked a different way the day before.I do not recommend working with people that treat their customers this way.Edit: Looks like the the owner or page manager wants to reply years later because they think no one will respond again. They make up a narrative to try and put down a customer and make their opinion of their business devalued.The situation was this easy: I called their company to explain a situation, their staff treated me poorly over the phone, they did not let me get to the bottom of my situation before hanging up on me. I tried to explain to the person on the phone that they did not do the work the way the quote explained it, they spoke down to me. Bad customer service, and a bad company in general as their reviews that arent bought clearly show.

My experience with Ram was completely positive. They offered the best deal, they were pleasant to interact with, they booked an appointment within two days of my call, the tech arrived promptly, and performed his work quickly, competently, and very personably. Ram will be my first call the next time I need professional help with my garage door.

The man has hung up on me twice when I called to understand why they debited an unauthorized payment out of my account. They debited an amount 3 times the quote of the garage door after the account had been moved over to the owner of the house and I told them to reach the home owner for the last payment. Instead they took the liberty to take my money with no authorization and an additional $400 on top of what they quoted me in the first place. I am outraged. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. What they did was illegal and I now have to take legal measures with my bank and small claims. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of customer service and ethics.

Garage door opener came in under other bids, so I decided to have them install an opener for n one door, and ensure both doors worked properly. Tech installed door opener and left. Shortly thereafter, we noticed door did not work and saw that the door had cut the sensor wire, as well as several camera wires that were bundled with the door wire. Called the company back and the man on the phone got very aggressive and became rude when I told him what had happened. He refused to make it right, said it was my problem and I was on my own.Cheaper means poor service and they will cost you more in the long run. Dont do business with these guys!

Theyve always been able to get thing fixed even if they have to come back multiple times. Reasonably priced, only negative is sometimes the communication between admin and installer gets crossed.
