I had two egress windows installed by Neighbors Window and Doors. They arranged a contractor to dig the holes and cut into the foundation. Then, Neighbors installed the windows. It was a big job and was knocked out in a few days. The job was clean, all my questions were answered and I have two new windows! I’d happily work with neighbors again. They were very upfront with everything.

We selected Neighbors Windows and Doors to install our remodeled bathroom shower door. Their professionalism was superb, and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The staff in their showroom was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Bruce the installer, was very helpful and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. When I told my tile contractor who was doing the shower door, he said they are the best in town. Their quality is much better than the other companies and youre getting a much better product. I would recommend to everyone, to use Neighbors Windows and Doors for their shower doors or any window or door products and installation.

EXCELLENT from start to finish. This company was recommended by friends, including ones who work in construction. We had many fogging 30-year old windows that needed replacement. The appraiser was timely, careful, answered all my questions, didnt recommend unnecessary work (for instance upgrading to triple pane or replacing entire windows rather than just the glass units). The team to finalize measurements was the same one that showed up on the scheduled day to do the replacements. Everyone on the team was careful, took their shoes off without being asked, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. I did need noise cancelling headphones while they worked, but it was as stressless as it could possibly have been. Will definitely use them again as more aging windows fail.

I had to replace a sliding glass door. The process was a pleasure from the start with Neighbors. Their on-line estimating procedure was the best I found as I searched around for a replacement supplier. The follow up measurement and final installation visits were prompt and professional. I was able to select a specific time for my appointment. I was contacted on time and the staff were in and done in no time at all. The installation was complete within half an hour of their staff arriving. And on top of all this they had the best price of anyone I had contacted. After remodeling a bathroom, I needed a new shower enclosure installed. This is the 2nd custom shower glass Ive had Bruce install - hes the best in the business. The entire process from getting the quote, scheduling the measure and installing the glass was seemless. They communicated every step of the way and delivered on what they promised. They are easy to work with, comprehensive quote, great product and frankly, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. They are amazing. They came out for a quote, didn’t try to up sell me. In fact, they recommended a lower cost solution based on our needs. The install went smoothly, the installers were great. Now, the windows. I love them. It’s so quiet in here, I can’t hear all the road noise and there isn’t any frost or condensation on them, no matter how cold it gets outside. I moved out of Alaska a year ago and have people renting my house. Anytime something goes wrong, the hardest part for me is finding someone local up there to respond and help out. Neighbors Windows installed my original triple pane over sized slider door to my great satisfaction. When the November 7.1 Earthquake took place, my tenants existed the building via the slider door and let it loose...the good news is only the middle pane shattered...so they could safely remain in the home. I immediately got in touch with Neighbors and then gave me a quote, got my replacement door on order and it was delivered timely, professionally installed and again, I cant say enough about the folks that work there! When I am ready to replace windows in my current home, I will be calling them FIRST and ONLY!

Being a family owned business brings a lot of pluses when searching for a contractor. Having worked around the construction business for 42 years you get great exposure to various levels of craftsmanship and pride, and a “window” into the people behind the work. At Neighbors Windows & Doors (NW&D) I’ve found a courteous, knowledgeable, and highly skilled staff. My standards are very high and at NW&D I find no less. It’s as if their doing an installation in their own homes. Within the first 2 years my heating bill average reduction was 17%. THAT’S HUGE. And you know how sliding patio doors can sometimes drag in their tracks during the winter from iceing? Not true with my new slider. The new windows lowered the summer temps on the wooden floors so much our dogs no longer “sunbathed” in front of the large picture window. Recently NW&D corrected a poorly installed frameless shower door which leaked in our newly remodeled bathroom (another competitor). For the first time in 12 months when this project began am I able to finally enjoy, leak free, our shower. What was I even thinking? Had Neighbors replace our frameless glass shower door and also all of our interior doors. I personally love this company because it is run locally. The owner Steve was super diligent in measuring our doors, providing a timely and affordable quote, and then keeping me in the loop regarding the fabrication and installation time lines. The doors all went in perfectly. They painted my interior doors in their own paint booth and the paint job was absolutely flawless. I am so happy I finally pulled the trigger to pull out our spec hollow-core doors and replace them with gorgeous shaker doors youd see straight from a dream home on Houzz!!!! Couldnt ask for better installers that are very professional. Give them a shot, youll regret going elsewhere!!
